I am terrified of dentists and Dr. Sanchez is WONDERFUL. Her office is clean, COVID-conscious, friendly, and I always feel so well-cared for. In particular, I’d like to say that Dr. Sanchez is really a total geek for teeth. I mean this in the best possible way. She is so knowledgeable and is such a great listener that her advice and treatment is truly personalized. I’d also like to mention that I’ve been to some dentists that felt more like sales people; this is not the case here. Dr. Sanchez is as ethical and honest as they come and I always feel like I can trust her instincts and knowledge. After two years of being a patient here, she really knows me and my teeth. Can’t ask for much more from your dentist!

The best dentist in the dmv! She is incredibly professional and very skilled. She knows what she is doing. Her work is impeccable. Her office is very clean. There is plenty of parking. The office provides you with pricing before any procedure. Please note, you cannot wait inside. You have to call before entering (due to covid). I highly recommend Dr. Sánchez!

Excellent and thorough professional. Took all the time I needed to answer all my questions and explain the procedures and my options. She has “great medical hands” as i did not feel any discomfort during my cleaning. I have very sensitive gums and thus dental cleaning are usually very uncomfortable and painful for me. This is a “first” for me. In spite of being a very busy office, everything run on perfect timing, I did not wait at all either to see the Doctor or to Check Out. Definitively Dr Sanchez will now become the dentist for me and all my family and I strongly recommend this medical professional.

I am terrified of going to the dentist, and Dr. Sanchez put me at ease. The office has a pretty small staff, but that means that Dr. Sanchez personally does cleanings and seems to only have one patient at a time – at least she did when I went. Highly recommended!

Just a note of thanks for all the services I have received from Dr. Sanchez over the many years I have been her patient. Most recently she fixed my dentures that no longer fit properly due to weight loss. To my amazement she was able to have them restored. With my “new dentures,” I enjoyed a cheeseburger and piece of corn on the cob–a treat I had not been able to enjoy for the past year. Kudos Dr. Sanchez. I also want to acknowledge the multiple times she has seen me with a dental emergency even on her day off. She and her staff are very professional and considerate in every way.

This was my second set of fillings. Both this appointment and my last saw the completion of 4 fillings on the right and then the left side. No pain, no discomfort during or after the numbing wore off. Dr. Sanchez is a great dentist and I look forward to all my future appointments with her!

As a new patient, Dr. Sanchez and her staff were kind and welcoming. She was great at explaining things and easy to chat with. The COVID protocols made me feel safe. After 3 appointments that included a cleaning and two follow-ups to deal with cavities, I am very pleased that I selected Dr. Sanchez as my new dentist.

Dr. Sanchez took the time to read through the background info I filled out as a new patient, and review it with me. The time she took to chat with me and answer my questions led to a very relaxed appointment. She has a kind and inquisitive bedside manner. So happy I found her!

Dr. Sanchez and her staff are very friendly and professional. They were very helpful in answering my questions about my procedure, and also reminded me that I could always call them if I thought of anything else. Visiting Dr. Sanchez’s office is always a comfortable experience; (even under COVID). Her staff is pleasant, her office and rooms are clean and very modern. Dr. Sanchez is always very professional, and very knowledgeable. She balances that by taking time and providing a very caring approach tailored to me providing thoughtful options for my care so that I can make the most informed decisions. My wife has started seeing her as well and feels the same. Dr. Sanchez is a great family dentist/doctor. She has your best interest in mind.

My wife and I have been enjoy coming to see Dr. Sanchez for years. We recently have children. So when they get old enough to see a dentist, Dr. Sanchez would be their obvious choice too. Dr. Sanchez and her staff have always been the most professional and caring. We plan to be her customers for life.

