It has truly been a blessing to have found River Oak Dental and Dr. Marshall.I had been in search for a new dentist to help me with my dental hygiene. I am so glad I found this office because they have been a perfect fit for me. They have always been accommodating, caring and honest with me about my case. I have from the beginning suffered from extreme Gingivitis and with the help of Dr. Marshall and staff my case is reversing and I can’t be more happier. I can’t say enough about how this office is a breath of fresh air. I don’t feel as if I am being taking advantage of, as I have felt that way before at other facilities. If you are on the fence about giving this office a try, you won’t be sorry. Dr. Marshall and staff are the best at what they do. You can tell that they go the extra mile because they care that much for the success of their patients.

A wonderful experience! Dr. Marshall is an excellent dentist, thoughtful, gentle, exacting in detail and very informative. Her staff is on her level as well. My treatment was well organized and the results are perfect. I could not have asked for a better outcome. You might think I’m crazy…but I will miss seeing them now that I have “graduated”.

My husband came in for an emergency. The staff was kind and personable and made him comfortable. Danielle worked with him and they were cutting up and laughing the whole time. I stated I needed a cleaning and they were very accommodating in getting me in quickly for my annual as well. The technicians and doctor explained everything they were doing throughout the exam and made the whole experience relaxing and as enjoyable as a doctors visit can be. I have never had such a positive comprehensive exam. We will definitely be returning clients.

I had a crown fall off during breakfast and did not know where to turn since I just recently moved to Florida from up North and was getting ready to find a new dentist for my 6 month cleaning. I searched the web for a local dentist and came upon Dr. Marshall’s site. I read a review about a gentleman who had a similar experience so I decided to give it a try. They took me in 2 1/2 hours after I called when they opened that morning and re-cemented the crown after a thorough review of the tooth. Dr. Marshall and the staff are fantastic. I found my new dentist.

This was one of the best dental experiences I have had. I haven’t been to the dentist in years due to health issues so I was so nervous as to what they would find. Dr. Marshall and her whole staff made me feel so comfortable and just at peace during my visit. She is very thorough and put my mind at ease with everything. Thank you for being such an amazing office!

Dr Marshall and staff are fantastic! All of them are professional, caring, sensitive and patient.It is a quiet, peaceful and relaxing environment. I feel like I am at a dental salon instead of a dental office , sitting back and letting them take care of my smile! Wonderful. We have been going for years and now my daughter and family see Dr Marshall! I recommend Dr Marshall to everyone!

Great Dentist! I moved here years ago and tried many different Dentist’s, and this one is the best! The staff is knowledgable, friendly, and gentle. Great bed side manners! They care about you and your health unlike other Dentists who try to push products on you and make a quick profit. I wont go anywhere else, thank you!

Dr Marshall, Liz and Lisa keep me on track for more than a healthy dental situation. The entire staff is friendly, positive, personable and professional. I am on a quarterly cleaning and evaluation schedule because I have had a lot of restorative work. I actually look forward to my visits because I leave feeling good about my dental health but also the fact that this group of women love what they do. They truly care about their “work” and they care about us.

1st visit. Exceeded expectations. Stark contrast to the “corporate” dental office’s I have experienced. Dr. Marshall’s initial physical screening was impressive. Interaction between her and Krista, the hygienist, was remarkably effortless. I followed Krista from another Dental Center. If you don’t have a dentist or you are thinking of switching dentists, you would be hard-pressed to find anyone more professional and engaging than Dr. Marshall.

Like most of you I don’t like going to the dentist. When I found Dr. Liliana and her River Oak practice, that changed! She is a fantastic dentist, very positive, confident in her skills knowledge and successful outcome. Her support staff form the office throughout her whole practice, make you feel welcome and at ease. All procedures are fully explained as well as the expected outcome prior to the service beginning. Visiting Liliana and staff for all my dental needs has been a great experience.

Wish I could give 10 stars!! I will be the first to admit that I am a little scared of the dentist. I blame it on bad experiences I had when I was a kid. I have neglected my teeth these last few years and was apprehensive about getting back on track. I met Dr.Marshall about a year ago at an event, and she assured me her office was different. My dental journey with her office has been nothing short of AMAZING. They did everything they could to make sure I was comfortable at all times. They never made me feel bad about my lack of dental care. They focused on the future and what we could do to get my teeth healthy. I have been through a series of regular cleanings, as well as deep cleanings for my gums. Every step of the way, I was given instructions on what to expect. The hygienist even took the time to go over proper brushing and flossing techniques with me. I made it to 30 years old and was brushing my teeth the wrong way! This past week I went into the office for my fillings. This was the big one; the visit I was really scared of. They offered me multiple options from prescriptions to nitrous gas to make me more relaxed. The best part was that I did not need any of it!! The office was so calming and helping throughout the whole visit, I was able to act like a big girl and made it through the entire procedure without any problems. I even got a phone call from Dr. Marshall to check in with me after the procedure to see how I was feeling. My schedule is bananas because I see patients of my own, but they have always been able to accommodate appointment times for me. Also, since I do not have dental insurance they helped me come up with a treatment plan that fit my health goals as well as my budget. I never thought I would ever write a review talking about how much I liked going to the dentist; but I cannot stress enough how great this place is. Do yourself a favor and just call them.

Every time I have had an appointment the staff has all been delightful. I have hated going anymore as my teeth have some serious issues. The staff have been so gentle with cleanings and the Dr Marshall is so awesome trying to save my teeth. It has been a trying and difficult time for me. Everyone has been so sweet and compassionate. I feel comfortable recommending her to anyone.

I am new to the area and when looking for a dentist I found River Oak Dental. I couldn’t be happier, I needed some immediate attention and they were able to fit me in and correct my problem. Since then I have been back for cleaning and getting back on track for regular maintenance. I have been to a lot of dentists/hygienists in my years and want to give a shout-out to the hygienist Natalie. Her chair side manner makes the experience enjoyable.

My husband and his family referred me to Dr. Marshall and I am glad they did! i went for my initial appointment today and it couldn’t have gone better. The staff is extremely kind and gentle. They do everything they can to put your mind at ease to include gentle hands, an overview of what the appointment will entail and a calming atmosphere. The personalized treatment plan is also a plus because you know what to expect at your next appointment. i am seriously impressed and so happy I found a great dentist! Thank you so much for an amazing experience!

Managed to make it to almost 40 before my first cavities, so I wasnt thrilled at the thought of being poked in the gums with needles. It was no sweat though because they gooped me up good with a minty topical and I felt nothing. It was an hour to have two done and had this not been my first time, and if I had ear buds in, I might have fallen asleep in the chair.

The entire River Oak Dental’s staff is friendly, kind, understanding, and ready to help. I recently transferred to their office from another dentist, and was immediately taken care of and put on the right track. I truely feel as though my dental needs are their top priority. Dr. Marshall completed three fillings for me today, and far exceeded my expectations of professionalism and quality of care. Just knowing that they took the time to hear my concerns and schedule the proper dental plan, was so refreshing and comforting. Thank you!
