I was in Raleigh, N.C. for several days the last week of August until Sep. 3 for a family matter. I broke a front tooth in my upper plate on Aug. 28. I was unable to find anyone to help on Friday afternoon but did have a good friend get in touch with Dr. Roberson and arrange to see him first thing Monday morning. He was able to get the plate repaired by Tuesday at lunchtime, which was pretty amazing. I do not live in Raleigh and was finding it very hard to get help. I was able to complete my visit with all my teeth intact! Thank you Dr. Roberson and your great staff for your help! John Bishop, Chetek, Wi.

Great front office staff. As a student with no insurance they came up with a deal for two cleanings and xray for $100 I think it was, which was great for me. Love the location of their office. It’s in a beautifully renovated house on Hillsborough. The dental assistants are all really friendly. Overall very happy with my experience there.

Dr. Roberson is professional and does a thorough, efficient job. Am elderly, therefore, I have many years with other dentists (due to moving) to compare with. In my opinion, he and his staff come out with a 5 star ++ rating. They all maintain a professional, friendly atmosphere, while also making one feel at ease with the usual apprehension going to a dentist most patients experience! The procedures are done using high quality equipment and patient comfort before, during and after visits are a top priority. Costs are comparable to other area dentists, and I feel the billing is fair. More important, all work I’ve had done in my 6 years as a patient there has been performed with efficient skill and keen knowledge. I would certainly recommend this practice (and have done so) to anyone seeking the best dental work around!

I have been trying to find a great dentist office for over a year now in the triangle area. I tried two other places and did not care so much for them. I LOVED going to Roberson Dental today! The staff is very kind and friendly. Everything felt comfortable and at ease. I am so glad to finally have a dentist home.

My sister recommended Dr. Roberson to me and he is by far the greatest dentist I have gone to. I’ve had negative experiences with dentists in the past and Dr. Roberson and his team completely made up for all those bad experiences at other dental offices. The whole team is so friendly and personable. I had my first cleaning about a month ago and yesterday had 2 fillings. The front staff and assistants/technicians have been excellent each time and Dr. Roberson was great and did not make the appointment feel rushed. The atmosphere itself is very professional and overall a great place with high quality work.

I have no idea what the other guy could be complaining about. My family has gone to the old Shareff office that Dr. Roberson took over and we have been more than impressed with the new office under Dr. Roberson. All of the staff are very professional, kind, and efficient. I have never felt that we were getting over billed or asked to do more professional services than needed. I’m even able to make appointments for my son and I to have our cleanings done simultaneously in order to make one less separate trip for each of us.

He went above and beyond, meeting us after hours for a gum/tooth injury my son suffered. Not only was it on a Friday evening but at no point did he rush us. He was attentive and fantastic with our 3 years old who was very scared. The office was very clean & Covid measures observed even after hours. We are so appreciative. I would highly recommend him.

Phenomenal experience. In short, I had tooth pain, called them, they took me the next day, diagnosed my problem quickly and clearly, took an x-ray to be sure, and then fixed me on the spot, all while being polite, kind, and funny. I especially appreciated that they didn’t push any unnecessary treatments or try to scare me into work I didn’t need. Everything you want in a medical professional. 10 stars!

My favorite dentist ever! ☺️ Everyone in the office is sweet, friendly, and just so kind! Dr. Roberson has such an expertise and treats your teeth like they were his own! I don’t like going to the dentist, never have, but it’s important to do, so I am glad I have a place I don’t mind going too!

I have been going to Dr. Roberson since he first came to Raleigh. I have been pleased with his professionalism and friendliness. X-rays have been fine and you get to see the pictures on the computer. The two hygienists I have had were gentle yet thorough. I recommend this practice.