It is with sincere appreciation and great that I am able to take this survey for such a great dentist and her staff. Dr. Lourdes Sanchez has been an intricate part in safeguarding and maintaining the oral health of my family for over 20 years. In fact, our teeth and gums, including my spouse and children, are evidence or the great care Dr. Sanchez has taken in enhancing the condition of them. My youngest son even had the much dreaded braces but after Dr. Sanchez strategically worked on them and told us haw to maintain them, they became an accepting and we coming part of life. Thus, Dr. Sanchez is well-informed and explains in detail the requirements needed to preserve a healthy mouth. She is also efficient and thorough with procedures and explanations concerning costs. In addition, Dr. Sanchez and her staff consistently calls to remind us of appointments and always available to answer any questions or concerns we may have concerning our oral health. Dr. Sanchez and her staff work as a team that is flexible, working around schedules. As such, the knowledge, flexibility and professionalism of Dr. Sanchez, her staff and the dentist office are unmatched.

This is my second time to visit Dr. Sanchez and my first time deep clearning. Honestly, and embarassingly, I get quite nervous everytime I go to a dentist. But Dr. Sanchez made me feel very confortable with her gentle tone and genuinely caring attitude. Although I was shaking most of the time but whenever she talk to me I calm down quickly. After it was done, I felt like I even enjoyed the whole process.I would definitely revisit and recommend her to my friends.

In all my years as a patient, I’ve never encountered such a throughout oral exam. I have been in quite a few dental practices, as I am not a real fan of dentistry, and tend to find myself very anxious before hand. Today, my visit was exceptional. All measurements to ensure safety due to covid-19 were in place. The staff was very friendly and the dr. was not only knowledgeable, she was very attentive, nice and explained things in a manner that made me want to come back. My mother would call this visit a life changer.

I am not comfortable in a dental office but Dr. Sanchez and her assistant helped me to relax throughout my appointment. My visit lasted about 45 minutes and I had no pain after the gum cleaning process. I have a second visit soon and I believe it will go as well as the first one. My wait time was less than 10 minutes and I want that to be posted as well. Saying my visit wait time was ‘less than 30 minutes’ is not sufficient with regards to my wait time.

My son was having a very bad tooth pain and we logged into ZocDoc and made an appointment for the next day. We were able to get seen early morning and waited for at least 5 minutes before being taken back to the room. They found the problem fast and treated it in less than 45 minutes. My son was a bit nervous but the staff treated him well and made sure he was not scared and calmed his nerves down. They are great and will make sure we go back.

I have great experience whenever i have a visit with Dr. Sanchez. With time and distance, i went to see another dentists but none can compare to her. I had to go back to her. She’s caring, very professional, respectful, fair and love what she does. Thumbs up!!! Continue to do what you do best!!

Just went in for my first cleaning and exam and already completely love this place. Dr. Sanchez was so friendly, helpful, and professional and made me feel so comfortable with her right away. She was also knowledgeable and heads up about financial issues and let me know that I should get the second set of x-rays I needed on a separate visit, because otherwise the insurance would not cover both if they did them on the same day. But the thing that blew me away was as I was scheduling my next appointment for a filling, the staff person who was scheduling it calculated exactly how much it was going to cost me after insurance and let me know before I scheduled it. That was the first time I’ve ever had anyone offer that information ahead of a medical appointment, and I’m just so impressed and grateful that they give their patients that information in advance so we can actually make an informed choice beforehand about whether we can afford a particular procedure or not.

Dr. Sanchez is a caring dentist whom I am fortunate to know both personally and as a patient. I couldn’t ask for more from her or her professional assistants. The facility is homey, clean, and modern. All care is performed by the dentist and any issues are explained thoroughly to the patient. The team is fluent in both English and Spanish. Dr. Sanchez has provided me with several cleanings, a few repairs, a filling, and a crown replacement. All of my dental needs have been met or exceeded by Dr. Sanchez, and my general mouth health has improved. Billing and insurance are always handled professionally and efficiently. My experience has always been a very positive one! 

Excellent! Professionalism of the highest caliber. Great investment in state of art equipment. Access to Metro and plenty of parking. Strict COVID 19 protocol compliance. Bringing my 85 + year old in laws. No risk of Covid contamination and Dr and staff are fully bilingual

Always professional and freindly! They are also taking great precautions to keep their patients safe, which I like. She even fixed a small chip in my tooth I wanted to ask her about, before I even had to say anything. I am so grateful I started going to this office years ago. Because of that I feel my teeth are better than they used to be. They make you feel comfortable despite how uncomfortable it can be going to the dentist sometimes.

