I have had many dental problems over many years and have been to many different dentists and now I know what great dental work should look like. Dr. Mueller is an absolute superb dentist and he is the best there is and the staff is great as well. He places the welfare of your dental health first and he doesn’t recommend dental procedures that are really not needed. He is honest, has integrity, and that is why he will always be my dentist. So let me break it down to you in sports talk. Oprah was interviewing Charles Barkley about why Michael Jordan was so great. Charles Barkley said that Michael Jordan has an inexplicable factor called “IT” and only a few people have IT. Dr. Mueller is the Michael Jordan of dentists, he has IT!

By far the best dental office I have ever been to! Their staff is so incredibly warm, friendly, and helpful with your dental and insurance needs. Visiting them was my first time getting my teeth cleaned in about 3 years, and I had almost no pain during the procedure. A week later, I came back to start the process of getting a partial crown. Again, minimal discomfort and wonderful service. HIGHLY recommend! They are so wonderful!

Ryan is very knowledgeable, kind and generous. Also a very attentive listener and sensitive to your specific needs while highly skilled and gentle in his work. He knows and respects his boundaries, as well as your choices. I truly recommend him , especially to clients who are sensitive and like to make informed decisions rather than yielding to the “from above” approach so many other dental professionals display. His team is fun, friendly and caring and they are all highly trained excellent professionals, especial the dental hygienists. Special kudos to Betsy, who is so warmhearted, patient and always caring when tending to your needs. She is so much more than just a receptionist!

I’ve never felt more comfortable and welcomed in a dentist office before. Ryan has an awesome staff that couldn’t be friendlier. The teeth cleaning experience was so relaxing I walked out feeling like I had just received a full body massage! I’m excited to come back in a week! I would highly recommend his services to anyone!

I had to have a crown on a molar. I had a large natural-colored filling there that just broke down over time and another cavity started forming on that tooth because the natural-colored filling literally broke off. So… ya. They look great but don’t last. I was sure this crown was going to be the most horrible experience ever because I am a dental wimp. Like I said before… no nitrous!!! AHHH!!!!! BUT, this was great. I think this is the ONLY time in my life I’ve ever said that about any dentist. We worked out a prescription what would relax me enough to not have me running screaming from the chair or biting the dentist and his assistant. Then 4 novocain injections later (Dentist was SUPER patient!) we started the work and it was done quickly and it was done well. Left with a temporary crown that felt good and gave me no problems. Went back 2 weeks later for the permanent crown and, man!, super quick appointment. I didn’t even need novocain for that one! And that’s great because novocain hurts. (I SAID I was a wimp, ok?!) The crown fits so well I don’t even know I had any work done. I’m so happy.

After moving to Portland and a few years of dental neglect it was time to find a new dentist. And locating a great dentist is possibly more painful then the dental procedure itself but with Internet and Yelp in my tool belt I found Dr. Mueller and his awesome staff! The 5-star reviews are very well deserved for Dr. Mueller’s practice. Everyone from the front desk to the hygienist are incredibly friendly and accommodating. On my first visit I received my cleaning, some impressions made for whitening trays and night guard. Every time it was a solid experience and have nothing but best of things to say. They’re centrally located being one block from the Library and also offer parking vouchers.

Dr. Mueller is my all time favorite dentist! He is always willing to fit me into the schedule and is very gentle with every procedure. He has helped me with some very minor cosmetic add-ons which are GORGEOUS and look 100% natural – I would trust him with anything teeth-related no questions asked! The staff is super friendly and the hygienists always give me goody bags to take home with me – they are very gentle and always willing to work with you if you want more or less work in one area or another during cleaning. Lastly, the receptionist is incredible and so sweet when working with you on billing/scheduling/follow-up! I highly recommend to all my friends and family!

