I have been going to Dr. Kelly’s office for over a decade and I can’t imagine going anywhere else. Before I first visited his office, I had a really bad toothache and other oral maladies. It was danger-time in my mouth. I was suffering just so I didn’t have to have the pain of going to the dentist. I’m so glad I stopped delaying and went in! Dr. Kelly always makes sure that I am comfortable and makes sure that nothing is uncomfortable or hurts. He has done this so long that he knows to tell you before something is going to have a feel and what it will feel like. It’s hard not to be confident in the guy. I have 100% trust in Dr. Kelly and all who work with him in his office, and I recommend him wholeheartedly. But, I don’t want any of you to go to him so I can still get an appointment easily!

This is by far the best dentist I’ve been to. The staff is excellent (Noemi is a great assistant who is sarcastic and funny, just what I need to calm my nerves), Jackie makes an effort to get to know you and make you feel like family! (Love her. And Dr. Kelly is a perfectionist of the best kind! All work he’s done for me has been explained in detail, shown in detail through Xrays and pictures, and always has a positive outlook on the situation. If you are afraid of dentists and doctors like I am, take my word and recommendation and book an appointment here. You’ll be glad you did, I know I am!

I switched to Dr. Kelly recently, and I am very glad that I did.  He is so thorough and patient.  Throughout every procedure, he ensures you are comfortable and understand the treatment.  Everyone in the office is kind and provides excellent customer service. Dr. Kelly demonstrates his level of expertise through his obvious concern to provide excellent dentistry to his patients.  Most importantly, Dr. Kelly makes me feel like he cares about the quality of work he provides as well as the customer service his patients receive from everyone in his office, which gives me confidence that he will provide the best service because it is a reflection of himself. He has fixed dental work that my former dentist carelessly performed so now I am not living with discomfort any longer.  I would recommend him to anyone and have already in the short time I have been his patient.  My 15-year-old son has also referred him to his friends and he never recommends services such as medical and dental to anyone.

I’ve been going to Dr. Russell Kelly for 10 years or more. He has done fillings, crowns and root canals on my teeth over the years. I’ve never had a problem. He is honest and professional. His office staff is friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Kelly if you’re in need of a good dentist.

Dr Kelly is the dentist I love to hate. He has done work on my mouth that has been so much in need, and he knows how to do it right. I will be back.

I have been seeing Dr. Kelly for invisalign treatment the last few months to straighten my teeth. The process has been extremely easy and his knowledgeable staff has directed me through each step with compassion. The office is clean and cozy. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. Dr. Kelly is gentle and thorough making sure I am comfortable throughout each step. I have been extremely pleased with my experience at Dr. Kelly’s office and would recommend it to anyone looking for a great dentist.

(…) I’ve always been very impressed with the thoroughness of Dr. Kelly’s dental exams.  In cases of fillings or other dental work needed, he’s always been as gentle as possible and made sure I was comfortable with what was happening.  His hygienists are always very nice and do a great job.  He has very high standards of care and expects his staff to uphold those which I’m appreciative of.  I’m a non-flosser so I am there every 3-4 months and more often now that we are helping my grandpa get his dental health back on track. In regards to my grandpa, Dr. Kelly has been extremely gentle yet realistic in what can be accomplished for a 96-year-old man that has never had great dental care. He’s been accommodating and very patient with a personality that’s not always easy to work with, treating him as I imagine he would treat his own elderly grandfather (…).

I have been a patient of Dr. Kelly for 15 years, he is the best! He and his staff have always accommodated my needs and have made all my dental experiences happy ones. He is honest, fair, ethical, and does the most beautiful cosmetic dentistry around. I have referred many people to Dr. Kelly through the years and they have always been happy with their dental work and were thankful to find a great dentist. And might I add I have had some extensive dental work and he has never hurt me nor had to prescribe me medication other than an antibiotic or Ibuprofin. If you are in need of a new dentist, he and his staff fantastic!

I have known and gone to Dr. Russell Kelly for many years.  Before he started practicing, his father, Dr. Robert Kelly was my dentist. I would have to say – like father like son! Russell has a great patient demeanor. When in doubt – he gives you all the options and lets you decide what is best.  I’ve had all the typical fillings and crowns and even Invisalign with him.  He always takes the time with you and never makes you feel rushed.  He realizes that not everyone is comfortable in a dentist chair.  He always asks “how are you doing – you ok?”  I appreciate that a lot.  I also appreciate the front office staff who is always accommodating my busy schedule.  I highly recommend Dr. Kelly!

(…) I’ve been seeing Dr Kelly for 15 years and thought he was always caring, asking many times during my filling if I was ok and comfortable. Through the years he has also given me discounts when I was strapped for cash and worked with me financially, including due dates and insurance. I agree with the other review about Jackie, she is WONDERFUL and a pleasure to deal with. I will also say she’s been there all 15 years I’ve been going. The hygienists have also always done a great job, and are also caring for my comfort (…).

Dr. Kelly is a great dentist! He and his staff always try to help you out, are all very personable and after a visit or two, you feel like you’re seeing your friends. When walking in from the waiting room you’re always greeted with a smile and friendly hello. Also, they always make sure you’re comfortable whether it be cleaning your teeth or filling a cavity. If you’re looking for a new dentist go to him!

