08.11.2018 I’m updating my review to 5 ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ (from 3 stars, a year ago). In my original review I had recvd questionable work performed by a young, male dentist that is no longer working there. As a result of the work he did, it caused me to return to Modern Dentistry on several occasions for correction. I have to say…since Dr Connor took over this place, he has been wonderful. From the get-go he was willing to correct the work the prior dentist did. He tried on multiple occasions to work with what he had but ultimately he decided to redo the procedure the correct way ..the way it should have been done by the prior dentist (long gone…..as he should be). Prior to Dr Connor’s taking over of the group, I was iffy but now I can confidently say this is my dentist & I will refer whenever I can as he is upstanding, considerate & professional. Oh and can I just say the way Dr Connor & Jonathan, his assistant, work together is like a well-oiled machine…s…m…o…o..t…h! Jonathan is not only great at anticipating Dr Connor’s next move, he’s also so friendly & makes you feel at ease. Actually, this whole team is that way….unintimidating. The entire staff is friendly, helpful, always smiling and eager to help. They know what they’re doing here.

This office deserves 5 stars in every way. The staff were comforting, encouraging and took their time. I never once was made to feel badly about my dental hygiene and the dentist encouraged me while she took my tooth out. This is definitely my new dental office

Totally blown away by everything at this office. Every single staff member is courteous and professional. The doctor took a lot of time explaining treatment options. Very easy to make appt. also very pleased that I didn’t get lectures about not taking good enough care of my teeth (you’re not flossing enough, etc) entire office is clean and welcoming. So happy to have found this dentist.

Just got back from most wonderful dental experience ever! From the moment I walked in the front door everyone was friendly and professional. Front staff, Dr and Bernice my hygienist…. were absolutely wonderful. Highly recommend them for any dental needs you may have.

I can’t remember everyone’s names who helped me, but MY GOODNESS. I love this place. I’d recommend it to everyone. Dr. Connor and John, his assistant(?) are gentle and kind, and Dr. Connor went out of his way to make time for me when he was behind on his schedule already. I had a crown done for the first time in my life, and they were able to make it same day in the office while doing two other fillings for me. Two hours later I walked out with two fillings and an AMAZING looking crown. You’d never know it wasn’t my real tooth. No impressions, just digital pictures and a little wait. I’m very grateful. All the staff kept checking on me and asking me if I wanted a water.. they care so much. I also read bad reviews about the receptionist, but he was great! He asked me how my 2-month-old daughter was doing two days later – I love when people remember me! They also gave me a “professional discount” to make payment easier for my crown. I’ve never been to a better dental office.

I am senior citizen (some call me a senile citizen LOL ) and of all the dental offices I have used over the years, this office rates at or near the top of the list. They have a friendly and attentive staff and an excellent dentist.

Had a great experience at the Rio Rancho office. Office is clean, bright and the entire staff are cordial, courteous and professional. They greet you as you come in, with a smile. The process from beginning to end is smooth and carefree. They let you know up front what to expect and guide you through the entire process. I had a routine check up and had the dentist hygienist clean my teeth. My mouth felt great and pain free. I strongly recommend a visit and they offer a 1st time visit exam, films and cleaning for under $60. Don’t hesitate to call and ask questions. You won’t regret it.

It was a great experience. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to schedule with ease. The spoke to me about options and didn’t pressure my decision. I am beyond satisfied with Dr. Conner and his staff!!!

I have lived in a lot of states, had various dental insurance plans, and seen many different dentist. By far, this dental group is outstanding. They put into writing their recommendations, with options, and clearly list the prices for everything. I need integrity and I found it. They also will work out a reasonable payment plan or help in many ways. They treat patients like family (and I mean a healthy, loving family) and they are genuine. I could not be happier.
