Listens well and explains clearly his observations and diagnosis .  Discusses procedure options and risks. His procedures are careful, gentle, and precise. Interacts well with patient and his assistant during all steps of treatments necessary for repair of teeth exhibiting decay and when a crown is deemed necessary. He has an excellent, supportive staff.

Dr. Randolph and his staff are top notch. The care and attention they provide my family and me is not only professional and on point, they all truly care about us. The staff follow up and they make everything seamless for appointments and follow ups. Super grateful.

I’ve been a client of Dr Randolph for over a decade. In that time I have been fortunate to see him mostly for routine cleanings and a couple cavities. His facility is built like a beautiful million dollar home and the staff is so professional and caring – I always feel great visiting there. Last weekend, however I tumbled off my bike and broke a tooth off! I was concerned about showing up to work looking like a hillbilly so Bob made special arrangements to fix me up early Monday morning and my smile is back to normal again. Thanks for taking care of me!

I had an appointment with Dr. Randolph today as a new patient and had an outstanding experience. The office staff was friendly and my dental hygienist was professional and personable. Dr. Randolph was very knowledgeable, making sure to answer all of my questions and do a thorough examination of my teeth and gums. I was very happy with my experience and would recommend this dental practice to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Just a quick update to say Dr. Randolph got my temporary fake tooth done in record time. He was very concerned I not be without one long and made it happen fast and with great care. It matches my other teeth in color and is very near my original. I’ll update again when he makes my crown.

Absolutely the best dental experience I’ve ever had! Dr. Randolph and his friendly and professional staff put me at ease from the moment I walked through the door. The office is beautifully designed and immaculate.  My first exam was very thorough, using state of the art equipment. Dr. Randolph spent time with me going over x-rays and explained exactly what was going on with my overall dental health. I could not recommend them more highly!

While most children (even adults) can be anxious to go to the dentist, my son is especially so with good reason. I explained the situation and the office staff couldn’t be more sympathetic and accommodating to alleviate my concerns.  They clearly had worded up the nurse and dentist before our arrival and I was so pleased and comforted to see their effort to calm my son before taking him into the room. He responded immediately.  I couldn’t speak more highly of our first visit. I’m happy and pleased to say we’ve found our family dental practitioner. They are certainly about the clients happiness.

Dr Bob is the best dentist that I have seen and unfortunately I have had many throughout my life due to moving and a range of dental problems and work. He has outstanding patient-side manner and has a gentle approach that helps the patient relax during any work that is done. His office staff, dental assistants and hygienists are also excellent

I started going to Dr. Randolph’s father when I was 3. Dr. Robert Randolph has continued in his father’s footsteps to provide excellent dental service. Monica is an amazing dental hygienist. I always feel at ease with her! My husband sees Shauna and always has good things to say. Dee Dee and Dr. Randolph are also top notch! I have recommend them to several friends. I am a seriously reluctant dental patient, postpone cleanings and dental work as long as possible. I recently had some fillings done by Dr. Randolph after waiting over two years to get them done. You see the previous dentist I used replaced a couple of my old fillings and it took about 6 months for the sensitivity and discomfort to go away. I can honestly say that I felt no pain (sans a small area in my jaw where the shot was administered) on the SAME day that Dr. Bob finished my dental work. The office is lovely and clean. The staff friendly and my overall experience was top notch. I’ve even scheduled another cleaning for 6 months from now, unprecedented for me.

I’m a dental professional so when I tell you that Dr. Bob Randolph is the best I know what I’m talking about. I’ve been going to him, out of network, for over five years now and will very much miss his professionalism, skill and general concern for my well-being.  If you are lucky enough to become one of their 6 new patients per month (seven this month!) you will be in the best hands on the coast in north county.   Take care and God speed Dr. Bob.

Dr. Randolph did a great job on my crown. He’s very gentle and explained each step and the rationale. I always learn something from him. He’s an exceptional dentist. Monica is my dental hygienist and she is great too. I’ve been going to this practice for 9 years now.

Clean, modern and a great outdoor feeling to the office. Staff was nice and had smiles and Elizabeth was amazing and very friendly. She was a pro and not jaded at all by the rigour of dentistry. Very pleasant and affable. Dr. Randolph was refined to the highest proportions. Easy to deal with and honest to the core. 5 stars.
