River Park Dental is an amazing place. I had a cleaning with Missy and she is awesome. She was thorough and kind. I needed a filling and Matt was very attentive. He talked me through the new laser fillings. It was quick and easy. I’m a big baby when it comes to getting dental work done and it was so nice to not have to be numb. I went out and enjoyed lunch immediately after my appointment. Dr. Saurer has been my dentist for the last 8 years and she is fantastic. She has built a beautiful office and has assembled a top notch team that delivers state of the art dentistry with first class service. If you need a dentist this is the place.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Saurer and her team!! The office is located in Bridge Park and the parking garage is conveniently located across the street. The office is welcoming, modern and extremely clean. I have been there a handful of times and I was always seen quickly. I have been to multiple dentists over the years and not a single one of them compare to Dr. Saurer. From the consultation to the end result, you will receive top notch treatment and professionalism. Most important is that everyone I have had the pleasure of meeting in the office was genuine and down to earth. You really do not feel like you are at the dentist. It truly makes for a pleasant experience and I will never go anywhere besides River Park Dental again

I had my first appointment at River Park Dental. I will start off by saying I am terrified of the dentist. I actually went to therapy a few years ago to try and work through it. It did not work for me. I can’t sleep the night before, feel physically ill the day of, and often drive home in tears. Well, after my first visit to River Park Dental, I drove home with a HUGE smile on my face! From the minute I walked in (15 minutes late because I’m an idiot who wrote the appointment time down wrong!), I was greeted so warmly be Ellen. She made me feel relaxed and set me at ease immediately. I could feel the butterflies in my stomach going away. Then, Tracy came out to get me for my X-rays and cleaning. I have never had a better hygienist! We talked about how I was feeling and what she could do to help me stay calm. I am not exaggerating when I say she was AMAZING. Knowing I feel anxious about what they could find during a cleaning, Dr. Saurer came in early in the visit and let me know everything was OK. She was unbelievably kind and took great care of me. Other reviews have mentioned being able to watch Netflix (which was seriously the best), the free gift (which was really nice!), or the great coffee (a perk!), but, for me, it was, hands down, the truly exceptional and kind/caring people who work at River Park Dental that will keep me coming back – and spending my day calling everyone I know to tell them to immediately switch to Dr. Saurer’s office!! Literally cannot recommend highly enough.

Dr. Phing Saurer was my dentist for more than four years, in Westerville and now in Dublin where she opened her practice at the beginning of 2018. Over the years she went to a plethora of postgraduate courses, trainings and practices so can do pretty much everything in dentistry, too much to list. For me she filled a cavity, put a crown and did an extraction of a badly infected molar overlooked by the previous dentist. This location is all new: building, equipment, crew, espresso machine. Talking about crew: friendly but without patronizing, knowledgeable yet young. I dread the time in the near future when all I have to go to dentist is biannual cleanings. Perhaps I’ll just stop by to have a cappuccino and chat.

Let me start off by saying that my anxiety about seeing a dentist is pretty extreme. From making the appointment to the moment I walk thru the door my palms sweat, I anticipate discomfort and it’s typically an all over wreck of an experience. I’ve been this way for years, no matter where I go or who I see that dentist office smell puts me on edge. River Park Dental has literally changed all of that for me. I wasn’t left on hold, my issues were completely acknowledged, even offering me an opportunity to meet with my dentist before my actual cleaning appointment to discuss my anxieties. The office was immaculately clean, comfortable and inviting. I have never felt to welcomed and appreciated as a patient before in my life. My cleaning was so comfortable, everything was explained to me, no confusion no bs. I am so grateful to have found this office. Would highly recommend. By far the best dental experience I have ever had.

I had my first appointment at River Park Dental today and I was so impressed. Ellen at the front desk gave me a warm, welcoming greeting and couldn’t have been nicer. Missy, the dental hygienist was also so friendly and kind. She does a great job of explaining everything and was very gentle. Dr. Saurer, although I only saw her briefly, was also great. Everything was very thorough but the experience was very comfortable with so many great touches, like the cappuccino machine when you come in and the iPads to watch Netflix while they are working on your teeth. It’s a lovely office and a great staff!

I know a lot of people that have an issue with the dentist, but that means they’ve never been to River Park Dental! I’ve been with River Park since shortly after they opened and I have sung their praises since that first visit. The practice is so CLEAN and aesthetically gorgeous; you feel like you’re walking into a spa! The treatment rooms are bright and full of windows. The chairs are comfortable and you even have the option to watch an iPad during your services. The staff there is even better than the experience! You should consider yourself lucky if you get Missy as a hygienist. She is a gift and her smile is just the icing on the cake! The kindness that exudes from Dr. Saurer just shows that she loves what she does and she cares about her clients. The best part! They have an amazing package for people with no dental (or crappy dental) insurance. You get two cleanings, x-rays, and exams a year at a bundled price! Totally worth it!

