I use to be one of those that was ashamed of my teeth, a baby for pain and also feared Dentist,  but once going to SB Dental Care all that is no longer a worry. I am so grateful for all the time and attention Dr. Becker gave to me from day one. He made my embarrassment and fear go away and also went out of his way on the 4th of July Holiday to come in the office on the worst day of the year for traffic in Santa Barbara and do an emergency extraction. I highly recommend Dr. Becker and his staff they are the most friendliest staff ever!!!! Now I can smile and not be ashamed anymore. Thank you Dr. Becker and your staff!!!!

Has been a little over a year since I first went to Dr. Becker and as of today I am completely pleased more than words can say with my dental work done. A year ago today I could not smile because my teeth were so bad and today I can now smile and be proud of what Dr. Becker and his whole staff at Santa Barbara Dental Care have done for me. They are the most friendliest people that after the first visit they make you feel like you have known them for some time. From Pamela the receptionist to all of Dr. Becker’s assistants they make you feel so relaxed and with no fear of pain whatsoever. Had to let everyone know about my awesome experience getting my “wisdom teeth” removed from Santa Barbara Dental. I know, awesome and wisdom teeth do not often go together but it was! From everyone you talk to who has gotten their wisdom teeth removed, the first thing you always hear about is the swelling and that you end up looking like a chipmunk. Well for me I had little to no swelling believe it or not and could have been back the next day but took it off just to be careful because I am a PE teacher. At Santa Barbara Dental Care they are very strategic on getting the wisdom teeth removed with the least amount of tissue damage which helps with the lack of swelling and healing process. They also fill your remaining holes with “bone graft” which speeds up the healing significantly! I am so glad I chose SBDC for my procedure and do not regret it at all! Thanks guys!

I have been going to Santa Barbara Dental Care for the past year and been very pleased with all the great service I have received from the entire staff, especially the dedication of April and Paula, to my primary dentist Dr. David Becker. They have all been so kind, dedicated to helping me keep my smile, always responding in a timely manner, getting me in right away to fix what ever is necessary. Answering my calls even when I am away touring. Their professionalism and compassion is also to be commended. I also want to share a major shoutout to my amazing dental hygienist, Alexandra. I truly had a big fear of Dentists for many, many years until I went with Dr. Becker who truly took all my fears away. He is the most gentle, friendliness Dentist I’ve ever been to. I had never seen Dr. Becker before till I was in horrible pain found their number in the phone book on a 4th of July Holiday which they were closed and traffic from Carpinteria to Santa Barbara was bumper to bumper for hours. And Dr. Becker did not hesitate to see me along with his assistant. After being stuck in traffic he still came in with a smile and was super gentle once I told him my experience and the big baby on pain. Along with all the office staff, assistants and Dr. Becker they all make you feel so comfortable and friendliest like if you’ve known them already. I highly recommend Santa Bárbara Dental Care.

I am a new patient to Dr. Becker at SB Dental Care, being recommended to the office by a friend. I have been looking for a new dentist for awhile now, and had spoken with a few offices. I chose to visit SB Dental Care based on my friend’s recommendation and their reasonable rates. My first cleaning, x-rays and exam was today, and I was in and out of the ifficein no time. I was happy with the location, pleasant office and friendly staff.

I just moved to Santa Barbara and was referred to this group by a few people. After going in for a consult and reading the reviews, I knew this was my place. Dr. David Becker is the best. Don’t let his young appearance fool you- he is extremely thorough and professional. Yesterday I had two new crowns put in and was there for 3 hours. It was one of the best experiences I have had in the dental chair! Thank you Dr. Becker for the follow up call too!!

Dr. Becker is hands down the best dentist ever! The rest of the staff is awesome as well. Everyone is super friendly and professional. Santa Barbara dental care was able to accommodate my busy work schedule with same day dentistry. I went in with a toothache and had all my needs taken care of. I was able to get my crown that day and the procedure was pain free! In addition the office made dentistry affordable for me. To say the least I left a happy patient! Definitely recommend Santa Barbara Dental Care and Dr. Becker!

The office is simply great. They are efficient, kind, professional and competent. I’ve been seen by this practice for 25 years snd my continued patronage indicates how well the would grade them. I’m a picky patient being a physician myself with strong views on how one should treat otters. Dr, Becker is top notch by any metric. And Paula (office manager) has worked with me over the years to accommodate a chaotic doctor schedule. They deserve tte 5 star rating.

Dr. Becker and Dr. Weber can do anything, from basic white fillings to wisdom teeth surgeries to complicated crown cases. To put it simply, they can meet any patients’ needs and have 0% interest financing options available to make the experience more affordable and comfortable. Ask Paula or Brian for a complimentary second opinion and find out what you really need for no cost! Great office!

