Amazing customer service and patient care. As some one who works in a similar field I truly appreciate the kindness and professionalism shown at this office. I called late this Saturday about pain and swelling in my jaw and spoke to Morgan. She informed me that they were already overbooked but did just about all she could to help. She provided me with two telephone numbers to other offices with Saturday hours, took my information in case she had a last minute cancellation, and asked about my symptoms (and I am glad she did) I wound up going to urgent care as she pointed out that I could be seen there at any time and could be started on antibiotics depending on the cause of my discomfort. Turns out I didn’t even need to see a dentist for my condition and Am already feeling better. I will definitely be changing dentists. It truly makes a difference when you know that people care and are willing to do whatever possible to get you feeling better.

Wonderful experience here! I have had trouble finding a dentist I can trust and can rely on and I have finally found them! Doctor was superb and explained everything to me in a way that made sense and made me feel valued. We even set up a treatment plan with all costs so I don’t have to worry about having funds when it’s time for treatment! I would highly recommend going here! 5 stars!

Sandbridge Family Dental Care has helped with my dental hygiene dramatically. Although I still struggle with periodontal disease I have seen much improvement. The Dental Hygienist Carrie is wonderful!! She takes the time to educate and gives me feedback on what I should continue to do to maintain good dental health. She is also very welcoming and thoughtful. I couldn’t recommend a better place! **COVID side note–they are taking all the proper precautions to make me feel safe while I am there and that I am in good hands.

My family and I have been coming here since having moved to VB. This is a beautiful, modern office filled with professional, courteous staff. The dentists are knowledgable and skilled. The hygienists are gentle and very skilled as well. The front office staff has no problem dealing with my insurance plans and always seem to find the answers that other offices couldn’t. I’ve yet to meet a staff member who didn’t make me feel welcome. My young children have no fears when coming for their cleanings (and the occasional filling!) and they have many options for scheduling appointments (both early and late). This is a wonderful office- I highly recommend!

I started going to Sandbridge Dental after my former dentist of 20 years moved there office. I can’t make the long drive anymore and Sandbridge was so much closer. I have had 2 cleaning and 1 filling repaired. I am very happy that I made the move. Everyone is super friendly and professional. I started coming here when I had a dental emergency and have been beyond thrilled with them. The entire staff is friendly and highly professional. They take COVID protocols very seriously, which is much appreciated. I was in a lot of pain and it was hard to focus, but the dentist really wanted to save the tooth and I’m so glad I listened to him. The work he has done post-emergency has been meticulous and I’m so thankful for him and his staff.

Hands down THE best dentist office in Virginia Beach. I’m a new patient and had the worst experiences with every other dentisit and my first visit I was supposed to get a cleaning but had issues with tooth pain and they immediately took me in to do a root canal the same day! Everyone there is so kind and caring! They even gave me a furry blanket to use while I was getting my procedure done. And they were very aware if I felt any pain during the roof canal and listened to me very well. Highly recommend them! Even told my parents about them and they are scheduling to see them soon. And I’m going to take my children there as well for their first dental cleaning.

Came in for a cleaning and they were great. The girls at the front desk were very friendly, polite and helpful. There was very little wait time and the dental hygienist did a great job–my teeth were noticeably whiter upon leaving. On top of everything else, the price was unbeatable.
