Scheduled a new pt appointment through the third party link the day before my appointment. I called the next morning to let them know I was running 5 minutes behind and I was told I wasn’t even in the schedule! The staff was extremely kind and caring and fit me into their busy schedule (next available appointment was a month away). Everyone was thorough and caring. Hands down, the best dental establishment I have found through my online research.

Dr. Russo’s entire staff is very friendly and make you feel comfortable during your visit. The office and rooms are super clean! I would highly recommend changing to Dr. Russo because you can get just about any dental procedure right there in house instead of bouncing all over town for different dental needs!

Amazing dentist the best general and cosmetic in his field. His staff is incredible as well. You won’t regret allowing him to give you a second opinion. I thought I had a good dentist but my crown kept falling off, I went to get a second opinion here just in time. Things are finally being done properly. Call Russo and see the difference as I have!

I had a filling that suddenly broke today and was calling around my local area (Durham) for an emergency appointment. I had been interested in going to Dr. Russo for some cosmetic work and decided to try to press my luck and call to see if there was any availability. I called for an appointment at 2:42pm and literally walked out two hours later with a filling!! Everyone was so upbeat (which helped calm my nerves) and it was very clean. I would highly recommend Dr. Russo. Our whole family has been going to him since he opened his office on Strickland Rd. The whole staff is pleasant and friendly. Dr Russo has always been upfront about issues and honest about letting me know when something isn’t an immediate need. He’s never tried to “sell” me something that wasn’t necessary. I’ve had fillings, crown replacement, and minor cosmetic procedure performed. Very happy!

Confession time: I haven’t been to the dentist in the longest time. We are talking years . I had a filling break off and finally had to suck it up and go to one. Enter Russo Dentistry… GUYS THIS PLACE IS A DREAM!! First, the office. Wowzers. I felt like an A list celebrity relaxing there. Amazing coffee bar, comfortable recliner that conformed to my boy, huge TV screen above me so I could watch whatever I wanted. Second, the staff. Professional, kind, understanding, comforting. My hygenists have been so nice and made me feel so much better. They quickly and easily got me pricing information and explained it so I understood everything. They didn’t mind when I had to bring my son either. The front office is accommodating and personable. It’s a wonderful experience from then second you walk in. Thirdly, Dr Russo! He is so nice and didn’t shame me for going so long without seeing a dentist (although he probably wanted to). He explained everything so clearly and put me to ease over some work I need to have done. Huge shout out to this amazing office who made sure I was at ease during my large procedures and also my general cleanings. It has made me feel so much better about keeping up with regular appointments because I actually want to go now! If you are looking for a fantastic dentist you really need to check them out!!

Thanks to Dr. Russo, his in-house team and his professional network of Raleigh dental professionals, I have the smile that I have always dreamed of. Due to a traumatic experience at another dental office as a young adult, I was very hesitant to explore the avenue of cosmetic dentistry… I thought that such a procedure was not in the cards for me, but Dr. Russo talked through every step of the treatment plan with me at a speed that I was comfortable with. He was patient with my anxiety-induced questions and explained each procedure in-depth. I always feel heard and well taken care of at Russo Dentistry. Dr. Russo knows what a life-changing experience a Smile Makeover is for his patients, and is committed to delivering a smile that is both healthy and visually flawless. I’ve known since I was 17 years old that I wanted a “Hollywood smile,” but what I ended up with is better- “A Russo Smile.”

I had my first visit at Russo Dentistry today and it was awesome! From check-in to check-out, the staff was friendly, professional and kind. The hygienist, Hayley, was amazing! She was very nice and detailed, explaining everything that she was going to do beforehand. Dr. Russo was great! He explained what needs to be corrected and answered all of my questions. Very nice and friendly. Best dental experience I’ve had and I’ve had a lot!

Russo has been my dentist for around 8 or so years now. He’s always pleasant, straight to the point, but always pleasant. His staff is courteous and this new office and the last have always been clean and comfortable. I’ve rarely, if ever, had to wait more than 5 minutes relative to my appointment time. They’re very thorough and Russo, though very successful, has never pushed any procedure on me if not critical. He’s honest and trustworthy. Dentistry costs a mortgage payment sometimes, but you can trust that this practice doesn’t persuade you to pay for anything that isn’t necessary at that point in time. I still have my wisdom teeth, even at the censure of his practical and logical advice.
