I was able to book an appointment on a very short notice – 2 hours prior. I came with sharp pain in my upper back tooth and Dr. Ronald George seemed very professional and knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and solve the problem based on the imaging taken and examination. I had to wait to be seen for a little short of an hour but I received apologies from the team. I find him to be a kind doctor that takes his time to explain the current situation about one’s teeth. For the first time in years, I feel very comfortable of getting any procedure completed. My visit with Dr. Ronald George was PHENOMINAL!!! I don’t like seeing any doctor (I know… it’s necessary) and I have a severe phobia for needles (I know… they too are necessary). Everyone made me feel so comfortable, from the front desk clerks to the dental hygienist and definitely Dr. Ronald George. I walked out feeling numb, of course, but great. I got home and had no discomfort at all, even after the anesthesia wore out. The following day I really almost forgot that I had a deep cleaning and cavities worked on the day before. I actually can’t wait until my appointment next week, so I can tell my hygienist that instead of listening to Beres Hammond in the background, I will listen to Anita Baker this time. “Anything to make my patient feel comfortable” her exact words.
