The former one star review does NOT reflect on this physician or his practice. As a patient that has had 3 surgeries by Dr. Ruskin, I have become very acquainted with this practice and the staff. They do nothing short of practicing good medicine and make you feel completely comfortable and educated regarding your procedure. I would recommend this office to anyone in need of oral or maxillofacial surgery. Everyone was very kind and happy to work with me throughout the entire process (consult through post surgical visit). It seems the one star reviewer has an insurance problem and not a practice problem. Here is a link about their upcoming dentistry event that displays they are not in it for the loot.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ruskin twice this year. Me plus dentist is a NOPE. However, I had the BEST experience with this man. I was nervous as a cat! He explained the process, was kind and considerate and more of all he was patient with me. I didn’t feel a thing when he was finished. His staff was awesome. I don’t remember the young ladies name who assisted in my surgery but she is a God send. I will recommend him to anyone and note If it weren’t true I wouldn’t say it. I’m telling you my experience was beautiful

I was referred to Dr. Wm Ruskin for a molar extraction,. I am new to the area and had a molar break up. I am 84 yrs old and live by myself and to tell the truth I was so scared that I was crying the whole day before. I remembered having a tooth pulled many years ago and I had a terrible experience . I can only say that Dr. Ruskin and his staff are the best. From the reception personnel to his assistants, to the doctor himself I wasted a lot of tears for nothing. They all made my fears go away. All I have to say is if you are afraid of the dentist and need to have a tooth pulled I highly recommend Dr. Wm Ruskin.

I had all 4 wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Aaron Ruskin at the Brighton location. I was a little bit nervous since I’m 26 years old and I have heard it’s better to get them out at a younger age. I’ve also heard lots of horror stories from this procedure. However I think Dr. Ruskin and his staff did a wonderful job. Beth and Cierra/Sierra (I could be butchering their names) but whoever was helping the doctor were amazing. Everyone involved made everything extremely relaxing and were very professional. I had my procedure done yesterday morning and so far I haven’t had any complications. I highly recommend this place if you want a quick and easy removal.

Dr. Ruskin extracted 4 of my wisdom teeth, one of which was impacted, flawlessly. He was extremely efficient in informing me of my procedure, he took care of me in means of comfort before going under, and did such an incredible job that I had a levell of pain after surgery, with a speedy recovery. Wouldn’t recommend anyone but him!

My daughter had a complicated wisdom tooth extraction done by Dr. Ruskin, and my young son had an oral surgery done by “Dr. Z”. Both experiences were great! Nice, clean office. The staff was so friendly, chit-chatting with us & such. We didn’t wait more than 5 minutes after getting our paperwork filled out before being called back either time. For my son’s surgery, it was an emergency appointment to diagnose; they fit us in at the last minute, and we still didn’t have to wait. We called at 8:30 and were in a room by 11. All of our charges and insurance coverage were figured out very quickly, and they made sure that we understood exactly what the charges were, in writing, before performing any services. It was nice not to have any surprises! Dr. Z was especially noteworthy. It was such a blessing to have a physician that was so upbeat. He immediately created a great rapport with my son, who was very anxious, and put us all at ease. My son actually ended up enjoying a visit to the doctor, which is no small feat, considering it included cutting open his lip & a stitch to close. After we left, the staff called the next day just to check on things. I had a couple of questions. I received 2 calls promptly to answer them; one from the staff, and one from Dr. Z himself. I can’t recommend these physicians or their staff enough!

I had all four of my wisdom teeth extracted in one visit. From the very beginning with my initial phone call to set up first , to the very last check up one week post-op, I was treated with a lot of respect and care. Dr. Ruskin took his time walking me through the procedure and answering any questions I had. His staff was also very helpful in working with my busy work schedule and accommodated me whenever possible. I’m over 30 years old, so I was really afraid of getting all four of my wisdom teeth pulled at the same time, but Dr. Ruskin was amazing. I felt some slight pain, but experienced very little swelling and quick healing. Wish I could leave more than 5 stars for this office to be completely honest.

It was one of the most pleasant dental experiences I’ve ever had. They are clean, efficient, fast and welcoming. They also have different price points if you dont have dental insurance. The staff is amazing. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of oral surgery. I am grateful for their service.
