I was impressed with both the adherence to Covid-19 protocols and the quality of the dental work. Dr Rubenstein himself reviewed my x-rays and discussed corresponding issues, satisfying my questions and leaving me with a reasonable treatment plan. The front desk was up-front about cost and had already determined exactly what my insurance would cover. In addition, his office was able to immediately move me into a follow-on appointment for a deep cleaning. Chantal, the hygenist, was a superstar. Anyone with some dental “experience” can quickly tell the difference between a professional who truly cares about the patient and someone who may do a decent but less thorough job. I commend Chantal for her dedication to her trade and her patient.

One of the most comforting things that I have found to be really essential is to know that I have the finest dentist possible and that person is Dr. Alan Rubenstein. It all begins the moment that I step into his office, where I am warmly & sincerely greeted by all of his staff to the very thorough, detailed and meticulous examination that follows and whatever subsequent treatments are needed. Nothing is overlooked, every detail is attended to, and when I leave I go with full confidence that I have received the best possible care. He really is that good, as is his staff.

Dr. Rubenstein and his excellent staff gave me the gift of a healthy mouth with their professional expertise and gentle, compassionate manners. With an extremely low threshold of pain and high, multi-layered anxiety with all dental treatment, their kind and sympathetic attention allowed me to freely express and move through my extensive restorative work into a maintenance regime that is both rewarding and quite actively preventative. I am so very grateful and cannot recommend them highly enough.

This is my go-to dental office, even after moving away to Newport Beach. I keep coming back because this is the most quality, professional, and caring dental group I have ever encountered. Each and every person involved is the best in the business. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Rubenstein and his team for your dental needs.

I have been visiting Dr. Rubenstein for a few years and the experience has been consistently very good. His entire staff is always very kind, professional and makes me feel very comfortable. Efficient scheduling with no waiting time. I would definitely recommend this office.

I recently had my first appointment (routine cleaning) and a second appointment for routine dental work with Dr. Rubenstein and I cannot recommend him or his practice enough! The staff and doctors are very friendly and really take the time to make sure their patients understand what is being recommended and done. The very first time I met Dr. Rubenstein he made sure to let me know that he values open communication and that he wanted me to ask any and all questions I may have. This alone made me feel really comfortable and I feel comfortable asking and discussing anything related to my care. Again, I cannot recommend this practice enough. They are amazing!

I have been going to Dr. Rubenstein for five years now– a friend referred me when I moved to LA. He is truly a great dentist– super friendly and always puts me at ease– and trust me I’m usually anxious at any type of doctor’s office!! I’ve hardly ever had to wait after my appointment time, and I’ve sent so many of my friends to him. I needed a root canal on my first visit ever– I was horrified, and he fixed me right up and even called me AT HOME later to make sure I was doing alright. He cares a lot about his patients……..going to any other dentist on the westside would be a mistake!!

They were great from start to finish. Saved my gums and probably saved my teeth. Explained to me what the problem was, were willing to see me three days in a row, and for dentistry were reasonably priced. Very happy they were recommended to me

I truly have to say I’m not a fan of going to the dentist. Not so much the pain, but the environment and such. The pain isn’t that great either, now that I think about it… Doctor Rubenstein and Levitt (sp?) are by far the two greatest dentists on the planet. Quick, supportive, painless (absolutely painless)…I cannot say enough, especially for someone like me who has been so scared to go to the dentist. These guys changed everything for me.

I have to admit, I’m not a fan of going to the dentist in general, but this is the BEST dentist office I’ve ever been to. They are super efficient, thorough, and fast. Dr. Rubenstein is great and I LOVE, and always request Alison for my cleanings. I also really appreciate the fact that they fully review your treatment plan, and cost before doing any work not covered by insurance. Highly recommend!
