Dr. Mathue examined my daughter several times to see if she needed braces. After several visits, he recommended to me that she didn’t really need them, except for cosmetic reasons. We were never charged anything for all the visits we made. I believe he is more dedicated to the well being of his patients and potential patients than he is to the profitability of his practice, which is refreshing to see. I highly recommend his practice

Dr. Mathue is great, and I say that as someone that is not a patient. I went in for an orthodontics consult after another orthodontist said that I must get braces, but it just did not feel right. Dr. Mathue and Roxy gathered the necessary scans, did an evaluation, all very high tech and presented in a way that I understood, and then he was just really honest. I could benefit a bit from braces, but they are not needed, and if I just got a nightguard (that they did not push to sell me) it would probably be all that I needed. I highly recommend this practice! Just felt so informed when leaving and I so appreciated his honesty.

Dr. Mathue Faulkner is great! We followed him here when he moved while caring for my daughter’s Orthodontist needs. Very friendly, knowledgeable and personable, and that includes the staff. They help make sure insurance coverages are correct and breaks down everything! Fully recommended and will definitely use him in the future for our whole family’s Orthodontist needs. UPDATE: My daughter’s teeth looks amazing! I have also become a patient of Dr. Faulkner for my adult braces, and we still definitely fully recommend him. He and his team did really well, and still do, with providing orthodontic care even with the rapid and continuing changes that has brought on by COVID-19 to the healthcare community. You won’t be disappointed with the type of care they provided!

Our experience with Mai started with our son when he was 15, and he’s now 21. Since then, the whole family got straightened out! 6 years, and a couple dollars later, and we have some of the nicest teeth in the neighborhood.. We interviewed two other orthodontists prior to Mai, but never looked back after visiting her office. The entire staff is friendly, courteous, they always level with you, and they always give you options. No surprises with this team! My husband was the last to get braces, and he originally had vowed against it. Once Mai confirmed it was his own idea and not pressure from me, she was happy to help. He just got his braces removed just before his 40th birthday and couldn’t be happier with the results. He says, “It’s like Mai and her team are a part of our family now. It’s the only physician’s office you’ll ever try to find reasons to continue seeing them!”
