I had a very hard time finding a dentist when I moved to Orlando… UNTIL I FOUND THIS PLACE!!! Dr. Maali is an excellent dentist that is honest and straight forward. The front desk and assistants are respectful, sweet and efficient. At this point I have also brought my wife and daughter here with the same great results. The main reason to go to Sand Lake Dental is bedside manner. You’ll feel like they care.

Dr. Maali & his staff are wonderful! I had two filings. He let me know which step we were on which I, myself really appreciated. Nothing is worse then a dentist appointment that feels like it’s going to last forever…he was so gentle but quick! I left very pleased. Keep up the great work Sand Lake Dental!

Sand Lake Dental has been my favorite dentist for the past 5+ years. I’ve had various dentists growing up and living in the CFL area and can say with confidence this is one the best dental offices you can find. The front office staff are welcoming and super helpful, bending backwards on any requests you have. The dental hygienists are gentle and truly care about making your experience as comfortable as possible. Dr. Ziyad Maali’s chair side manner is excellent. He gives his undivided attention to you and answers any and all questions you have. I currently drive from 40+ minutes away to see this office because they are worth it.

Dr. Maali and his staff are as kind as they are capable. I’ve been a patient for over a year now and I’ve had wonderful experiences with the amazing front desk with their perfect system of appointment making / reminders / confirmation, thorough and gentle hygienists, and caring doctors who will spend time with you and listen to your concerns. At Sand Lake Dental, you are not on an assembly line, you are a cared for patient. I promise you that this staff cares for their patients. If you fear going to the dentist, then you should change your provider to Sand Lake Dental. They will put you at ease. Again, this isn’t just an office of accomplished professionals, it’s also an office of caring and empathetic human beings.

This rating only goes to five but I want to give them 10 stars. Wait a minute I want to give them another 10 stars making it 20.I cannot say enough about the office or the Doctor. From the moment we walk in, we were greeted in a warm and friendly manner  and felt very comfortable. When  the Dr. Maali came and looked at my wife’s teeth and said they can help and fix the problem. He did what my wife and I wanted but he also presented other options and there cost to us. But they did not make you feel that you were getting sub-par service for picking a lower cost solution. There cost are great and the service was the greatest I have seen.IN the days of not knowing or just not wanting help people unless your spending thousand of dollars,they were the most helpful and the most knowledgeable that I have found in some time. I have a  phobia about dentist that I have had all my life, but even I feel comfortable about going to this place and helping me . My wife and I will go to the rest of our life’s.

I’ve been a patient at Sandlake Dental for over 6 years and it’s always been a perfect A+++ experience…sometimes we take great service for granted, but will write about and blog about our poor experiences :(…Today, I want to underscore a great dental office and commend them for being a great team – Today I would like to pause to just say thank  you Dr. Maali for always being an amazing dentist! .I’m not big on writing reviews and I’m certainly not big on visiting a dentist but I thought it was in order for me to take a moment to say thanks for your patience, professionalism and your dentistry skill…Also want to thank you for seeing me and calling me during my recent dental emergency melt down – it was my worst dental experience ever but thankfully I hand an office that could handle my dental turbulence and get me though it …I would highly recommend Dr. Maali and his team. I am so grateful for the care that my husband & I have received from Dr. Maali and all of his staff at Sand Lake Dental. They are extremely capable, accommodating, communicative, and they make very serious dental procedures feel like a walk in the park. When you have a childhood dentist, that’s all you’ve known so why fix it if it’s not broke? Well unfortunately wasn’t happy with my last few visits that were quite painful. Long story short was referred out to an Endodontics and they couldn’t squeeze me in for a build up and was atleast a week out and I needed to do it before going out of town since two root canals on each side would of been difficult to eat. So the search begun for a new dentist and in today’s day and age great reviews are a dime a dozen! Read through many reviews and called upon the most genuine “seeming” ones. Called around noon so figured lunch time left a detailed message and sure enough Cindy called me back. What amazed me was she referred back to the message ( usually no one does this and you have to RE-explain everything!) better yet she was able to squeeze me in next day and verified my insurance. So at this point they had a leg up, but I’m a still tough critic… So one of my favorite characteristics is transparency. From the front office to Dr. Maali they were very thorough with all explanations. And you feel a genuine sense that they look out for your well being as well! Peggy explains the billing and works with you, since I had a ton of dental work this year she was able to anticipate my limit and gave me a few options. They submitted the claim just in case it was approved and credited any extra to for future use. Glad I found this dental office

I had an appointment this morning for a routine check up and cleaning and was VERY impressed! The staff and dentist were very friendly and efficient, and the office itself was very nice. I’ve never been to a dentist’s office with a TV above the chair to watch during cleaning, so that was a nice surprise and added bonus! I highly recommend this dentist.

Dr Maali is really nice and helpful on what treatments needed to be done. The office first does a consultation on what services need to be done with an estimated price quote. Not many dentists do that and you get hit with a surprise bill at the end of the visit or later down the line. Dr Maali is also very caring with his patients. I once had an emergency visit and he fit me into his schedule that same day.
