I appreciate Dr. Wilson’s knowledge and professionalism. He explains the dental treatment and my options in a clear and concise way. Dr. Wilson is a very gentle dentist. I never feel his injections. I have been very happy with the work he has done for my family and I. I am very picky and when my husband broke his front tooth Dr. Wilson made it look beautiful. Great experience! I hadn’t been to the dentist in a year and a half due to the pandemic. I recently moved to Chico and was recommended Dr. Ron Wilson’s practice. I was surprised with how quickly they were able to get me in for a checkup/cleaning (a couple weeks compared to a 6 month wait at my old dentist office). Dr. Wilson explained my x-rays and images to me and answered any questions I had. Dr. Wilson and his team made me feel comfortable and got me back on track with my dental care. Very friendly. 10/10 would recommend.

I enjoy my 6 month dental check and cleaning. The staff are friendly and efficient! My hygienist was wonderful. She did a thorough cleaning and gave me good tips on keeping my teeth healthy! Dr. Wilson, as ALWAYS, does an excellent job. He never ceases to amaze me with his thorough explanations and treatment[s]. If you want a dentist that will treat you right, he’s your man!! The hygienists are excellent. My teeth are a little sensitive so I asked the one who helped me to “go easy” on the polishing. She was very gentle and did a great job. On my appointment day I was going to be late. I called the office to tell them what was going on with my arrival. I made about 4 calls and was greeted each time with a pleasant secretary. My last call was to get final directions to the office. Sherry was nice enough to stay on the phone and give us turn by turn directions. When I arrived, I was ushered to the room where I would have impressions made. Again,, I was greeted by another very nice pleasant person. The doctor also stopped in to visit for a few minutes. The procedure was explained as to what was to be done and in no time at all the appointment was completed. I look forward to many more appointments.

Dr Wilson takes time to discuss, explain and answer questions about the work he proposes to do as he completes patient treatment. At the completion of his work, he lets you know what you might experience afterwards and as well, if there is any discomfort, that he wants you to know that he wants you to get in touch with him. This latter step let’s the patient know that they always remain in touch with your treatment and his medical practice. I will be continuing with my dental care needs at Dr. Wilson’s office in the future.

Dr. Wilson replaced a crown on a cracked tooth. I was impressed with his use of new technology allowing him to create a new crown on the spot instead of the usual two appointments. Dr. Wilson, and the staff, have my highest recommendation. This practice is new to us, having recently moved to Chico after the Carr Fire. As dentists do, Dr. Wilson identified my dental “issues,” during the initial exam. Included of course, were his measurable approaches for resolution. I could clearly understand him. However, I never felt judged, nor did I feel pressured to deal with these issues immediately. My partial needed repair, and it fit almost perfectly when initially placed in my mouth. That was a first. My husband and I (finally) had our teeth cleaned yesterday! Jessica, the hygienist, did a professional job, and was so kind to those of us who have experienced loss from the fire. The Office Manager is very good about scheduling and explaining the insurance aspects. In the past, my usual method of locating a dentist has been to stand outside the door, and interview patients when they leave. This time, I just went with the recommendation of another dental office who couldn’t take us for six months, because as we all know, life is more impacted in Chico right now. We sure got lucky.

I have had 2 crowns and some other work done so far this year. I am very pleased with my new dentist Dr. Wilson. He has a great staff working for him. I have had the best tooth cleaning ever from hygienist (Nancy) and I have had many. With a new dentist you must have complete trust in him, that he is trustworthy, fair, and honest. I do have 100% trust in Dr. Wilson. I have recommended a couple of my friends to him. No one really likes going to the dentist, however my entire experience has been PAINLESS. I became Dr. Wilson’s patient when he bought the practice of our former dentist upon his retirement. It was scary to go to a new dentist, but my fears were quickly allayed. The office staff are very friendly and there is never a problem with them, because they are professional and nice. Dr. Wilson has the latest technologies in dentistry and my husband and I were quickly brought up to date on our dental care. The hygienists are fantastic and will help you keep your teeth in the best condition they can and they are encouraging about your upkeep. Dr. Wilson is very friendly and easy to work with. He has lots of kids, so he is good with kids of all ages. He is a family man and his practice is important to him, keeping up with the latest skills necessary for his patients. I know more about my teeth today than I had ever discovered in the past and that has been a wonderful thing for me, since I’m 61 and want to keep a healthy smile.

I had a crown come off and needed it either put back on or replaced ASAP. Doctor Wilson was able to see me first thing in the morning. After taking an X-ray, inspecting the crown and assessing the situation he was able to cement the crown back on and I was on my way. I appreciated him considering both the dental aspect and the financial impact based on my insurance coverage before proposing a treatment plan. I’ve been a happy patient of Doctor Wilson for many years!!!