I recently moved to Santa Barbara and needed a cleaning , so I found Santa Barbara Dental Care. First of all the location is super easy to find and the street is so pretty. I went for my cleaning and found out I needed 2 fillings and a Crown:/ not news I wanted to hear but I made my appointments and it was such a pleasant experience because Dr. Becker asked me if I was doing ok during both appointments. He let me know what was happening at all times and kept me updated and consistently asked me how I was doing! I also got a call after my first appointment to see if everything was ok. Who does that!?? Dr. Becker does 🙂 wonderful place, wonderful dentist!!

Santa Barbara Dental Care provides friendly, safe, and technically outstanding service. I have been a patient there for over 15 years and they have consistently exceeded my expectations every single visit, whether it be cleaning, consultation, filling a cavity, or performing a root canal or crown replacement/installation. I highly recommend them!

Very few things beat the feeling of sliding your tongue against smooth, freshly cleaned teeth. A day later, I’m still on that clean feeling groove. Yesterday, I received my best teeth cleaning from Annie of Santa Barbara Dental Care. After being greeted so warmly from Paula in reception, I relaxed in my seat and knew right away I was in good hands. Following the cleaning, I met with Dr David Becker who continued spreading that warm, caring, personable approach. We discussed in great detail a plan of action for optimal dental care and I left knowing exactly what needed to by done and in what priority. At my request, they even emailed me my dental plan so I can review and plan accordingly. I know going to the dentist can seem daunting and cause anxiety, but this office puts you at ease the minute you walk through the door. There was no “up selling” of unneeded procedures, no feelings of guilt, and no pressure. Everyone is genuine and kind. The office itself is easy to find and even has its own parking behind the building– making your experience super convenient. I am happy to have discovered Santa Barbara Dental Care and I look forward to continuing with them in the future.

My experience with Santa Barbara Dental Care has always been professional and the team is considerate and attentive to my questions and concerns. I ususally ask a lot of questions about procedures, methods, costs, etc, partly due to my curious nature. They are always happy to answer, including my questions prior to my visit today regarding COVID19 preparations. While I understand people are apprehensive about medical and dental care procedures right now due to COVID19, I can tell you I felt completely comfortable and protected during my visit. Of course the visit was great as usual, and they even accomodated a request to combine two procedures in one visit to save me a second trip. Keep on doing what you do and thank you.

Santa Barbara Dental Care is by far the best dentist office I have been too. I have gone here for all my dental work and have been beyond satisfied with all of the results. The entire staff is helpful and friendly. They care about you as a patient and a person. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of any dental care.

Such a pleasant experience! I was offered a blanket at the beginning of the cleaning appointment, which was so nice and very appreciated as it was cold out. My hygienist made sure to check up on me throughout the appointment to make sure I was okay. It was done in a timely manner and without much discomfort (granted it is the dentist), and at the end she gave me a lavender warm towelette. Great cleaning and great customer service! 10/10 dental practice

I was visiting from New York and lost my crown eating taffy.  I found this practice on my cell phone.  Dr. Becker stayed open late to see me right away.  He made a new temporary crown for me and I was able to continue on with my vacation.  His office staff were awesome.  The women at the front desk could not have been more friendly and helpful.  Within 90 minutes of losing my crown I has a new temp crown that lasted the rest of my trip.  When I got back to New York and had a new permanent crown made, my dentist commented on Dr. Becker’s awesome handiwork.  Thank you so much for saving me in my time of crisis.  Don’t eat taffy!

I have been going to Dr.Becker and Santa Barbara Dental about a year ago. Dr. Becker has been professional and dedicated to helping me keep my smile. He and the staff are always responsive to my needs. As in most cases, you can’t plan when something goes wrong. Dr. Becker and the staff have been terrific, always accommodating my busy schedule by getting me in and out quickly.  Dr. Becker had been spot on with his treatments and is kind, gentle and caring. The staff at Santa Barbara Dental Care are very warm and welcoming. A few shoutouts to April who dedicated herself to making sure it all worked out for me!!! And to my amazing Dental Hygienist Alexandria, who helps me maintain a healthy, fresh,and bright smile all year round. Thank you all so much!!!

Okay, I honestly never write reviews but Dr Becker and his staff deserve recognition. I grew up in egypt and had a traumatic dentist experience that made me scared to get any sort of dental work done after that incident. I went to Dr Becker for a check up and he noticed that I needed some fillings along with deep cleaning. I mentioned that I had a traumatic experience, and that i was scared of getting any work done, Dr Becker paid attention to what I was saying, and it seemed like he really wanted to help. He offered me sedation option to help take the edge off, I ended up going with oral sedation. I remember kind of being in n out of consciousness, and every time i would talk to Dr Becker he would say kind words of encouragement and would reassure me that everything is fine. Also who Alex gave me my shots and did my deep cleaning was very gentle and caring. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a dentist. Matter of fact Dr Becker just called a few minutes ago and checked up on me. I am very flattered by how nice and professional these people are. Also April, who helped me get everything together, and made sure she reached me even when my phone was broken for two weeks. you guys rock. Thank you, Ahmed
