Dr. Rumack and her staff make both of my daughters so comfortable. It’s strange to say, they look forward to going to her office. The atmosphere, TV, and prize box are all big incentives. She is not only kind to the kids, but also to the parents. I’m so happy that we can provide such a positive dental experience for our kids from an early age. Dr. Rumack is an excellent dentist.

I am so glad we came to see Dr. Rumack to evaluate my 8 month old baby’s tongue tie. I was so worried he was going to need surgery to get it removed, so it was a huge relief to be evaluated by such an expert as herself who assured us that he will be fine without the surgery.   Dr. Rumack was very thorough in her examination, and spent a lot of time explaining things and answering questions. I like that she is not one of those doctors that pushes procedures, but instead she truly evaluates things on a case by case basis and gives her honest opinion, which clearly can be trusted based on all her 5 star reviews.  Highly recommend her if you are in need of a pediatric dentist!

We have been bringing my son to Dr Rumack for over 3 years now and we are continuously impressed with the professionalism and fun the staff injects into every visit. From the cute animal bibs to the tablets on the ceiling, my son loves every aspect of his dental appointments with Dr. Harmer and Rumack. He even reminds me now to make him a dentist appointment! I can’t recommend this pediatric dental office more highly. They deserve every star!

Dr. Rumack is amazing! We love her. She takes such great care of my son, and has helped him through two instances with baby teeth not falling out as they should! She has a tremendous spirit, is so engaging with kids, and knows how to develop the trust of little ones who may otherwise have a difficult time! Her love for her patients is so evident in everything she does for the patient and the sometimes nervous parents! We are so grateful that she is our dentist!

I starting taking my daughter to Dr. Rumack when she was 18 months old. She went recently again at 2. I thought there was no way my daughter would let anybody near her mouth. Dr. Rumack was so amazing with her. She was so soft and gentle with my timid little baby. She did her check up and her hygienist did a great cleaning. I feel so comfortable taking my daughter here because I know she’s in the best hands. I highly recommend Dr. Rumack.

My daughter has been a patient of Dr. Elena Rumack since the age of 2.  For the past 5 years my daughter has eagerly asked, months in advance, “when do I get to go to the dentist? I love her!”  Dr. Rumack has instilled a sense of care and comfort since our first appointment. Her tone, loving smile and gentle skilled hands have my daughter smiling from beginning to end.  The office staff are wonderful and friendly.  The equipment used is new technology and the space is bright, cheery and spotless. I have referred several parents to Dr. Rumack and do not hesitate for a moment to share our great experience!

We came to Dr. Rumack after being referred to her by our lactation consultant about our daughter’s lip and tongue ties! Our daughter is only 2 months old and was having difficulty breastfeeding/latching. From the moment we walked into the office we were greeted warmly by the staff as well as they have taken great precautions during COVID times. We had our own little private room that was very nice and made us feel comfortable to be there. Dr. Rumack was able to assess our daughter to confirm to us that she had a lip & tongue ties! She explained to us the procedure to release the ties thoroughly and answer all the questions my husband and I had. She does the procedure with a laser. Being that our daughter is only 2 months old we were very anxious and nervous for her to get this done. But Dr. Rumack put us at ease. Within 5 mins the Procedure was done and was very successful. Our daughter handled it like a champ! (Sure a few tears were shed but she did great!) after the procedure Dr. Rumack showed us what she did and explained everything she did. She also gave us & demonstrated exercises we needed to do to help with the healing process. We had to come back in a week to see if our daughter was healing well which she was and we already noticed the big difference the tie release had with our daughter. Day 1 after the procedure our daughter was already feeding/latching better. After her 2 week post op check up everything has healed perfectly and baby was doing so much better overall. Everytime we came into the office we felt comfortable and was well taken care of. Our experience was great at Dr. Rumack’s office. We are so thankful for her and her team to help us get this done & for helping our baby girl in being even more successful in our breastfeeding journey. Thank you Dr. Rumack!

Dr. Rumack performed lip tie procedure for my newborn baby girl. That little flap of skin between your upper lip and your gums at the top can cause a lot of trouble if it’s too short. A gap between your front upper teeth being one of them. Luckily our pediatrician noticed it and send us to Dr. Rumack to take care of it. Dr. Rumack performed the lip tie procedure quickly and with the outmost professionalism. Her office staff, from reception to assistants, was courteous and sensitive to the fact that we were there with a two week old baby. I could not wish for a better treatment and the outcome of the procedure. Thank You Dr. Rumack for your quality work and wonderful support personnel.

