I had a great experience. the staff was nice and polite at the front desk. I like how each one of their employees has a role and purpose, they are not all over the place, the front desk girls don’t go to the back to help out, and they even have someone specific who comes and talks to you once your x-rays and the dentist has seen you to let you know what you have and ask what you would like to do and what options you have. They are patient and knowledgeable. they kept in contact with me to make sure I was aware of my next appointment by text and phone call. my recent visit was to get a root canal done, I told them my teeth are sensitive and don’t numb so easily and my doctor told me it was fine to let her know anytime I’m in pain so she can put more anesthesia, thankfully the anesthesia was strong enough and only had to get injected twice only. I liked also how she checked her work multiple times before she finished even though I was her last patient. She took her time and didn’t rush her work.overall I was very happy with everything. They are also open on Saturdays which is great.

The best in ortho dental care.  I feel like family when I come here. Great financing,  friendly staff  & doctors.  They are gentle, efficient, clean and they appreciate you.  Some places make you feel like you are bothering them when you show up, but not here.  They are always happy to see you and for someone in my 40’s, my teeth look great after 19 months.

This office is amazing in customer service. Everyone is super friendly and understanding. I had not been to the dentist for a long time due to fear and being very self-conscious about my teeth, but wow to my surprise the dentists and staff are super nice and made me feel so comfortable. Their prices are so affordable as well. I thought my treatment was going to be super expensive and to my surprise when they told me the total for my treatment, it was not even half of what I was expecting to hear. I would definitely recommend this office to friends and family looking for friendly staff, nice dentists, and affordable prices.

I am happy that I choose this place to get the necessary work done on my teeth. The staff is friendly and always willing to work with you to fix any problems that you may have. Would recommend this place to anyone who needs to see a dentist.

The staff was so accomodating. The dental assistants, dentist and the hygienist were so nice and gentle. My family has been coming here for many years and our experience has always been excellent. My kids have been here too and they are wonderful to them. I have used them with and without insurance because their rates are very reasonable. Keep up the good work!!

I am truly grateful for the doctors and the staff who attended to my son, who had a sport’s injury knocking out his upper front tooth completely 3 months ago, they immediately placed back his tooth in its original position and was able to stabilize it, as good as new! I recommend them highly due to their highly skilled doctors and caring staff!

Santa Ana Dental Group has been great for me and my family. The office staff is always friendly and helpful. The staff always fully inform me of all the necessary procedures. My children and I have been going to Santa Ana Dental Group for over 20 years, and we have never had a negative experience. I think most of the staff that was there when I first started going are still there, and they have always been professional and courteous. I once called around to find out if I was getting the best prices with this dentist’s office, because we do not have insurance, and found out that they are indeed the most reasonably priced. It’s on Main Street in Santa Ana, and even though for years I had to drive from Irvine, I didn’t mind because it was worth the trip. They never keep me waiting for more than a few minutes, either.

GREAT OFFICE!!!! I and my wife were first-time patients at this office and the visit was just a great overall experience. Their staff is so friendly and they go out of their way to help patients as much as they can. They already had our insurance information ready to go and explained every detail to us. The back office and x-ray tech are very nice and gentle they really know what they’re doing and make you feel very comfortable. The Dr’s are very caring they are very detailed on explaining the work and the procedures that are needed. I felt very comfortable and enjoyed my visit very much. I will surely be returning to this office and let all my friends and family know about this office.