I have been going to Dr Kelly for a few years now and find it to be AWESOME!!! The staff is always well prepared. Dr Kelly is very gentle and finds the best treatment for you depending on your needs. The office is always clean and professional. Jackie is a very nice and caring person who always greets you with a wonderful smile. Overall I am very happy I was recommended to this dental office.

Doctor Russell Kelly has an excellent bedside manner. He is kind, compassionate, understanding, and knowledgeable. As someone who never gets fully numb and goes through medication quickly, I am always at ease knowing that Doctor Russell accommodates my needs for a less painful or traumatic dental experience. Jackie is an angel; she has a beautiful spirit and always gets me in to see the doctor immediately, straight forward with billing and payments, is professional and honest. This team is always there for me during business offers and not. If I had a procedure they call me after hours to make sure I am doing well and always see me the same day if I am in pain. Jackie and Russell are amazing!

I had been to other dentists before and I wasn’t happy with them until my husband recommended me to give his dentist Dr. Russell Kelly a try. Now I have been seeing Dr. Kelly for 10 years now. Dr. Kelly and staff are always caring and ask me regularly throughout any treatment or cleaning whether I am ok or have any discomfort. Dr. Kelly is always kind and gentle. He remembers his patients. I always get a warm welcome and have a good quick chat with staff especially Jackie. Whenever I visited the office, I felt like meeting friends. Jackie is so sweet and understand you. They are not pushy or try to get you to spend money when you don’t need to. Jackie is very accommodating on scheduling too. I forgot my appt before, when Jackie called to remind me and I had to reschedule and it was no problem at all (…).

Dr. Kelly is a conservative dentist, and he always has his patient’s best interest and outcome in mind. I have been seeing him for many years, and my teeth and gums have been taken care of VERY well.

A friend of mine recommended checking on Russell Kelly DDS. As I called the one who answered the phone was very calm and her voice was so sweet. She was very responsive to my questions and had set an appointment on the same day that I called. It was a great customer service experience I had with them. Highly recommended.

I am not a fan of going to the dentist and neither is my husband. A family friend recommended Dr. Kelly and I’m glad she did. It’s been about 2 years since we have been going to see Dr. Kelly and so far so good. I got a few root canals and trust me I am not an easy patient but Dr. Kelly stayed calm. The staff is awesome! They are friendly and they keep me from getting too nervous. The staff is always asking how we are doing and making sure we are comfortable.

(…) six years (and many dental issues) later, I stumbled upon Russell Kelly’s name in my dental insurance network.  I saw that he was not far from my home and in a location I passed all the time, so I took a chance and booked an appointment.  What a terrific surprise to be greeted by such friendly, welcoming, and helpful staff.  Next, I was off to a room where I had the most gentle, patient, and accommodating technician take X-rays.  Dr Kelly came in and introduced himself, checked the x-rays and laid out a plan of action with lots of explanations, making me feel so comfortable and way less overwhelmed about what I needed to take care of.  Next, I went to the dental hygienist room to begin my cleaning process.  She also was gentle and accommodating, always making sure I was comfortable.  I have never before left a dentist appointment feeling so comforted and actually looking forward to my next appointment which we had scheduled for the following day.  If you’re looking for a team of educated experts whose focus is on making the patient a priority, I would totally recommend you choose them! I’m certainly glad I did!

I have been a patient of Dr. Kelly’s for several years, before either of us had any grey hair.  He and his staff are very professional and caring and make your visit to the dentist as comfortable as possible.  My wife, who has never liked going to the dentist, appreciates how Dr. Kelly explained every procedure to her and made her very comfortable and relaxed.  She now doesn’t mind going to the dentist like she used to.  I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Kelly to anyone who is seeking a dentist.

I have been going to Dr. Kelly for several years. I have always appreciated his expertise, care and compassion, and his gentleness. His office staff is wonderful. They are friendly and always greet people with a smile. Even though I am presently out of the area, I still drive to his office for all my dental work. Jacque, the office manager, always asks how and what I’m doing. She is great at making convenient appointments, taking into consideration the distance I have to drive. I would highly recommend Dr. Kelly and his staff.

I first started going to Dr Kelly a year ago when good friends recommended him. Well unfortunately my parents didn’t pass on strong teeth genes and I had to have A LOT  of work done. Kelly and his staff were amazing trying to work with my hectic schedule, very frustrating insurance, and disappointingly tight budget. He allowed me to make payments on what my insurance didn’t cover, even when I was running late due to work he always accommodated me. After doing two root canals he gave me his direct number and called to check on me several times. He also knows when to refer out. One tooth needed a periodontist, after going to the periodontist she proceeded to compliment on dr Kelly’s work! If you’re looking for a great dentist and an awesome office then you’ve found it!

Dr, Russel Kelly has a generational practice.  My husband’s family went to his father years ago and the practice has been handed down to his son Russell.  I’ve been going to him for 10 years now and am happy to have one aspect of my care in which I feel comfortable and well cared for.  His office is up to date with all the latest equipment and technically astute staff.  The staff is warm and welcoming and will go out of their way to get the best care for their patients.  Dr. Kelly’s prices are very reasonable in this day and age of escalating costs and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anybody.

A family member referred me to Dr. Kelly and I’m very pleased with all the treatments he’s done on me. I’ve been Dr. Kelly’s patient for over a year. I always feel welcome to his office. He is very patient and detailed on my exams. The staff is AMAZING they all take good care of you thought out any treatments. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kelly to my family and friends.
