The first time I called her to have an appointment to extract my wisdom tooth, Natasha treated me as a family member and not as a first time patient for this clinic. Thank you Ms. Natasha sooo much. You are the BEST. 2. Secondly, Dr. Hanna and all other staff members were so professional, and took care of me very well. 3. Thirdly, The oral surgeon, Dr. Ferdowsmakan, was not only a great professional doctor, but as I told him after the surgery of my wisdom tooth extraction, that he is a doctor and an Angel, TRULY he is. So I’ve never left a dentist office happier than when I went in. It’s CRAZY to think that something like that is possible, but it just happened. I was wowed by Natasha up front. She was so friendly and definitely took the time to make sure I got the coverage and appointment squared away. She even recommended a full exam appointment, and let me know that it was covered by my insurance. Then, Priscilla took my back for my xrays. She was pretty funny and definitely personable. She complimented my tattoo and made sitting in the dentist chair just that much less scary. And Dr. Hanna was very nice. He checked my teeth and made sure that I wasn’t hurting too bad. He listened to what hurt, and even pointed out several issues I hadn’t been aware of. I definitely appreciated his professionalism, since my teeth were probably a nightmare. So TLDR; I HIGHLY recommend this dentist office. Especially if you’ve had any bad experiences before. Thanks for a great appointment!

I’ve been going here for over 20 years and they have been great, both the dentist and the office staff. I think some of the other reviewers have these guys confused with another office nearby whose name is very similar. My husband is a true coward at the dentist and they have taken super care of him. Go here they really are great and they dont push any work that you really dont need.

I had my six month check/cleaning and was in and out in under an hour. Waited less than two minutes in the lobby before being taken back for cleaning. Terri was very professional and courteous and always showed interest in my comfort during the visit. The entire staff have always treated me with the greatest respect. Love this dental practice above all.

Look, if you don’t know who your dentist is like this Stephanie J idiot, then don’t write a review ok? She has this dentist mixed up with the one across the street. These people are professionals that got the job done better than any of the dentals I have ever seen in the last 20 years. And honestly, if you have billing problems, is it really right to go on YELP and put the people that YOU pay down? Anywhere you go that has some form of medical service has you sign a paper saying that you know what your insurance company and that you’re responsible. These guys rock, highly recommended!!

I ended up at Santee Dental Group because I was tired of my former dentist making fraudulent claims to my insurance. I compared my insurance’s list of providers with dentists near me I could find on yelp. The front office staff is awesome. They got me in the same day I called and told me they would check my insurance and make sure I was good to go before I came in. Once I got there, I filled out the usual new patient forms and was back with the dentist in no time. Thankfully, I cannot say much about the actual dentist because I had not issues that left me needed to spend a lot of time with him. I was then given the most amazing cleaning of my life by a hygienist there named Debbie, I think that was her name at least. My teeth feel amazing! This is going to be my new dental office for sure. If you are looking for a new dentist and you’re in the Santee area I would highly recommend Santee Dental Group.
