There is no exaggeration that Dr. Lowe is THE most amazing orthodontist I have ever met. He definitely knows what he is doing. Not only does he know what he is doing really well, he goes out of his way in order to give me the best smile I can ever get at such a reasonable cost. My daughter loves the doctor and the staff. They have all been amazing and very helpful. We had three consultations and we ended going with Dr. Lowe, he took the most time to go over her treatment plan and answered all our questions. Great dr and staff! Everyone so friendly. Been seeing him for jaw pain and need braces soon. Dr takes his time with me and allows me to ask all my questions and addresses my concerns. I have done the therapy for tmj and it has worked but didn’t work for too long but does help relax the muscles and jaw when too tense. However if you go back to a stressful life and work environment the results will not last for too long. Clean office and I feel safe going there during the pandemic. My sister also got her braces from him when she was a teen we are both now in our 30s. We highly recommended dr Lowe!

I had braces as a teenager and never wore my retainer responsibly resulting in my teeth moving. I decided to save some money and signed up with Smile Direct Club because I saw so many reviews and cases so similar to my story that had great outcomes at a fraction of the cost of traditional orthodontics. Fast forward and long story short, a few months in to SDC and I have damage and spacing to my teeth that will never be able to be corrected without help. Help that SDC could never be able to give me. I sought out the professional and compassionate help of Dr Lowe and his staff and am so happy with how he will be able to help get my smile back! By far the best orthodontist. I’ve been with Dr. Lowe since 2012 and Dr. Lowe has remained consistent with me they’re really have my best interest. They push you to handle the little things like my rubber bands but it’s an essential. They care about every single patient that walks in and they build a bond that makes you feel at home. Everyone here is super friendly and you can tell that they all love their jobs. Their giveaways are definitely another bonus, but they’re giveaways are all charity driven so they help out the community as well. Not many businesses are like that either and its great. They have such great staff and they love and dedication they have for their patients is unreal.

Friendly, fast, clean and efficient. Let’s run through what you do when you go to an appointment: First, you call. The hours of operation are normal, and I have never had to wait to speak to someone, or be placed on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. The receptionist simply answer the phone promptly, provide quick appointment time frames, I don’t feel rushed to get off the phone, and they are sincerely friendly. +1 star Then, you go to the appointment. The location is right off the freeway, and a good location for either Clovis or Fresno residents. Another star You walk in, and the facility is very clean and updated. The staff cheerfully greets you, and checks you in. They have wifi, but frankly you won’t use much of it, because within minutes you are sitting in a chair waiting for the doctor. Ya!! Now we’re at 3 stars. Dr Lowe and the technicians. Now, I am 30 years old, and I am barely getting these stupid braces. But, they made me feel very comfortable about getting them, they are very gentle, but best of all they explain everything very thoroughly, and seem genuinely concerned to answer all of my many questions. This deserves 2 stars, bringing us to a 5 star location! It truly is a wonderful, cohesive staff here!!

Dr. Lowe has been the best choice I have ever made when it comes to my teeth. I had double jaw surgery and thanks to Dr Lowe my journey to having a Hollywood smile has been amazing. He worked with my surgeon to correct an underbite. Dr.Lowes advice helped me beat my recovery time, a week after my surgery the staff was shocked as to how much the swelling was gone and how I didn’t look like I just had major surgery done. Amazing! Each month I would look forward to seeing him because I knew I would be receiving the best treatment. The staff has been nothing but fantastic they are so welcoming and caring! I had went into Dr.Lowes office for a second ortho-consultation just recently and I’m very glad I decided to do so. First and foremost, if you’re considering braces it comes by no surprise, it’s not “cheap” (so keep that in mind..) In my opinion, achieving that perfect smile you desire is in itself an investment and well worth it to me. I can honestly say I’ve been impressed with my initial experience with Dr.Lowes office thus far! After scheduling your initial appointment you’ll shortly receive an email which allows you to sign your initial paperwork/ provide insurance info electronically which saves time, and eliminates you walking in and being greeted with a clipboard stack of papers to fill out. Upon arriving an my consultation I was greeted by the friendly front staff, checked in and called within minutes. I met with my treatment coordinator Adriana, we went over what I was trying in achieve in my smile, took a scan of my teeth and within minutes on screen was able to see a virtual before and after which is great! Adriana was very thorough explaining differences between traditional braces and Invisalign, she was very friendly and didn’t make me feel rushed at all. I then shortly met with Dr. Lowe who reviewed the scans and explained the best treatment plan for me. He was extremely thorough and informative when answering my questions. He even pointed out things I quite frankly, wasn’t aware of in my smile/bite. I left the appointment feeling confident knowing I’d be making an informed decision if I proceeded with treatment. Below I’ve outlined a few key things I take notice of when going into any providers office for the first time. – Office Cleanliness: The office is in a nice part of Fresno. The office is very clean, and nicely decorated. The waiting area in the front has a Keurig and waters which is nice. – Wait Time: Both of the times I’ve been in the office so far I’ve arrived about 10 minutes early. Both of those times I was called before my scheduled appointment time which you don’t come across often. – Office Staff: All of the office staff I’ve interacted with have been extremely friendly and seem to really genuinely enjoy their job. I will say the consult I had prior to Dr.Lowes speaks to this. The Doctor I had met with was great however, I had a very unpleasant experience with his office staff which completely left a bad taste in my mouth when I had even thought of considering moving forward with treatment at that office. So thank you Dr.Lowe for employing an all around great staff which have amazing customer service. It makes all the difference… – Quality of Care: Most importantly…Quality of Care? One thing that immediately stood out to me was how meticulous Dr.Lowe was/is during the consultation. For example: He took the time to point out something in one of my X-rays that stood out to him and discuss that with me in detail, which other dental appointments I’ve been to hadn’t been addressed. I am happy to say, I began my treatment yesterday and am very happy in my decision doing so. I look forward to the end result and glad to know throughout the treatment I’ll be working with an amazing Doctor and staff! Update: 07/02/2018 Seven months into my treatment (Began 12/11/2017): Dr. Lowe and his team goes above and beyond to ensure we, the clients are satisfied with our appointment and our needs are met. I came in for a bracket replacement only; however, Dr. Christensen and Sophia (Registered Dental Assistant) decided to replace my bracket and complete my regular treatment for my convenience. GREAT Doctors, GREAT Dental Assistants, and a GREAT TEAM. I’d recommend Dr. Lowe and his team to anyone interested in ortho treatment. Dr. Lowe and his team deserve an A+. Cassandra was wonderful! She answered all my questions, concerns and was very attentive. Kyla was very gentle on my teeth during the x-ray and separators. The customer service was outstanding!
