I went to a dentist prior that absolutely ruined my experience. I was hesitant and nervous to try a new dentist, but I decided with all the positive reviews that Dr.Florian’s service has, it was worth a shot. I am profoundly grateful to him and his staff for the wonderful work they do and service they provide. I would recommend this office to anyone and everyone, they are wonderful. They truly care about the patient and want them to have a peaceful experience.

I came across Dr. Florian’s office after my previous dentist sold his practice in Seven Hills and I didn’t care for the one that took over. I have been in twice now and have had a great experience with Dr. Florian and his staff. Everyone is incredibly friendly and they make you feel very comfortable (as comfortable as you can be at the dentist!)

They’re amazing! Dr. Florian and his team are the best in the Cleveland area and I highly recommend everyone to go here. If you need any type of work done don’t think twice, just schedule the appointment. He makes sure you’re comfortable through every step of the way and he’s done a great job explaining step by step what I needed. They use modern technology and I was able to see everything that needed to be fixed. I had a lot of work that needed to be done and not once was I uncomfortable. Dr. Florian and his team are really professional and treated me like family. They will take care of you.

I have been a patient long enough to have a paper chart as well as electronic! All three of my children are patients as well. Sherry has been my hygienist from the beginning and is like family. Everyone at the practice takes the time to get to know you and sees you not just as a patient but as a person. I appreciate that Dr. Florian and his staff take the time to make sure I’m comfortable, answer all questions, listen and educate. I can’t see myself going anywhere else for dental care.

Dr. Florian makes a trip to the dentist about as good as it can possibly be all things considering. Offers late nights so we don’t miss work and always has a kind friendly staff to help you get comforatable. The best part is the television to help you relax while the appointment is being addressed. I have been coming to Royalton Dental Association for many years. I love the way that you are treated by the staff and Dr. Florian. Everyone is so kind and you really feel that they have your best interest at heart. I have recommended members of my family to him and even got my boyfriend ( who isn’t fond of any Dr.) to come. I will continue to recommend to anyone that needs a dentist to come here!

I was having a bothersome tooth, and Dr. Florian’s staff got me in that day (even as a new patient.) His entire staff was courteous, bur Dr. Florian was an absolute pleasure. He took his time to explain the next steps in my dental plan and was very thorough with his explanations and treatments. I’m happy to say that after being distraught after my last dentist retired, that I have found my new dentist so close to home.

I have an intense fear of the dentist due to excessive work completed by a string of dentists throughout my childhood. Dr. Florian is different. He doesn’t pass judgement. He doesn’t blindly prescribe an invasive, painful, and expensive course of treatments. He balances his patient’s goals with what is medically appropriate. I truly appreciate his approach.

When I moved to Cleveland 4 years ago it was hard for me to find a dentist to trust (My teeth are everything to me) my husband and his family go here and I said might as well give them a try… best decision of my life. They take extra care in preventing cavities by noticing the tiniest of imperfections and fixing them before they’re a real problem. They are trusting and very kind. When my husband chipped his tooth on a Saturday, we called that day and he was brought in that evening for an x Ray and fixed later in the week. These people treat you like family, and I recommend them to people all the time.

Great dentist, great staff! I truly appreciate the way Dr. Florian and the whole staff are with my kids. He takes time to listen, interact in a genuinely friendly way, and to make sure he gets the work right. He takes the time to ensure that all dental work has a very precise, perfect fit. Excellent staff too. He even sponsored my son for the Soap Box Derby! This whole operation is first class.

Dr. Florian and Royalton Dental Associates are by far, the Best dentist and dental services I’ve ever had. I drive 40 minutes from home to their office, and it’s definitely worth it. I’ve been going there for about 7 years now. Every problem that I had with previous dentists has been fixed. I’ve had a double crown, several fillings (unnoticeable), Invisalign, teeth whitening, and regular cleanings. I ask a lot of questions (often redundantly), and they’re always patient with me, and provide clear explanations, often showing me what they’re explaining with a model. I rarely have to wait more than a couple minutes for my appt once I arrive in the office. Their billing is accurate, never had a problem. All of the staff are very friendly and professional. They have televisions in each room, which is an added bonus. Dr. Florian is very friendly. I enjoy our conversations each visit, catching up on each other’s family and recent events. They deserve the highest rating possible. I can’t thank them enough for the high quality of their service over the years. I give them the strongest recommendation possible.
