Wow this place is a little piece of dental heaven. Never thought I would say that. Going to the dentist has always been a pretty Terrifying experience for me as a kid, it made it hard for to want to go as an adult. This place has completely changed my perspective On going to the dentist. Immediately when I walked in I can feel the great energy the people behind the desk were so sweet and welcoming I felt very comfortable. When I filled out my paperwork it only took about 5 to 10 minutes for me to get called, The dentist already knew that I was pretty terrified to come so that’s the first thing that he addressed with me immediately which helped me a lot it made me feel comfortable. The dentist and the assistance gave me peace of mind and explained every bit of the process that I would be going through and how they would work at my pace and what I felt comfortable with. From that point on I wasn’t even scared anymore I actually felt relieved that I was going to have work done that I needed to have done for Really Long time. I wish I built up the courage to come alot sooner. I would Definitely recommend this place! Thanks to them i can proudly say I’m Not scared of the dentist anymore. Best staff ever!

I really don’t like dentists. I needed quite a bit of work done and Dr Bach really took great care of me. He checked on me every few minutes, took his time and gave me breaks in between. He talked to me the entire time to ensure I experienced no discomfort. I needed more than one procedure done and he gave me several options and let me Choose. I had such a good expierience with hIm and have already referred thiS office to a few friends. I took my 4-year-old here for an Oral Assessment to enter Kindergarten. He’d never been to the dentist before and the entire staff at Rossmoor Dental put him at ease. They explained all of the instruments and what they’re used for and were extremely patient with him. He even got to watch Bubble Guppies for a minute while waiting for the dentist. 🙂 The office is very clean and organized and has that ‘new office’ smell. I HIGHLY recommend this place.

I am having restorative procedure done which involves allot of appointments. Every time i return i am greeted with a great professional staff. Going to the dentist is never fun; however, the friendly staff and awesome dentist I had put me at ease. I went In for a regular check up – x rays, teeth cleaning – after my X-rays they said I had a cavity and told me they could take care of it right then. Usually you have to make another appt. and go back to the dentist. It was convenient because I really did not want to return and everything was very quick and all done at once. While getting my cavity filled dr Bach was very nice and always made sure I was not in pain. Definitely come here if you want a pleasant experience.

Dr, Nguyen and his friendly, knowledgable staff were a pleasure to work with. I hadn’t been to the dentist in quite awhile so I was very aprehensive for my over due visit. The office staff made feel comfortable, educated me about the procedures I needed and best of all worked within a managable budget! One of his staff members even took the time and sat with me to explain in detail what each procedure would cost so there were no surprises. I needed a crown for my back tooth and they were able to make one within my first visit – VERY IMPRESSIVE! The office is new, bright, inviting and they offer some very state of the art technology. I was also really impressed with their website and how up to date Candlewood Smiles is. Best off all everyone was very genuine and seemed happy at their work place. That tells a lot. I usually hate the dentist more than any other doctor I know. It’s just something about the dentist that’s always painful, but met two people who are so kind and just made the experience the best. … I can’t even explain it. I was so comfortable with both of them, it didn’t feel like a dentist office at all. They made me feel so welcomed and from the front office to seeing them, it was just one amazing experience. I’m not going to say how long it’s been but I just know that I will definitely return at my 6 month check up!

Great dentist and staff! I had to have a root canal and crown put on, and as you can imagine not a fun process. However, the dentist and staff were fabulous. So sweet and caring to my needs. Ok first off this is a brand spanking new office. Super bright, clean and non-intimidating. I used the new patient (deal) x-ray, consult, and cleaning special. They took really thorough x-rays and the girl helping me was super nice. Then there was a brief consult with Dr. Nguyen who was very pleasant and broke down what dental issues I had. I was between insurances at the time and he was very straightforward on what I should take care of now and what could wait a month or two. Then there was a brief cleaning and I was on my way with a print out of what everything would cost worst case without insurance…(scarrry… but not their fault I hadn’t seen a dentist in awhile) Back to the office this time had a filling done with (associate dentist) and assisted by Ceasar I think. Both super nice and did a GREAT job. Felt nothing and tooth looks great. There are even TV’s in the rooms to watch while you try not to think about what’s going on in your mouth. Great office and staff thanks!

Really great and caring staff. My fiancée and I have been coming here since it’s opened and have been happy with the place. I have already recommended this office to others and now they go there as well I really enjoy how it’s an all around good vibe feeling here and they take the take to get to know you. Had a new patient exam and deep cleaning and was so happy with my overall experience here. Lauren is a great hygienist who has great chair side manners and is very skilled at what she does. As far as the practice as a whole I never waited past my appointment time, appointments were easy to make, staff was friendly, and the dentists listened to my primary concerns and made sure to get treatment done in the time frame that worked for me. I have been to many other dental offices that charge double what this office does, dentist who barely walk into the office after my appointment should have started, or were just unprepared. With that said I’m very happy with this office, the staff, and my experience and would refer others here. Every dental office is going to charge you for treatment based on what your insurance covers and the treatment coordinator Anton was great at explaining the office fee, what insurance covers and what was my responsibility.

Candlewood Smiles is the first ever dentistry I can actually say I look forward to having an appointment with. The staff is insanely sweet and Dr Nguyen makes every bit of the experience all the more enjoyable. He’s patient, understanding, knows exactly what he’s doing, and excels at it. I’ve never had a visit where I didn’t leave knowing I was taken care of and experienced a virtual pain-free experience. I went in for a follow up on my deep gum cleaning, and walked out with a root canal and cap. Dr. Nguyen found I had a dead tooth from an old filling that didn’t seal out bacteria. (Not their work) He was able to complete the root canal, build a new crown using high tech equipment right in the office, and had me out the door in 2 hours. No more going home with an open root canal while waiting for a vendor to deliver a crown on another day. Very good service from ALL the staff. I highly recommend this dental office.

This place is perfect!! The staff is kind and very sweet. The front office staff are very professional and if you need help with your copay or paying for a service, they will definitely help you with that as well. Dr. Nguyen and Dr. Kramer are the best here! Dr. Nguyen has been my primary dentist when I go, and (associate dentist) has been my secondary dentist. But, I would like to especially talk about the dental hygienist Elizabeth. I get nervous sometimes when it comes to pointy sharp metal things in my mouth but she made me feel very comfortable. When I get nervous I say random things. Liz (Elizabeth) never made me feel awkward or dumb. Liz definitely shows that she cares about her patients. To this day, she still scolds me because I hardly floss and it’s the reason why I still go…which is a problem . But she still makes me laugh. Overall, Liz and the staff at Rossmoor Dental Group are awesome!!!

I’ve been going to Candlewood Smiles for a year now and haven’t had a single bad experience. Every person on staff that I’ve interacted with has been pleasant and helpful. They have gone out of their way to make us feel comfortable. Dr. Nguyen has been one of the most gentle dentists I’ve seen in decades. He explains procedures thoroughly and ensures that you are comfortable throughout every procedure. I had to have 2 crowns done at the same time and they not only gave me a discount, but also gave me the best crowns I’ve had (I’ve had them done with 2 other dentists prior to this). They don’t shift and I had no pain afterwards.

I’ve never had any issues with Rossmoor. Last year I started having issues with my wisdom teeth and didn’t have a dentist because I had just moved to the state. I called them and they were able to get me an appointment that same day and scheduled my oral surgery for the following week. They have an oral surgeon who comes once a month I believe and that’s really nice that I didn’t have to go elsewhere for my surgery. They always get me in on time and Tina at the office is always so friendly and helpful.
