Dr. Rosenfeld has been my dentist for over 17 years. From the first time I entered his office, I was made to feel welcome and valued by his friendly, competent staff. The staff is loving and kind and Dr. Rosenfeld is AMAZING! Dr. Rosenfeld continues to improve his skills and techniques through advanced training several times a year. His work is artistry combined with the highest skilled dentistry. Since I started seeing Dr. Rosenfeld I smile a lot more because my teeth look so much better. When I first started seeing Dr. Rosenfeld, I was uncomfortable with my smile. My teeth were crooked and yellow. Dr. Rosenfeld developed a long-range correction plan and took extra time to answer all my questions and address all my concerns. He explained what was proposed and why and made recommendations for treatment without pressuring me in any way. Since that first visit over 17 years ago, I am continually impressed by how kind, professional and absolutely painless my experience has been with Dr. Rosenfeld and every member of his team. During each step in a procedure Dr. Rosenfeld insures I am comfortable and pain free. The same applies to his hygienist. Both explain exactly what they are going to do next and ask if I need anything. I cannot say enough good things about the quality of the dental work and the caliber of the staff at this truly unique practice. After decades of problems with my teeth, I now have a beautiful smile and enjoy going to the dentist. I feel fortunate to be Dr. Rosenfeld’s patient and am grateful for the uncompromising talent and dedication Dr. Rosenfeld and his staff provide. I know I am in the best hands on earth!

There couldn’t possibly be a friendlier and more efficient office! I needed a last minute adjustment on my temporary and was accommodated with a prompt appointment. The staff greets their patients so warmly while maintaining a professional quality. Dr. Rosenfeld is always engaging and kind! He recognized the issue I had and decided to have a new replacement made very quickly. The replacement was an upgrade, just prefect! The office didn’t even charge me, which they easily could have. The integrity of this practice is unmatched and extremely welcomed!

My teenager chipped a front tooth right before her birthday and holidays. Out dentist at the time said she needed a root canal and would have to wait two weeks (until after the holidays). My brother referred me to Dr. Rosenfeld. He saw us before opening the very next morning, repaired her tooth so well that she can’t even see the chip and charged us so little I had to check again with the Receptionist to be sure that wasn’t just a down payment! I have seen Dr. Rosenfeld twice a year, for nearly 40 years. I have seen other dentists prior to meeting Dr. Rosenfeld, however, after visiting Dr. Bob for the first time, I knew I had found a caring, meticulous, honest practitioner with a nice sense of humor. Ask him about his golf game. In the past, I had some fear and much anxiety when I had to see a dentist. Since meeting Dr. Rosenfeld and his friendly and competent staff, I do not cringe when I hear the words “let’s schedule your next appointment” or “we need to do a filling” or some other procedure. I sit in the chair, put on headphones and watch TV. As I leave, Marilyn asks me if I would like a bottle of juice or a protein shake. It is a “spa” for your oral care. The hygienist does a thorough check on each visit for any signs of a potential problem, which she has discovered and notified Dr. Rosenfeld. He kept a close watch and it turned out to be fine. On several occasions, he met me at his office on his day off and I recall once on a Sunday. Obviously, he puts the comfort and care of his patients as a first priority. You can look, but you will not find a more professional, competent and caring dentist than Dr. Bob Rosenfeld.

I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Rosenfeld. I have a weird condition where my saliva is more acidic than normal and I went to multiple dentists before him and was being told that I had four and five cavities at a time-despite my best efforts…. Went through thousands of dollars before I saw Dr. Rosenfeld and he easily diagnosed the problem, recommended Carifree brand products and I have not had a cavity since I started using this! He is extremely knowledgeable about everything I have ever asked and the rest of the staff has also always been great, easy to work with and accommodating. Dr. Rosenfeld and his family have lived in the Del Mar / Solana Beach area for 28 years. He is proud to be an active member and past president of the Del Mar Rotary Club where he has served for 23 years. Dr. Rosenfeld is dedicated to serving the community by providing the best that dentistry has to offer. Dr. Rosenfeld did his undergraduate studies at the University of Southern California. He then went on to the University Of The Pacific where he graduated from the School of Dentistry in 1978. Throughout his career, Dr. Rosenfeld has continued to train rigorously with top aesthetic and restorative dental experts from around the world. In addition to his advanced training, which includes The Pankey Institute and the Kois Center, Dr. Rosenfeld has served the Community through his work with Share The Care Foundation and St. Leo's Dental Clinic. He also chaired The Continuing Education Council and served on the Board of Directors for The County Dental Society.
