We have had 2 teenagers go through Rivercrest Orthodontics for braces, and I couldn’t be happier with the results and the process. Dr. Daia and staff have been amazing to work with. Scheduling is always hard for us, because of our busy calendars…but the staff always go out of their way to accommodate our needs, and I couldn’t be more grateful! They are very thorough at every visit, answering any questions I may have, and we never feel rushed. The entire staff is so genuinely kind, friendly and caring. Our orthodontic experience with this practice has been nothing but positive and we can’t thank them enough!!

I went in with my jaw completely misaligned, pain, a disk that was out of place, and an issue with my temporomandibular joint (TMJ) as well. I was not able to move my jaw without pain, and I was not able to chew due to pain and misalignment. My first visit, Dr. Daia provided physical therapy that helped to start the realignment of my jaw. Dr. Daia also provided very clear directions that helped me to continue physical therapy, eat soft foods, and ways in which I could stop the teeth grinding. Dr. Daia’s staff provided me with excellent care to get the necessary bite guard, and also provided me with essential information to continue treatment until my next appointment. Dr. Daia’s office staff were also inviting and exceptional as well. I just returned back home from my second appointment with my jaw completely aligned, no pain, the ability to chew, and a perfect outcome. I cannot thank Dr. Daia, and staff, enough for resolving my issues, while also providing beyond exceptional care. Thank you again (and again)! Highly recommend!!

Dr. Daia and his team are hands down the best! I went to see Dr Daia after my daughter had been seeing him for a year. He not only did excellent work with my daughter, and her braces, but he took excellent care of me as well. I went in for TMJ along with a few other issues. After seeing Dr Daia I walked away feeling better than I had in a very long time. I really enjoy going to this orthodontist. I have had 2 retainers, 1 expander, and full braces. The staff is polite and timely. My daughter had some out of normal issues that needed special attention to fix. The staff communicated solutions and referred us to others that could help with the process needed. In the day when company insurances are helping less, we were able to determine a payment plan to complete the necessary treatments. The office provided explanations and copies of billing in a satisfied manner. Even though slightly out of normal alignment situation was a bit more to deal with, solutions were determined and processes were implemented. In the end, the outcome and smile was beautiful.

Almost four years ago, I received my first consult from Dr. Daia on how to fix my wildly misaligned teeth. It turns out I did not only require intense orthodontic treatment, but I had two impacted lower canines I never knew were there! Last week, I proudly left Rivercrest Orthodontics with a straight set of teeth! This whole process of surgically dealing with my canines and adjusting them into newly installed braces was no easy task. However, I was extraordinarily relieved that Dr. Daia was overseeing my treatment. Not only is he extensively qualified and knowledgable on orthodontics, but he consistently demonstrated empathy and patience while I was going through the grueling process of teeth movement. I consider him to be a role model and an outstanding professional everyone should learn from. When you walk into the clinic, you will be taken with how inclusive and comfortable it is. It is very organized, clean, and well-decorated. Its waiting area also has a mini-fridge! I never had a chance to use it as my waiting time was essentially nonexistent. The treatment area of the clinic strikes an impressive balance with its open and secluded patient chairs. Again, I must emphasize how organized it is. The staff, from the check-in desk to the dental team, are incredibly kind and accommodating to the needs of the patient. The reception team reminds you about your upcoming appointments and can answer your questions with ease. The dental team works attentively, indicating their extensive experience and familiarity with the various tasks of moving teeth. I would highly recommend Rivercrest Orthodontics to anyone looking to straighten their smile!

In February 2016, when I first met with Dr. Daia I was extremely nervous, I had been offer to get braces before when I was a Tiny-bopper but I was over infatuated with myself then, so I felt like I didn’t need them, after being his patient for 2 years and 10 months I gain a confidence that was waiting to be released. His team Ramona and Debbie were the best support and when I tell you they treated me as if I was a part of the team it was the best feeling they could give besides my smile. The laughs, the tears, the journey was amazing and I have to thank Dr. Daia from the bottom of my heart. Even though this is bitter sweet I have been sending people his way and smiling like I’ve never smiled so that someone can ask me where I went!!! Lol but on a serious note.
