PATIENT REVIEWS

The posting of a negative review by Sarah U is fraudulent. There has been no one by the name of Sarah U in my office (which was researched by staff) within the past three years to this date. This is a posting by a fictitious person who has never been a patient in my office or has never been a user of any of my services that my office provides in an effort to discredit me. It is malicious for this “fake” person who claims to have been a patient of mine to post a review that is misleading and not representative of my office. The posting is entirely untrue; and it is a travesty that Yelp allows people without any validity or substantiation to get away with this type of negative posting. Additionally, the reviews posted by Lyn M and Jade A are also fraudulent as none of these people with these names have ever been in my office or have ever been a user of any services or treatment that I offer. Again, these postings by these two individuals are fake, fraudulent, misleading and done by people that don’t exist and should be disregarded

Dr Massa is very professional and caring. Dr. Massa does a great job communicating and reassuring you during the procedure. I will continue to go to his office. The office staff is very welcoming and flexible with scheduling appointments. I recommend this place to anyone.

Dr Massa gave lips injection. The result came excellent now I have a lips which always dream about it. He even gave me touch up to make sour I’m happy with result. Cost was very good. If you recommend people to him he will give you discount as well. I’m highly recommend to everyone wish for plumes lips. Staffs are very nice and friendly. Office has private parking lot. Appointments are flexibles.

I used a groupon to treat my glabella(dysport) and under eyes (restylane) and I was very happy with my results. Usually my eye would  have a slight droop because of the wrong dysport placement  which I did not experience with Dr.Massa. He.also explained the procedure and as to why I was having issues with my glabella. Overall, a great experience! Staff was friendly amd helpful too.
