I was looking for a Dentist that took my dental insurance. Dr. Reyes was listed and not too far away. I was very pleased with staff and Dr Reyes. I had a comprehensive examination and she explained what issues were present and what needed to be done. I have been to many dentist, and she stands out, I would recommend her to family and friends. Phenomenal office! I have a slightly different perspective than the average patient experience….I am a temp hygienist and had the opportunity to work at this location. As a temp hygienist, I have learned first hand that not all dental offices are created equal! I urge everyone seeking a positive, honest, high infection control standard, and extremely caring team, to not wait another minute….book your next dental appointment with this office and you will not be disappointed! Dr. Reyes implements and maintains the highest infection control standards and protocols that I have ever seen! She provides booties, head covers, and protective surgical gowns in addition to N95 and surgical masks for all of her employees! She also provides full coverage for her patients as well! She is very caring and honest and has created a wonderful team. Luz, the office manager is friendly and genuine and the dental assistants, Alicia, Jasmine and especially Kevin were so very helpful and kind! I appreciate them having me, and look forward to filling in at this office again should the need arise!

Dr. Reyes has been my dentist since the first day she opened her practice. I followed her from a previous office where she was briefly. What a difference! She’s absolutely the best. I recommend her highly. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and college professor, I’d like to think that I know a little about how a a professional has to care about their patients. Dr. Reyes and her staff are professional and extremely committed to providing their patients with the utmost of care. From the moment you walk thru their doors you will experience dentistry as never before. You are called by your name, asked how your doing, and provided with the details of your care that will be provided that day. Dr. Reyes and her staff are simply AMAZING! I hate going to the dentist, but needed one quickly after I had one of my molars crack. They were able to get me in quickly and put me at ease. The tooth was fixed the same day and now they are helping me regain my oral health. Doctor Reyes makes sure everything is covered as thoroughly as possible and makes recommendations for next steps. She is very compassionate and I would recommend her to anyone needing a great dentist!

I felt comfortable & welcome the minute I walked through the door. The staff is so friendly. Dr Reyes is not only beautiful but has the best sense of humor & is so knowledgeable. I have been through many other dentists who never really answered my questions and always seemed to find ways to take my money. Dr. Reyes and her team are ethical and honest and have made me feel comfortable during my visits. I trust Dr. Reyes and have enjoyed every cleaning. I don’t know anyone who likes going to the dentist including me. I get really anxious like so many people but every time I leave after my appointment I ask myself why I get so nervous. Dr Reyes & her staff are so kind, loving, considerate, attentive & compassionate. I can’t imagine going anywhere else! I love Dr. Reyes and her staff. Always great customer service and they care about me as a person. I have an extreme anxiety about the dentist and they always make me feel calm and relaxed and know how to help when required. Would I recommend Dr. Reyes and her staff….absolutely! Ever since I was a child, I’ve had high levels of anxiety going to the dentist. However, I finally found a dentist that eased my anxiety. Dr. Reyes does an exceptional job at making me feel comfortable, no matter the procedure. I am never left in the dark before an appointment. Dr. Reyes and her incredible team provide me with all of the information regarding my visit, to any prior preparations needed, what the costs are, to specifics of the treatment. For instance, I recently went to Dr. Reyes for a tooth that was causing discomfort and spent an hour with her as she did everything in her power to ease my anxiety and relieve me of any possible pain. I have never felt so relaxed and comfortable with any dental procedure. I trust Dr. Reyes’ team and her credibility to perform oral surgeries of any kind. As an anxious patient who can be difficult to work with, I highly recommend seeing Dr. Reyes who will make your visit worth while.

I recently had a horrible and traumatic experience from an orthodontist who did my bone graft that got infected because of neglect from not prescribing me antibiotics and was unwilling to help me with the symptoms I was going through. Him and his staff were absolutely rude and unprofessional since the first day I stepped into his clinic. I am more than thankful for Dr. Sandra Reyes for going above and beyond by assessing the site thoroughly and making sure it gets the right treatment, unlike the other orthodontist who thought that staring at the site is enough to know if there is something wrong with it. It really shows how efficient and caring Dr. Sandra Reyes is. It is hard to find someone like her and I definitely recommend her to everyone.

Dr. Sandra Reyes is AMAZING! I am a new patient. I went in because another dentist lied to me saying that I needed a root canal and a crown. I got a second opinion with Dr. Reyes, and she said that I did not need that. I admire her for being honest and professional. Her office is very clean. The receptionist answers all of my questions. All of the staff is very friendly and have nice welcoming attitudes. Dr. Sandra Reyes uses high quality materials. Thank you Dr. Reyes

After moving back to AZ I search for a dentist for a few years and never found any that I’d go to for a second visit. Everyone seemed to trying to “up sell” services and some would not even schedule a basic cleaning and xrays on the same visit. Then the most wonderful accident happened….I stumbled onto Sandy’s name, took a chance and scheduled and appointment with her and FELL IN LOVE with a dentist!!! At our very first meeting she took notice of a congenital problem that I had which no other doctor had ever taken seriously. She was horrified and gently asked if I was interested in getting referrals to physicians who might be able to evaluate the situation and see if it could be treated. I agreed and she eventually ended up sending me to the orthodontist who had treated her. This whole story ended up with me having major reconstructive jaw surgery and being wired for 9 weeks, during which Sandy sent me flowers and kept in touch with my family as to my recovery. Every time I see her I thank her for setting me on that path and taking me seriosly. I had begun to think that it was hopeless and a life of chronic pain was something I had to learn to live with. She is my dental angel. Not only is she just a wonderful doctor who is always willing to explain things to her patients and work with them on prioritizing treatments if money is an issue (and seriously when is it not) but she is an awesome human. Her staff has always been as nice and professional as she is is and they always make you feel welcome and cared for. Sandy also uses state of the art technology and her office is about the most spotles place I’ve ever seen. She is now stuck with me and if she ever tries to move away or retire I may just have to stalk her for treatment. 🙂

Best dentist ever and a more amazing human being. She’s very conscientious and proactive as a dentist and she promotes that with her patients. She also manages to hire a wonderful staff who embody her values. She has assisted me through some severe an interesting dental adventures and hope she is the only dentist I ever have or need for the rest of my life.

Prior to seeing Dr Reyes I had visited another dentist who insisted that I needed at least a couple of root canals and some crowns. I was sceptical and decided to get a second opinion. I am so glad I did. Dr Reyes listened to my concerns and was thorough in explaining what I needed. She was able to save my tooth from a root canal and no crowns so far. Dr. Reyes truly cares about her patients health and listens to their concerns and her staff is awesome. Everyone is so kind and helpful that you just feel comfortable during your visit.
