I felt immediately comfortable with the staff at Dr. Stephenson’s office, and confirmed that impression when I met the doctor himself. I’ve worked in the dental industry for more than thirty years, so know a good team when I see one. I understand that most of his team has been with him for many years; and that speaks volumes about the character, integrity and skill of Dr. Stephenson, as well as to the ability of his team to function as a cohesive unit. As a patient, all of the above translates to a very positive and impressive first experience. I’ve just recently made Eugene my home, and I believe I’ve found my dental home as well! Here’s to a long, healthy relationship!

I recently moved to the Eugene area and finding new everything can be a challenge. I started having pain in one of my older dental implants and after researching a bit, called Dr. Stephenson’s office. The individual (sorry I didn’t catch the name) was so kind and helpful! They worked me into the doctors schedule same day. I walked into the office and everyone was friendly and kind. They took x-rays and found the problem. Unfortunately Dr. Stephenson wasn’t able to fix it but after a detailed, easy to understand explanation, he did refer me to an oral surgeon. His staff worked hard to get me into one as soon as possible. I will be returning to Dr. Stephenson’s office for my regular card and will get my family in as well.

I usually don’t write reviews but our experience was soo good that I want other people to know about this dentist and his team! They are all very calm, gentle, friendly, welcoming and super professional. Both my husband and I got appointments fast and we were informed right then and there how much our treatment plans would cost. During the treatments, you can watch TV with headphones or look outside into the green surrounding area. Every step is explained and everyone is attentive to the patient and their reaction. I had ZERO pain during the cleaning and a filling. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Stephenson and his team.

I chose Dr. Stephenson on a recommendation from my mother and I was also looking for a kid friendly dentist for my three young boys. I was greeted with friendly faces and felt so comfortable! The hygienists are fantastic and take the time to get to know you. My four year olds cannot wait to go back to the dentist after their first appointment! They are excited about brushing their teeth and actually ask to go see Dr. Bob again! A great family friendly dentist office that I recommend to all my family and friends.

I recently relocated to Eugene and started the search for a new dentist.  Dr. Stephenson and his team are a great match for my needs.  Convenient, clean, updated office; efficient, caring staff; competent treatment.  Completing my new patient forms online saved time.  My hygienist Trish was awesome (and most of the staff have been there for years which is also a good sign).  They even have TVs mounted to the ceiling so you can watch while they work on you.  Very pleased with my new dental off

FINALLY found a great dentist after my previous dentist retired. My very first visit I needed an extraction and it went VERY well! Dr. Stephenson is remarkable! He and his entire staff are GENUINELY caring. I have had traumatic dental visits in the past so that is why I’m so excited to have found a patient and compassionate dentist!  5+ stars from me!

Dr. Stephenson has been my dentist since I moved to Eugene for school two years ago. I can honestly say that his office is the best dental experience I have ever had! From the moment you call to schedule an appointment to the point when Dr. Stephenson’s inspects your teeth, all staff members are warm and informative. The facilities are sparkling clean and all equipment looks very modern. I highly recommend Tricia, dental hygienist, she always makes me feel comfortable and does an amazing job. If you want a comfortable and comprehensive dental team, call Dr. Stephenson’s office!

I called Dr. Stephenson’s office several months ago when my wife had an appointment at Aspen Dental and was treated badly. At Aspen, some equipment broke and they sent her home with the job uncompleted and with extra pain medication. When I called, Dr. Stephenson’s office showed compassion and even tried to get my wife in that day. My wife decided against it because of the hassle of getting records moved. So she stayed at Aspen for another few months thinking this is what dentist offices are like. Finally, after another complaint I asked her, “Have you tried Dr. Stephenson’s office yet?” and urged her to call. We couldn’t be more happy. All of our kids had appointments in the last week and even they loved it there. Highly recommend them!

I went for a 6th month checkup. Found I needed my 5 year full mouth exrays. I thought no problem. It really wasn’t and it was fun to watch your teeth, roots and all show up on the screen. The check-up went fine and cleaning was thorough and mostly gentle. Flossing  (is not my fortay), so that tends to ream out the demons who exist . Finding a cavity under my bridge was unfortunate, but what can you say. One more hurdle to cross over, except in this case it’s a bridge. Everybody is very kind and considerate regardless of what walk of life you are from. Thanks to all!!

Just had my third appointment at Dr Stephenson’s office. He was thorough in his checkup, also indicating work I may need in the future and cosmetic options I might consider. Trisha, my friendly hygienist, did an amazing job. I told her it was probably the best cleaning I had ever received. I’m 85, and have had lots of cleanings in my lifetime, so that’s a bold compliment. Check it out folks.

I had my teeth cleaned by Kristen as I have many times before.  Not only is she personable, but she has excellent skills.  I have been going to Dr Stephenson since her children were little–now they are teens.  I  have never had a bad experience.  Dr Stephenson has a great staff, and he is an excellent dentist.

I have been going to Dr. Stephenson for about 20 years.  They know me there, they keep me on top of things, but they don’t push unwanted services on me.  If I have a concern about my teeth, they investigate and explain things to me.  I get my regular checkups, fillings when I need them and have had several crowns “installed”, all without problems.

Looking for one of the best dentists in Eugene?  I found one in Doctor Stephenson.  Not only is Dr. Stephenson one of the best…his staff shares the same personable, friendly and awesome traits as Dr. Stephenson.  They are one team…  Needless to say, I highly recommend Dr. Stephen as your dentist.  You won’t be disappointed!  -Paul F.

I can’t say enough good things about the quality of care, service and advice I receive from Dr. Robert and his team…From the receptionist to my hygienist, Trish, I always feel welcomed and valued as a patient and that everyone is genuinely concerned about my dental health and wants to assist me in making the best decision for myself to that regard…PRICELESS!!!

The entire staff is extremely friendly and professional. Dr. Stephenson has been taking care of my entire family for a number of years and he’s as good as it gets. Trish has been cleaning my teeth since day one and I couldn’t be happier with the care. Not many people like going to the Dentist-I’m one of them. That being said, Dr. Stephenson and his staff always have me driving away thinking that maybe a visit to the Dentist isn’t all that bad…. Highly recommend
