As usual when it comes to services, I prefer the aggregate opinion of yelp to a single personal recommendation. I was not disappointed. Dr. Robinson and her staff run a tight ship. I called on a Wednesday to set up a new patient consult and get a filling repaired; Candiss, the very competent office admin, told me the first opening for a new patient was 2+ weeks out, but she could get me in for the filling next Tuesday, or even earlier if I was in a lot of pain. Since I was doing ok, I accepted the Tuesday, and asked that if any time slots opened up that I be called. They were able to fit my new patient eval into my Tuesday appointment. After a full set of X-rays and a cleaning, I was told that my filling was stable and made an appointment 2 weeks out to get that fixed (it had stopped being tender) along with some orthodontia I needed tied up (Dr. Robinson is also an Invisalign provider). My filling repair went as smoothly as possible; Angie, Dr. Robinson’s assistant, is extremely professional and personable, and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. They gave me safety glasses and Bose noise canceling headphones to listen to my iphone during the procedure, which was really cool. I have good dental insurance, and Candiss ensured that I paid as little as possible out of pocket before she sent off the bill to Metlife. Highly recommended.

Our family has been going to Dr. Robinson since moving to Dallas in 2015. It is really hard to find a good dentist and we are so lucky to have found her. She and her staff are great at explaining any issues of concern that they are seeing and, if work is recommended, what that will entail. Also her appointments generally run on time which is refreshing when you really only have an hour to get in and out. I highly recommend her for general and cosmetic dentistry. Even if you already had braces and even for minor movement, I do not recommend Dr. Robinson or any provider that is not an orthodontist for Invisalign. And, I am now starting over ($$$) with an orthodontist. (Though that orthodontist still specifically recommends Dr. Robinson for cosmetic bonding and veneers.

Finding Robinson DDS has been a blessing. The staff makes you feel like family. I had a very bad experience with a DDS when I was 17 years old. I explained my incident to them, and I am very close to not having panic attacks at the thought of seeing Robinson Dentistry. I am always greeted with a smile and very nice people. When my husband was suffering from cancer they took special care to make sure he was comfortable. And, they didn’t add to his pain. Even though he was in a lot of pain he always left with a smile. That meant a lot to me.

Let’s be honest, most of us are uncomfortable going to the dentist and having a hygienist and dentist poke around in your mouth for an hour. Dr. Robinson and her staff made me feel welcome and relaxed. Michelle took her time cleaning my teeth and going over some basic best practices that would help me maintain my pearly whites. When Dr. Robinson came in, she was smiling and personable taking her time to get to know me a bit before talking about my teeth. They have all left a lasting impression and I will continue to trust them with my dental health as long as their doors are open!

I feel right at home in this office, all the office staff is very friendly and the dentists that have worked on me have a great “bedside” manner. I have had the experience where some dentist offices try to offer unnecessary procedures for the sake tacking on extra charges to you and your insurance…that has never happened to me at this office. I have been a patient here for about 3 years and would def recommend them to anyone shopping around for a dentist. Oh and insurance handling here has always been on point for me. Another great part about this office is that you get to get to watch TV while you get work done on your teeth…bonus!

I admittingly have not been to the dentist in years. This is the best experience I’ve ever had. Not only was every single person extremely friendly but not once did I feel like I was being judged. They were so helpful and encouraging. Dr. Robinson was so easy to talk to and so positive about my future. Candace was so sweet and helpful. Michelle was an amazing and gentle hygienist. The environment and the people are why I think Robinson Dentistry is great. Everybody that works there seems to genuinely care about their customers. When you are nervous about going to a dentist, to walk into the dentist office and be greeted with smiles and questions on how you are doing helps to put you at ease. I also like that the office has TVs above all of the dentistry tables along with headphones to help distract you from the work being done on you. I was able to watch Merlin on Netflix while I was having my teeth deep cleaned. They are also great at what they do but, for me, it’s the people that I appreciate the most.

Dr. Robinson and her entire staff are wonderful! I’m accustomed to a small town dentist. After moving to Dallas, I hopped around from dentist to dentist. And I just couldn’t find a dentist and staff with whom I felt comfortable… Until Dr. Robinson’s office. They are all so helpful and welcoming. They provide great service from follow ups to reminders. Vicki at the front called on my insurance benefits to get the details for me on when my plan renewed to help my out of pocket expense. Michelle, the dental assistant always remembers little details about my life so that going in for a visit is like catching up with an old friend. And Zara, one of the hygienists, is so warm, that I felt like I’d known her for years. And Dr. Robinson is so down to earth and fun. Her office makes you feel right at home. They are a class act. My husband and I lost our dentist to cancer and so we had to find another dentist. So friend told us about Dr. Robinson, DDS and we made an appointment just to meet her and see if we would be a good fit. It is wonderful everyone is kind, friendly and they seem like family. My husband was diagnosed with cancer on our Wedding Anniversary. And, when we went in for dental work for my husband I couldn’t ask for better care. Of course the take great care of me also. They are beautiful people inside and out. And they take great pains not cause any pain I have a fear of dentist because of one when I was a teenager he caused great pain so when the Robinson Dentistry people are so kind and caring they (almost) have my fear of dentist is almost gone,. I really am grateful that the last 1/2 my husband lived they took extra care knowing he was in pain all the time. I would recommend Dr. Robinson and her staff to anyone who needs someone to take care of my Teeth and teeth. They are so kind, they have great dentist. and all the people who work in her office make you feel at home from the time you enter until you leave. I could say more great things but I think you get the idea Dr. Robinson is a GEM.

