I can’t say this enough, this dentist is amazing. When you first walk in, you get a million “hello’s” and “how are you today’s”. everyone is so friendly. I’m terrified of the dentist from childhood. But the first time I came here they made it feel so comfortable for me. I still don’t like the dentist, and if that you too, then this is the place for you. Wonder staff. Great waiting room. Kind and caring dentists. I love it here.

I was really impressed with Dr. Seth and her caring team. They took the time to show me detailed pictures of my teeth and explain what was going on that made my tooth hurt. I also find their pricing to be much more affordable than a chain dentist I went to previously. Nice facility and nice people. They seem to be able to handle any dental need you may have.

I was extremely scared at first until Maddie settled me down with her kindness and patience and understanding. The staff was able to fit me in on an emergency basis which I very much appreciate. Very friendly staff and nice office. The dental hygienist is very nice and doesn’t talk your ear off while you’re in the chair. Very thorough but quick. I’ve seen 3 doctors since I started going there, but they are all very nice. I would definitely recommend Riverwalk Smile Dentistry.

Today was our first visit to Riverwalk Smile Dentistry. The staff at Riverwalk Smile Dentistry is beyond reproach. Emily coordinated with the Department of Veterans Affairs to smoothly transition an appointment for me and assisted me with being able to see the dental staff pretty early. Upon arrival, all staff members were very friendly and helpful. Upon completion of paperwork and taking antibiotics, on to the visit. Tessa was very friendly and knowledgeable as she talked to me, explaining the procedures, x-rays and verifying options. The dentist, Dr. Checan, came in and examined my mouth, recommending proper procedures and willingness to coordinate with an out of town oral surgeon for future dental work. Upon completion of.my examination, answered my questions, and explained future appointments. Diane will coordinate my care with the other oral surgeon in Columbia.. Entire staff was very thorough and I couldn’t have been happier. I highly recommend Riverwalk Smile Dentistry for others to received dental care.

Kimberly, the professional that did my exam and cleaning, was very professional and friendly. She came from a military background and she understood the issues that I had experienced with the VA. I got a root canal at another dentist but after three trips to get my crown on it still was not fixed. I went to Riverwalk Smile Dentistry to see if they could help me finally get my crown on my tooth. I went and they took impressions of my tooth and went back a few weeks later and it fit the first time. Dentist and whole staff was great. I would recommend this place to everyone. I was very dissatisfied with my previous dentist and had begun the process of seeking a new dentist after really waiting too long. After a long search, I discovered this facility. They managed to get me in and get started the day after I asked for an appointment, and were very thorough at explaining all the situations, the costs, and what I could expect. All the work was done with a great degree of professionalism. Finally, the music in the office seems to be a 80’s-90’s mix channel which surprisingly went a long way toward making me comfortable. Hey, Stevie Wonder, Wyclef Jean, and Billy Idol can all be bad.

Outstanding visit to Riverwalk Smile! I picked them because of their great reviews and the convenient location near my office and I was just hoping for a decent visit. (Full disclosure, I run a dental mfr product line and I’ve been in a LOT of dental offices.) All that said… I was SO IMPRESSED with the service, the spotless operatories and the high level of care. They were using state of the art digital technology and overall it was one of the best dental visits I’ve ever had. I’m going to recommend them as our preferred dental practice for our Rock Hill HQ.

My experience was fantastic from beginning to end! The ladies in the front were very welcoming and friendly. I also had records from a prior dentist that needed to be sent over and they called and obtained them in minutes. Kim was my hygienist and she was awesome! I had not had my teeth cleaned that throughly in a long time. She knows her stuff and knows what she’s doing! Dr. Seth was also great! I had previously been told that I needed a filling by a prior dentist and Dr. Seth examined my teeth and determined they were not cavities, but were just stains. These guys are so thorough from beginning to end! Awesome staff and awesome service!

The staff is friendly, the hygienists are extremely knowledgeable, and you can tell that strict Covid-19 guidelines are being followed by the cleanliness of the office. I had a filling done at my dentist on Monday. On Wednesday I called my dentist to tell them I have been in excruciating pain ever since the procedure. They did not see me and instead sent out prescriptions for an antibiotic and pain meds letting me know that they were closing Thursday through Tuesday for the Memorial Day holiday and to call the emergency line if I was still in pain by Friday. The meds did not help one bit so Friday morning I called the emergency number and 2 hours later, still no call back. I called again and waited another 30 minutes with no call back. Starting to worry since it’s the weekend and Monday is a holiday, I looked up dentists in my area that took emergency appts. Riverwalk Smile was my first call and they agreed to see me at 2:40 that day. I went in and the staff was so nice, the office was quiet and calm. I went in and was seen by the assistant who was so amazing and took some xrays. The dentist came over and recommended a root canal. I had never had anything like this happen before with my teeth so they took the time to explain everything to me about the procedure and answered all my questions. They said if I wanted to have it done there that they could do it right then. I was in such pain that I said yes, and they quickly ran the costs through my insurance and did the root canal. The dentist and assistant were so thorough and patient. I never felt like I was a last minute patient on the Friday before a holiday weekend. I felt like I was one of their longtime patients just getting a procedure done. Once I was home and the numbness wore off, my pain was totally gone! It was so amazing. I have to go back for the second part of the procedure in a week or so and have full confidence that it will go just as smoothly. I will definitely be switching to Riverwalk Smile for all my dentist needs. They obviously care very much for their patients and are very responsive to emergencies.

Situation: Back molar cracked Wednesday night and we’re supposed to go on a cruise Saturday with plans to leave for Florida on Thursday or Friday. Problem: Do not currently have a dentist! What to do? Solution: We live in the Riverwalk area and I knew a dentist had recently moved into the YMCA building. I call after hours and leave a “distress call” on their VM, hoping they’ll call first thing in the morning. Happy Ending!! Dr. Seth calls me herself an hour later and asks me if I can come to their Indianland office at 0730. I was warmly greeted by Ann & Trista. Whisked to the back by Connie who took X-rays then met Dr. Seth and her assistant extraordinaire, Anna. The first plan was that I would use wax fillings and hope for the best during the cruise. Less than an hour later, Kelsey calls from the Riverwalk office, telling me they will see me at 4:30 (office closes at 5:00) to do a temporary crown and not to worry but if I need a root canal, Dr Seth’s partner will do it at 7:00 the next morning so we can catch a morning flight! I left at 6 pm and am sitting on a plane to Florida!! I have full instructions on how to manage my temporary crown and emergency meds in case I need them in the cruise! Dr Seth is wonderful and told me to not hesitate to call at any time! Anna made sure I was educated well.