Best dentist visit ever! I recently moved into the area and needed a new dentist when i noticed River Park Dental walking in Bridge Park. They are located above Sweetwaters and have lots of parking in a nearby FREE parking garage along with lots of street parking.There is a side door you enter around the corner of Sweetwaters then go to the second floor. The office is beautifully decorated. I’ve attached a photo of the front desk. They have an area for kids, a coffee bar and a mini fridge with water. It honestly didn’t even feel like a visit to the dentist it was so fun! Missy cleaned my teeth and she could not be anymore wonderful. One of the nicest people i have ever met along with Ellen at the front desk and Dr. Saurer. Ellen was awesome explaining that they work with those that don’t have dental insurance. I’ve also attached their preventative care packages/ rates. Last but not least new patients recieve gift that is either a whitening kit or a gift card from a restaurant in bridge park (Local Cantina, RAM, Cap City) and a few others i cannot remember. Can’t wait for my next cleaning!

By far the most relaxing dental experience ever. I had my first appointment, and they told me it would take 90 minutes with all the additional x-rays and initial onboarding as a new patient. They finished a few minutes early, and that was great. My dental hygienist, Tracy, was awesome. She explained everything that was going to happen and also the why behind it. She was extremely informative and educational, and I appreciated her attention to detail. I even got to watch Netflix while I got my teeth cleaned. The appointment really turned into relaxation from my otherwise busy life. Dr. Saurer is the best. She did my son’s tongue tie surgery 2 years ago, so it was a treat to come as a new patient to her office. I highly recommend her and her practice!

Moved to Columbus a few years ago and needed to find a local dentist. After seeing River Park on Instagram I decided to give them a try. I had braces 15 years ago, and since then my wisdom teeth have shifted things. Dr Sauer walked me through their orthodontics options. While there I also had a routine cleaning. Let me tell you a little story; it starts with a thirty-five year old man, a bad set of chompers, and a girlfriend who insisted he go and get ’em fixed up real nice. Reluctant to go to a dentist due to painful and embarrassing encounters in the past with the merchants of misery to whom society bestows the esteemed title “DDS,” I made an appointment at River Park Dental and counted down the days until my date with dental destiny arrived. I was first greeted by Ellen, a jovial and engaging girl who sat at the reception desk. After my check-in, she offered me a complimentary water, espresso, or “whatever else you need.” “Craig, my name’s Monica. You can come with me.” Quivering and apprehensive (at least on the inside,) I followed Monica down the hall and took a seat at the examination chair. From then on, my experience was nothing short of absolute ease. Monica took care to make sure that I was comfortable, offered me a blanket and pillow (to which I declined cause I’m a tough guy,) showed me how to use the Netflix screen perched atop of the usually menacing examination light, and even offered me a headset so that I could listen to my program of choice (Sex and the City.) I had multiple and thorough examinations and x-rays always preceded and proceeded by comprehensive and gentle explanations detailing the work that was being performed on my jacked-up grill. Dr. Saurer, Monica, Ellen, and Tracy (who performed a number of my x-rays and subsequent teeth cleaning) were incredibly professional, courteous, welcoming, and compassionate. These ladies are molar miracle worker angels who thrusted me from the depths of plaque-ridden damnation into the arms of polished incisor and sparkling gum salivating salvation

My first experience with RPD was fantastic. They have you complete all of your paperwork electronically which is a breeze. When I arrived, Ellen greeted me and was very personable and couldn’t be nicer. I was offered a latte, shown where I could find the restroom, and was asked if I had any questions at that time. Tracy then came out and greeted me, and led me back to the room. The view was beautiful! All the equipment and office space was brand new and very clean. Tracy did a great job and explained the entire process of what she was doing. She was very positive, knowledgeable, and personable. RPD has iPads on the drop down light so you can watch Netflix. Dr Saurer came in during the cleaning for a quick exam and was also very nice. Once My cleaning was complete, I was given a warm towel to freshen up, Tracy helped me schedule my next appointment and led me back out to the front desk. Ellen helped me with an insurance question and had me on my way. One of my favorite things about the office was how updated and high tech the office is. Everyone is very friendly and comforting, and pays very close attention to detail. I am glad I found this awesome practice, and can’t wait to go back!