Dr. Ryan Mueller and his staff provide top notch care and dental service. As a dentist, Ryan is very personable, knowledgeable and thorough. A trip to the dentist is not one of my favorite things to do but with Ryan I feel very comfortable. I especially appreciate how gentle his hygienist is with cleanings. She takes extra steps to make sure I am not ready to jump out of the chair! I also appreciate how the front office submits my AFLAC claims so that I receive a check at home later. I have recommended Ryan to my friends and colleagues. He runs an excellent practice

I’ve been going to Dr. Mueller for 8 years now and he is great. He’s professional and friendly and his staff is tremendous. My wife had a lifelong fear of the dentist and I convinced her to try Dr. Mueller and she no longer is scared of getting her teeth cleaned. We also took my 70+-year-old father here who had neglected his teeth for years and everyone was so gracious and helpful and now even my Dad goes regularly.

I love my dentist, my hygienist and my office administrator! My wife and I have all our dental needs met there in the most professional and efficient manner possible. As an example of what I mean, recently I has an issue with a tooth. As it turns out, I had an appointment for teeth cleaning. While I was there, they repaired my tooth as well. No need for a second appointment. That isn’t always possible given the dentist’s scheduling, but the point is, when possible this office will do that for you.

I came to Dr. Mueller after receiving terrible botched dental work from a unqualified dentist named Dr. Danny Sadakah at soft touch dental. The difference in skills between them couldn’t be farther apart. Dr. Mueller was very honest and knew what the other dentist had did wrong on my teeth the second i opened my mouth. Sadakah basically destroyed my front teeth and gums by overdrilling. Even though whats done couldn’t be undone, Dr. Mueller tried his very best to salvage the situation. He is knowledgeable and highly skilled (especially compared to the hack that hacked up my teeth). And for that, i’m greatful.

Dr Ryan Mueller and staff make you feel VIP when you walk through the door. A lot of Dentist,like mechanics,you have to question whether they are trying to maximize their bottom line or your dental health. At Dr Mueller’s practice you will never worry about that. He will always put your health first and make you and your family feel special in the process. It’s the best of care and $’s spent for your dental health.

Because I am a man who turns into a dog around candy and has no self control, even when expressly instructed to avoid those very candies, I found myself today in the unfortunate position of having my temporary crown pop off my tooth in a city in which I do not live and have never visited a dentist, either professionally or socially. And I have no insurance. There are a lot of areas in which I need work. Aside from my teeth, I mean. The point is, I’m glad Bling Dentistry didn’t answer their phone because these guys couldn’t have been nicer or more timely. They treated me just like one of their patients even though I’m not, glued my mouth back together expertly, and didn’t charge me a dime. The whole experience was so easy and nice it made Scandinavian socialized healthcare look like a week in the Secure Housing Unit at Pelican Bay State Prison. And now I hope their office isn’t inundated with requests for free dental work from tourists looking for a free teeth-gluing or a bunch of free toothbrushes and expensive toothpaste samples. That would be a hell of a way for me to pay them back for their kindness.

Dr. Mueller is the best. He takes such great care of me and my high maintenance mouth! And Betsy, Beth and Val all so welcoming and caring. They get 5 stars, 2 thumbs up, A+ ,etc, etc!

Switched to Dr. Mueller and the crew after my dentist of 30 years retired. Extremely happy with all aspects of their service. I’ve now gone in for cleanings on multiple occasions and had the honor of receiving a bling bling gold crown up in my grill…fo’ real! The process was fair in price, and most importantly, was flawlessly executed. I had no nerve or hot/cold sensations w/ the temp or after the final blinged out gold was placed up in my head. In addition, Dr. Mueller has a funny dry sense of humor, his staff is delightful and engaging. I can’t recommend them enough.

Love Dr Mueller and his staff! Everyone working in that place is so genuinely nice, caring and professional. He is the best and most honest dentist I ever had (I’ve been scammed by many others before who told me I needed done what turned out I didn’t upon second opinion, or doing bad job that needed to be redone). I will never go to anyone else again and really hope no circumstances will come up that would force me to.