Dr. Sanchez and her team are just amazing! You can tell that they care for each other like a family and they treat you likewise. Dr. Sanchez has been my dentist for over 8 years now (maybe more) and all my experiences have been positive. My wait time is usually between 1and 5 minutes, but it usually feels like as soon as I sit down they come and get me. I love the fact that she is the one that does ALL of your treatments. Not like other dentist offices where you see the Dr. only during your initial consultation. To me, that’s very important! I used to go to another dentist office were after the Initial Evaluation I never saw the Dr. again and every cleaning visit I would get a different hygienist. NOT HERE!! I work in the healthcare industry myself, and trust me when I say that it is VERY hard to find reliable and dedicated staff; but all the years that I’ve been seeing Dr. Sanchez her staff hasn’t change, only their hairstyles 😀 that says a lot about a healthcare clinic and gives me confidence in their service! Dr. Sanchez has lead her team by example to be respectful and compassionate towards their patients, but expecting the same towards herself and her staff. The same way that they will see me quickly when I arrive to my appointments on time, I have also had to Re Schedule my appointment when I have arrived over 15+ minutes late to my scheduled appointment. Dr. Sanchez office values and respect their patients time and that is something that you don’t see very often at a Dr’s office anymore. Understanding the healthcare system, I am always impressed how accurate their bills are compared to what they charged me. I have a health insurance that only covers a % of some services (like most) and when I receive my explanation of benefits, my responsibility portion it is always the amount I had to pay. Anyways, you get it right? They are awesome and you don’t need to look any further!! Just schedule and appointment and see it for yourself! 🙂

Dr. Sanchez always takes the time to talk to you and find out what is really going on. She does a great job! I also REALLY like her assistant. She makes sure you are comfortable and makes you feel welcome. They work great together and are a goid team, which is nice when your in that chair ready to get drilled on. The lady at the front who checks you in and out is also very professional and knowledgeable.

Finished my scaling/cleaning appointments, next up–cavities! Dr. Sanchez is excellent and non judgmental…this visit I had to ask about the proper way of flossing (been doing it wrong or not at all for the last 33 years smh) and Dr. Sanchez explained the procedure simply and then moved right on to cleaning my teeth!

Dr. Sanchez was extremely professional and attentive during my initial visit. She took the time to explain everything in detail and had my best interests in mind. I would definitely recommend her services to anyone looking for both a competent and empathetic dentist.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sanchez’ practice for at least 13 consecutive years. Although I live over 25 miles away from her office, I trust the care she provides and appreciate not only her attention but that of her team, Francisca and Ingrid. In addition to treating me, Dr. Sanchez also takes care of my daughters’ oral health care. Both daughters always leave her office with a beautiful smile and proud of the stickers they’ve been offered. I highly recommend Dr. Sanchez for her overall approach, making me feel at ease, and demonstrating not only expertise but a natural talent and true passion for her profession. She is the BEST family dentist around!

I have been receiving my dental care from Dr. Sanchez for over 15 years. Every time I visit, Dr. Sanchez and staff are on time and provide comfortable quality care. My last visit was educational, (dental hygiene) quick, and friendly, overall awesome!

Dr. Sanchez is very professional and amazing at her craft. I’ve have been coming to her for years, the consistency and results are one of a kind. The office makes you feel like your going to see a relative rather then the dentist. The waiting area has always felt warm with children toys and magazines to read while/if you wait. VERY neat and in order. The office staff has always been polite and helpful with any questions! I would recommend Dr. Sanchez to anyone who needs a dentist.

I have been going to Dr. Sanchez for a couple years now. She is an extraordinary Dentist, very detailed. Every chance I get I recommend her to family and friends and everyone who has gone to her leaves her office happy with her work. So, if you are looking for a dentist look no further!