My daughter (Alexis) and son (Jonah) have been seeing Dr. Rumack for almost 10 years. My son’s first dental experience (with another pediatric dentist) was awfully traumatic and friends sent me to Dr. Rumack, saying she was the best. I was worried that Jonah was already damaged from his previous dental drama, but he was immediately calmed by Dr. Rumack’s soft nature. Soon after seeing Dr. Rumack for the first time, my (then) toddler daughter, Alexis, hit her mouth on a chair, tore her labial frenulum (the gums that attach the upper lip to the mouth) and damaged her brand new baby teeth. She needed immediate dental care. I called Dr. Rumack’s office, and although they were closed, they told me to rush her in. Dr. Rumack could not have been more reassuring and calm – my daughter was immediately a fan.   In the years that we’ve gone to Dr. Rumack, my children have had several procedures including gum surgery, and they still never hesitate when I mention that they have a dentist appointment. They love Elena, and her entire staff is as special as she is. The hygienists and office staff know all their patients names and make them feel loved from the moment they walk in the office door. The office itself is amazing!!! It is intimate and they only see few patients at a time. This makes the office tranquil and free of chaos. In addition to the beautiful and warm office, Dr. Rumack has the best-of-the-best technology. Everything is digital. My kids will be going to Dr. Rumack for as long as she will have us.

Dr. Rumack and her staff are truly amazing, my wife and I have been bringing our daughters there for many years! The location and office are the best, everyone there is always friendly and they treat us as if we are family. Our daughters actually enjoy going to the dentist! Dr. Rumack is extremely kind & professional, her patience and attention to detail is superior and far exceeds our expectations, we can’t see ourselves going anywhere else. Thank you for taking such great care of our daughters and always having a welcoming location that we feel so comfortable going to. We will always recommend anyone we can to you!

Elena Rumack is an Incredible person and a wonderful children’s dentist!  My daughter was extremely hesitant and scared to go to the dentist after her prior visits with other dentists than had no bed side manor.  The second my daughter sat down in the chair with Dr.Rumack she was comfortable and happy.  Dr.Rumack, a mother of 2, simply has a way with kids.  I have referred her to numerous friends and we all love her!  And, her office is gorgeous! Can’t say enough good things about her!!!’

We had the wonderful pleasure of visiting Dr Rumack’s office on the recommendation from our delivering hospital, lactaction specialists and our newborn’s pediatrician to resolve what was holding back (initially) proper feeding.  We made an appointment for the 2nd day we got home from the hospital with a sense of urgency, Dr Rumack came in just for us, and we were going to address our newborn’s lip and tongue tie.  From an amatuer’s eye it didn’t look that bad, we knew it was holding back from eating well (loosing weight fast), but until we saw the before and after photos we now are super happy we went through it.  For all the parents with even an ounce of concern, for feeding reasons or potentially speech/other issues in the future, it’s a short laser procedure, took no more than 10-15m, a few checkups to follow, some home therapy to make sure it heals well, and you’re on the way.  As first time parents, everyone has an opinion, a recommendation, a suggestion, but this we knew for sure was the right thing to do.  Thanks to all the wonderful staff, and of course Dr Rumack, for such a welcoming and great first experience…and we hope to see them around our 1yr mark!

My child went in for a regular teeth cleaning, and we found that he had some mouth sores (either from a reaction to a certain food or toothpaste). His was in a lot of pain…on a scale of 1-10, his pain was at a 7. Dr Rumack informed me of a LASER treatment that would help to alleviate the pain and cure the sores. I was thrilled to hear about this and after the quick, painless laser treatment, which was non-invasive, his pain level went down significantly and instantly (from a 7 to a 0 or 1). She explained that the laser treatment increases blood flow to the affected area, causing it to heal almost immediately. I could literally see it healing right in front of my eyes! Only a few people know that this technology exists. If you suffer from canker sores and other mouth ulcers, I highly recommend this treatment!!! Her staff was incredibly attentive, compassionate and went above and beyond to care for him. He’s back to his happy, smiley self, thanks to Dr Rumack and her team.

What a fantastic office! I have three young children aged seven, five, and four years old. All of them dread going to the dentist as well as the regular routine of brushing and flossing two times a day. I had heard wonderful things about Dr. Rumack and thought I would give it a try and bring my kids to her. All three kids were seen at the same time. They have a flatscreen TV that folds down for easy viewing for each of the children to watch their own individual show or movie of their choice.  By the time they picked their movie they had forgotten they were at the dentist. Everyone was very gentle with my children, and when they finished their appointment were able to choose from a box of toys in a treasure box. My kids said they could not wait to go back again. Since our appointment, they have all been very adamant about making sure they followed all the techniques they learned at the dentist with brushing and flossing. Thank you Dr. Rumack for an excellent visit!!

Three kids and each one loves their experience – 3 years and counting.  Like any kid, they have other Dr. visits for various reasons but all include complaints or bribes to get them to go willingly. Not when it comes to going to the dentist – Dr. Rumack has the kids dental experience dialed in and is a fantastic dentist.
