This is a fantastic dental office and staff. The staff is friendly and warm. If you are afraid of going to the dentist this is the place to go to. The Office Manager Deborah Shaaban was wonderful and took care of all of my papework and was warm and had a wonderful professional attitude. Hector took all of the digital pictures of my teeth and did a wonderful job of it Dr. Ruiz came in and met with me and I felt at ease right away because he is so calm and his presence was reassuring to me that my teeth will be taken care of. Great office with the friendliest staff. I have major anxiety about going to he dentist, but was immediately put at ease upon arrival. Everyone was so kind, reassuring and thorough in explaining everything to me from treatment plan to exactly how much things would cost according to my insurance plan. It is strange to write a rave review for something as generally horrid as visiting the dentist, but I simply have to. The staff and dentists at this office are incredible. From check-in with Debbie to their top of the line technology in the hands of Hector and Dr. K… Tens across the board. They can handle any dental issue with a friendly, helpful, and professional attitude. Come in and have your mental perception changed too.

I’m sure I’m not the only one who doesn’t get excited at the thought of a dentist appointment but this location really turned that around. From the off Debbie was extremely friendly and showed me the great facilities. My first appointment was a robust assessment and treatment plan that i have been following to get my teeth where they need to be. Every staff member and dentist i have interacted with has been extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and takes the anxiety out of dentist visits. I would highly recommend to anyone who is searching for a new dentist after taking a break from visits for a while just like myself. No judgement and excellent treatment options.

I always have the best service at Dr. Ruiz office, all staff are wonderful. Begining with Deborah at the from office greeting you and answering all your questions. The entire staff is SO welcoming and friendly. I left the office feeling energized and happy because of the spirit of the staff. Everyone is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. They do absolutely astounding work and I have all of the confidence in the world in their abilities. My teeth have never felt cleaner, my mouth has never been healthier, and I’ve never looked forward to going to the dentist more.

This dental office is like no other! Every staff is helpful and very nice and warm. Doctor is great, he makes you feel at home and is perfectionist to your advantage. They make sure you’re feeling ok and you are getting way more than what you pay. Daisy is also very nice and just as meticulous as the Dr. Ruiz. Office staff are very helpful and informative. I recommend them with no hesitation at all! Two thumbs up.

I have been looking for a new dentist for quite some time until I was referred by a friend to Dr. Ruiz and his Associates. I truly had the most positive dental experience. Very nice office,high tech and most of all clean! The service was exceptional and the staff was very knowledgeable….. Debbie and Patty found the best way to maximize my dental insurance and Patty got me right in to see the Hygienist too. Not only does Dr. Ruiz do superior dentistry he explains everything throughly. Dr. Ruiz & Associates is the place to go. Deb and all the front office staff are so helpful. I am usually afraid to go to the dentist office. Dr. Farris and everyone that I have met helped me get over that fear. I am going to be a lifetime patient.

I’ve been a patient with Dr. Ruiz since 2004 and I’m so happy to say that this is my dental home. I have gone to this office for all of my dental needs, from my routine cleanings to my wisdom teeth extractions. Dr. Ruiz has always had an exceptional team that makes sure I am well taken care of! Dr. Hassan, the oral surgeon, recently took care of my wisdom teeth and Dr. Mar helped me get rid of my cavities, and they were so nice. I was so surprised how I felt nothing during both procedures and how they made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I will always trust Dr. Ruiz and his associates with my smile and helping me keep up with my oral health.
