It was my first appointment today and was extremely satisfied with my visit. Nancy the hygienist was so friendly, funny and did an excellent job cleaning my teeth. First time in awhile that I felt like my teeth were cleaned properly. I will definitely recommend Rockside Family Dental Care to friends and family.

I am terrified of denists, which has caused me to avoid going for over four years. The doctors and staff were so amazing, they really helped with my anxiety! All of the staff were very friendly, the doctor explained everything that needed to be done but still left the decision to me. The office was bright and easily accessed by rockside road or the highway. I would highly recommend this dental office to anyone looking for a dentist, especially those who have a fear of dentist like myself!

I have been to way to many dentist due to insurace changes, location changes or hours of operation. I had DDS Jeran who came by referral already. The hours of this dental care are awesome for working parents. The staff from front of the house to the back of the house were awesome. I had an emergency extreme tooth ache. They fit me into there busy schedule and took care of it. I am happily pain free. I will now bring my daughter here and this will be my family dentist. Michael Aumock

I say this having been a patient of theirs for years, that Rockside Family Dental is by far the best experience I’ve had when it comes to all spectrums of dentistry. If you hate going to the dentist I would highly recommend this as your new home for you and your family to have the best experience in the practice!!!

My son who is 11 had to have a filling. He was very apprehensive. Dr Jason explained every step to him and even let him watch in a mirror all the steps to do his filling. Dr Jeran was so kind and patient and had a conversation directly with my son. I was so impressed. Thank you Rockside Dental for making his appointment so easy.

I went in for a teeth cleaning today with Colleen. Unfortunately it had been a year since my last cleaning. Colleen was very kind and a ninja with the water cleaning tool! My teeth are now super smooth and clean. I made a 3 month follow up with Colleen prior to leaving! Dr. Jeran checked my teeth, answered my questions and gave me great advice. He also was very kind and helpful. I have sent my family here along with anyone who asks for a recommendation. Waiting room and exam rooms are clean. Very pleased, A+. Thank you

I saw two dentists a periodontist and an endodontist before finally being referred to Dr. Jeran . Dr. Jeran was able to use modern technology and skills to diagnose and treat my extreme tooth pain and infection. I am glad to say I feel like I finally found the right doctor and the right place. Thank you! 🙂

I took my son For his first appointment at Rockside Family Dental Care after seeing a pediatric dentist for many years. I myself have been a patient at Rockside Family Dental Care for 25 years. I have always had Dr. Carmichael and Mitsy and have always been more than satisfied with my treatment! My son had Nancy for a hygienist. She was wonderful! Going from a pediatric dentist this was quite a different appointment. Especially since he just had his braces removed, and this was his first cleaning since that time. She explained everything completely to him and expressed how important it was to floss and use his WaterPik. She even had him hold a mirror so he could see what she was doing. I was very happy with her and even booked his next appointment with her in six months. Dr Jeran was his dentist that examined his teeth. He was a new dentist to me Since I have always seen Dr. Carmichael in the past. He was very kind and wonderful with my son. I couldn’t be happier as usual with a Rockside Family Dental Care! Always the nicest staff …,Down to the girls at the front desk who were very sweet! I was sad that there were no flowers this time LOL. I know that probably is related to Covid policies. The waiting room was extremely clean ,as always, and spaced adequately for social distancing. Very happy with my overall experience! My son said it was the best Dental appt he’d ever been to LOL

I love this dentist. I have major dentist anxiety but I knew I had to go in because there was something going on with my back tooth. I got an appointment right away (same day!) They were friendly, kept me calm, and explained everything they were doing. It turned out I needed a wisdom tooth extracted and they got it done a week later, very neat job, very little pain, they gave me a prescription for sedatives first so I would be calm, and they ended up charging me half what they warned me the work might cost. I will stick with these guys forever. A+++++++