She answered all my questions. The practice has modern equipment. This was my first time getting to see the pictures of all my teeth on a large monitor. I was impressed. Teeth are feeling good, post cleaning. Dr. Robinson & Michelle worked well together. They answered all my questions, pointed out areas to keep an eye on. They took the time to welcome me and gave me the straight deal on treatment options, what was needed and what was not. All in all, an awesome visit!

Love this office where “everyone knows your name”. It is really like going to your neighborhood dentist. They are an active part of the community and a definite asset to the White Rock area. Everyone from the secretary to the hygienists to Dr. Robinson herself are the best. A little expensive but the latest technology makes everything from cleaning to X-rays, to dental work so much easier. They have all the latest touches to make visits to the dentist more pleasant, including a beautiful office with soothing touches such as television to keep your mind off procedures taking place, etc. Of course, the best thing is the knowledge and skill of Dr. Robinson and her staff.

I have been seeing Dr. Robinson and her staff for about 2 years now. Her office is very modern and well, CUTE! The staff is very nice, and they really take the effort to get to know you. In a city that is growing as fast as Dallas I value the personalized service and warmth from Doctor Robinson and her staff more than ever. Yes – I get outstanding quality service and care every time. But to me the thing that sets them apart is the human element that is so pervasive in their office environment and culture. Take the use of technology: you always sense that they have the best in dental technology but it never takes a back seat to the person-to-person interaction of carefully listening and observing. And then there’s the fact that they remember me. Guys, I haven’t been to the dentist in an embarrassingly long time. It was just one of those things I knew I had to do and would forget about and then I began to actively avoid it. This is not a good strategy if you’re looking to have healthy teeth and a great smile. So I sucked it up, asked around and then went to Yelp. From start to finish, I can easily say this was the best dentist appointment I’ve ever had. The office is small but well decorated and stocked with coffee, water and a TV that was playing HGTV (why thank you! How did you know I love the Property Brothers?) Candice at the front desk is awesome; she’s friendly, helpful and sets the tone for a positive and professional encounter. Michelle did my cleaning and was friendly, concerned about my comfort and did a great job. Like I said, I haven’t been to the dentist in a looooong time and she had her work cut out for her and to be honest, I was worried that I was going to be chastised for not taking better care of my teeth. Even though there are issues to be addressed, I didn’t walk out feeling like a total degenerate about my mouth and that was worth the visit right there. Also, I got to watch Netflix the entire time my teeth were being cleaned. It’s basically my dream doctor’s visit; I check out mentally and focus on binge watching whatever I’m currently obsessed with in this light, bright office. Genius! Dr. Robinson came in at the end to go over what the long-term plan was and wouldn’t you know it, she was just as likable as every other person I had the pleasure to interact with in her office. I got a clear plan of what we need to do to go forward and just get me back on track, plus she complimented my smile which is always nice to hear. I was very nervous about going back to the dentist after such a long time, but if I had known it was going to be this easy and …pleasant? (Can you say that about a dentist visit?) Then I would have done this years a go

I am not a big fan of dentists, like at ALL. However, I had a great experience. Have you ever changed dentists and found yourself telling others about the dentist? I have most certainly not done that, like ever! I’ve been meaning to write this review for weeks. I’ve never made a review for a dentist before, but I truly could not be happier with Robinson Dental. From the moment you walk in the door, you feel welcomed. They’re all genuinely friendly. All of their forms are signed digitally, so no paper waste. I love that! Speaking of no paper waste, they keep a basket of dry washcloths in the restroom for drying your hands that you then toss into the used washcloth basket underneath. As someone who is passionate about the environment, I’m thrilled that they too care enough that they would rather have washcloths washed nightly than to add to the paper waste we are so used to at other places. They also do not give you the cheap thin plastic baggies that most dentists give out with their dental care packages, but rather a nice thick reusable bag that is great for travel. Plus, you can always just bring your bag back and reuse it rather than taking a new bag every time, and they won’t ridicule you for refusing it all together, should you not need to take those items, if you get your own anyway. As far as dental cleaning goes, I can say I’m pretty sure my teeth have never felt smoother. The hygienist is very sweet, easy to talk to, and thorough. Plus, you can watch your favorite Netflix show while you’re teeth are being cleaned. Bonus! I’ve heard nothing but great things about Dr. Robinson, but my dentist is Dr. Miles, who I have nothing but great things to say about as well. She’s also sweet, easy to talk to, and thorough. She does great work, and the sweet ladies who assisted her during my fillings were lovely too. They had me come back in to bring my night guard with me, so they could file it down and smooth it out. I’d told them that my doggy had chewed it up, so I couldn’t wear it anymore without getting sores on my upper lip from the rough broken edges. I’m so happy I can wear it again. What can I say? If you’re looking for a new dentist who not only cares about their patients but also about Mother Earth, look no further. I highly recommend Robinson Dental. They’ve truly impressed me.

I’ve had three appointments at Robinson Dentistry now, and considering I had to get some painful deep cleaning done, they have all been great! The staff is wonderful. This dental clinic is wonderful! Candice has been very nice, accommodating and helpful and so is Dr. Robinson! Doc is honest, friendly, and pretty, and even helped me saved some $$$ for my retainer. Angie is nice too; provided me with bottled water. 😀 I can’t wait for my January appt. when my PPO Insurance starts. Really better to change from HMO to PPO. I wish they are in network but even if they are out of network, I feel that they are worth more than my previous dental clinic.
