I want to thank Dr. Sarkissian and his staff for making me feel comfortable today during my first visit.  I told them I had not been to a dentist in years(SHAME ON ME) and was stressed. They all made me feel good and relaxed and even the anesthesia went well and pain free. Now for a few more visits to clean and fix some things and I’ll be good. Maybe just maybe I’ll make it back for routine cleaning and check ups.

I’ve been going to Dr. Sarkissian for 25 years and he is the most hardworking, dedicated and thorough health professional I’ve ever met. My entire family has gone to him and my mom paid for braces for all 4 kids through his plans. Dr.S really knows how to hire staff, everyone that has ever worked in his office is well trained and always thorough. He has offices in Woodland Hills and in Palmdale. I highly recommend you visit him for all your dental needs.

We have been going here since 1995 all 3 of our children go here . I have referred several friends thru the years and they all still  come her as well. Never will I go anywhere else . He is the best . He will not do services that are not needed. He is truly a wonderful and carrying dentist.

My first visit to Westside, and the office was calm and clean. The receptionist was great at multitasking and friendly!  I was worried that I didn’t have dental insurance, but I got x-rays and a consult for an excellent price. Dr. Robert Sarkissian listened to me and I didn’t feel rushed, he understood my finances and broke down my procedures to most important to least important. I wasn’t pushed to get all these things done at once and fill out a whole bunch of paper work, like most dental office. I have been to a few dentist in Palmdale and Westside Dental is kind, affordable and the wait wasn’t long either.

I LOVE MY DENTIST.! I had a popcorn kernel shell tucked under my gums causing inflammation and unbearable pain. However, within 15 minutes the Dr. ever so gently removed the shell to my astonishment without numbing the area. I can now enjoy the rest of my vacation. Thank You Doc. and your Beautiful Staff.

Really friendly staff! Great service and they’re also very informative about how much your insurance covers and are willing to answer any questions you may have. During the actual service, they made sure to address different areas of concern and why they are a concern and also provided ways to prevent my teeth from getting damaged-overall they made me feel like they cared!

We have been going here for over 3+ years, and Dr. Sarkissian and staff are the very best professionals and offer the greatest service I have ever gotten from a Dentist. Two of my sons had orthodontics procedure done here and we are very happy with the results. We will only go here and I drive across town just to be seen by Dr. Sarkissian.

Dr. Sarkisian and his Entire staff have been Wonderful to work with. I had invisalign braces and veneers and bleaching done recently. The process was long but the bi-monthly visits were pleasant due the cheerful demeanor of the office! Vanessa, Sonja and Dr S are Remarkable people and I can’t thank them enough for getting my smile Perfect for my wedding in less than a month. Your patience, dedication and compassion is worthy of this Glowing review. I will continue coming to you all for ALL my dentistry needs!

My friend says that Dr. Sarkissian is the best, however, I wouldn’t know. I called 6 times to confirm if they did take my health savings plan. Each time I was told they would call me back. They did not – 6 times. A health savings plan means I pay the negotiated PPO fee of the insurance company. How hard is it to accept or deny a health savings plan?  I assume they decided to cancel the plan because Dr Sarkissian was removed from the insurance accepted provider’s website. A returned phone call would have saved me a lot of aggravation. I cannot give Dr Sarkissian a low score based on my friend’s assessment of him. However, I am very disappointed, I know 3 people also looking for a dentist, not certain if I can offer this office as a referral.

I’ve been to numerous dentist over this year alone and had nothing but disappointments and pain. I found Dr. Sarkisian at Westside dental and I’ve never been more relieved. He made each process painless and gave me great advice. You don’t know how much this means to me.

Like most people, I do not fancy visiting a dentist, mostly because of the drill not the dentist. Dr Sarkissian makes it easy for me and my family to visit his office because we have 100% confidence in his ability to get it right the first time. He is patient, transparent and completely honest with expectations and risks in the procedure to correct your dental issue. We have been to other dentists who were not transparent but needed several visits; Dr Sarkissian did it in exactly one visit and problem is gone. You can visit other dentists for cleaning and minor issues but if you have major dental work, take it from my experience, visit Dr Sarkissian

I had an appointment at 0900 today 7/5/18 and I was received and taken in for examination on time. The staff, dental assistants, and dentists were very courteous and let me know what they were going to do before they performed it. Had to have x-rays taken and it was an unpainful process not like in the past. Overall experience rating of 5 out of 5. I do have to come back for a cavity, but I know I am in good hands. Outstanding experience.

Have been there twice and they have been amazing.. This is my new dentist that I will be going to from now on.. everybody is so nice and professional and they really take care of you.. the text messages to remind you about your appointments is awesome.. keep up the outstanding job your office is doing.. If anybody is looking for a dentist I will definitely be referring them to west side dental.

Dr. Sarkissian is the best dentist in the world! He really cares about his patients and is not in it for the money! Genuinely  dentist for the patients! Payment plans accepted, and will give you an honest treatment plan. If you are scared of dentists and want someone who takes their time, I would seriously recommend this dentist. I’ve never left a review before, but I made sure to take the time to do this because Westside Dental really is the best. I will never go to another Dentist besides this place!
