I’ve been going here for about 10 years and not one time have I had a problem. They are Always Friendly & Professional. I had a crown to come off on Thursday 21st and they fixed me right up on Monday 25th. I even referred my best friend and her husband to Azalea Rd Dental and they love them as well. I would definitely refer others to them.

I just had the most amazing dental visit! The service was excellent the staff was friendly. Dr Harrell is incredibly talented he is a very good dentist. I was a little nervous at first but that nervous soon disappeared as he started to work on my tooth. I felt no pain whatsoever. Dr. Harrell is truly the most compassionate and reasonable dentist I have ever had. He does not try to find things to charge you for like some dentists do. 🙂 He is very transparent about your oral health, anything he feels you need, and uses easy to understand language when communicating with you. He is very experienced and I always feel very confident with his assessment and opinion. Every single one of the ladies there is sweet, knowledgable, and professional. If you have anxiety about dental visits, I really think this group would put you at ease. Additionally, they are always mindful of your appointment time too, which I appreciate so much! I am so glad I found Dr. Harrell and will continue being a patient as well as recommending him to my friends (or anyone else that mentions dental needs).

I’ve been going to Dr. Harrell for about 20 years. He is an outstanding dentist. He is caring and keeps up with the literature. I have sent friends and colleagues and they agree. One friend moved out of state and still tries to see Dr. Harrell if needed when he visits Mobile 2-3 times a year. Dr Harrell’s staff (e. g., Terri) also are very knowledgeable because they stay for many years and continue to learn.
