My appointment today was with the hygienist, who was very attentive, knowledgeable and took great care to instruct me to correct how I have been taking care of my teeth and gums.  Some instruction I learned was something I had never known in all the years I have been using floss.  She was caring and, being someone who usually has high anxiety with dental appointments, she helped me to relax by discussing her personal concerns for me and referencing that she has some of the same concerns for herself.

Today my experience was one of the best visits I’ve had here. The hygienist, receptionist and staff were all warm and comforting. The staff is always very attentive and welcoming. My hygienist was informative, patient and treated every moment of my visit with such a gentle touch. I always look forward to my visits at 57th St. Dental Associates.

Let me just start by saying I LOVE THIS PLACE! In particular..their staff. To be precise their hygienist..Tammy Cruz. I’ve haven’t been in this particular office before, which is confidently located on 57th street. My old dentist office has combined practices which has lead me to this location. At first I was skeptical because I didn’t know what to expect, other than the pain I was about to endure do to a basic cleaning I was about to have. But I can tell you I walked away from my first cleaning ever in 23 years painless and a better job than any I’ve ever had. Mrs. Tammy not only gave me the cleaning, but was able to soothe my nerves with her friendly relatable personality. She took her time, was very thorough, and efficient which is not something you find in doctors too much these days. Its like when you go to a fast food chain, you know the service will be quick, the quality of food is what you pay which is not much and the service typically is not the greatest. Not this office! Fine diningis more like it, you don’t mind the wait, the price, etc because you know it will be great quality. I know I probably sound like a paid reviewer but I’m not, just a really satisfied customer. Michelle the receptionist, I’ve been dealing with since the last office before they relocated, she’s always been great and Mina who works at the front as well. Great job guys !

I hate the dentist. And I did not hate this one. They were thorough, professional and fun! I felt like they were really trying to give me the most comprehensive visit. The best part was that they did not try to find some bogus service to bill. They cleaned my teeth and gave me some professional suggestions about how to keep them healthy.

I used to be scared of the dentist. But these people took the fear from me!!! They are all nice and funny people that take really good care of their patients. When I had a problem with a tooth, they schedule an appointment immediately and I never wait longer than 15 min in the waiting room. Couldn’t be happier with my teeth and I actually enjoy going regularly to the dentist.
