I am pleased with the choice of this office as my new new dental provider. The staff were pleasant to deal with and seemed competent. My appointment started on time and the cleaning I received was thorough. Dr. Thomas makes use of up to date technology (such as digital Xray imaging) which makes things go smoother. I’m glad I went in for a checkup, because he detected a problem that is not bothering me right now but which definitely needs to be addressed right away. All in all, so far I am happy with the care that I receive at this office.

I have been very pleased with Dr. Thomas and the staff at Rolling Ridge. We received a mailing from the group when they first opened and were interesting in making them our new dental practice. Life got in the way and we didn’t go. Then I was in an accident and broke a tooth. I knew immediately who I was going to call. I got an appointment the next day for an exam and a treatment plan was put into motion for the day after that. There was never a delay, never concerns about insurance, no problems at all. The staff is excellent, helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. They are proactive in making sure I understand the payment options I have. Whenever I call during office hours the phone is answered quickly and professionally. Finally, like others, I ignored my dental health for far too long and ended up needing continued treatments for cavities and gum health after my accident work was finished. I never felt pressured or made to feel badly about my dental past…Dr. Thomas and his staff care about my present and future. Rolling Ridge has my business for as long as we live in Raleigh. Thank you all!

I recommend Rolling Ridge wholeheartedly! I was greeted with warm smiles by each staf member and they have taken every precaution to keep patients safe in the midst of a pandemic. I loved the friendly atmosphere and the presentation playing on the TV which introduces each employee. I wish I could give 10 stars because they truly went above and beyond!

I actually look forward to going to the dentist at Rolling Ridge Dentistry. The staff is welcoming and always remembers me. My hygienist Danielle is the best!! We always chat about trips and holidays and what we are up to. It’s like seeing an old friend. Dr. Thomas is really cool. He told me that I’ve only got one set of teeth that need to last for the rest of my life. So now I actually floss! He pulled two of my wisdom teeth out with local anesthesia A few years ago and it wasn’t bad at all. His wife, also a dentist, is really nice, too. The family practice vibe goes a long way for me. It’s familiar, friendly, and comfortable. He’s the nicest dentist I have ever met. The Dental Savers plan helps me to afford x rays, visits, and other exams. The exam rooms are really nice and cozy. The chairs are comfy and the x rays are done on spot. I used to go to a dentist’s office as a kid where it was basically a factory and they had 10 chairs in a room, and everyone was getting their teeth cleaned at the same time. It was horrible. At Rolling Ridge, the exam rooms are private and comfortable. The best thing (besides the staff) is there are two TVs – one on the wall and one on the ceiling that you can watch as you lay back and have your teeth cleaned. I referred my partner Carlos and Rolling Ridge sent us two movie tickets as a thank you with a handwritten card. It was really sweet. Now Carlos and I go to see Danielle and Dr. Thomas to get our teeth cleaned, and we make sure we are both brushing and flossing on a regular basis. I highly recommend Rolling Ridge Dentistry. Dr. Thomas and the team do an outstanding job. I am very happy with their work over the past several years, and hope that I can continue seeing them for years to come.

I have dreaded going to the dentist for a while now and decided to try Rolling Ridge. It was a much more pleasant experience than I’ve had at previous dentists. Tiffany was so nice and made me feel at ease. Dr. Thomas made sure I was comfortable the entire time and explained everything very well. I will be recommending this place to anyone who needs a dentist!

I really enjoyed the customer service that Dr. Thomas and the Rolling Ridge team showed me. If you are looking for a new dentist I would highly suggest them. They explain everything in detail which puts you at ease. I even got a follow up phone call before they closed from Dr. Thomas which has never happened with any other dentist I’ve been to.

Rolling Ridge Dentistry is a top tier practice. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming and the atmosphere is both relaxing and professional. Dr. Thomas was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. My dental hygienist was incredibly friendly, skilled, and an absolute doll. This was the best experience I’ve had with any dentist practice.

This office is wonderful! The office is so nice and comfortable I could just hang out in the lobby. The staff and the doc are very personable and professional. Danielle is a great hygienist! She made me feel comfortable and was very knowledgeable when answering my questions. I highly recommend this office to anyone!

I walked into Rolling Ridge with a very broken spirit. Convinced my unique and heartbreaking condition would stay with me always and I would eventually lose my life. My jaw was extremely infected and most all of my teeth were damaged, my only recourse was a grant and a dream. Dr. Thomas and his amazing staff literally saved my life and were kind and sweet to me through the entire grueling process. I say grueling for them, for me, they made sure I was comfortable, pain free and anxiety free. Over the course of a year, my moments of peace were found in Dr. Thomas’s care. I was treated like family in that office, each and every time I was there. There are no words in the English language to describe how talented and brave Dr. Thomas is. He handled my case as if it were the only one he was working on while also handling other patients and I never knew the difference. I wear a smile and have my life back thanks to him and his staff, I’m terrible with names but they were all wonderful, sensitive and accommodating. Thanks to them, I get to live and be with my family and eat and smile and enjoy life.
