Both of my children went through orthodontic treatment, mostly with Dr. Warren and it was a great experience.  The practice is very family friendly orientated, yet professional.  Both Dr. Warren and Dr. Schacter and their staff took very good care of my children and they care deeply about their patients.  They always went the extra step, especially Dr. Warren who saw my son in and out of office hours when he had a wire break a few times during his treatment.  They make your experience very personable and I highly recommend Schacter Orthodontics.

From the initial consultation visit with Dr. Robert Schacter, I knew right away we want them to work on my daughter’s braces. Robert and Warren took their time to explain all my questions every steps of the way so I know exactly what the treatment plans entails. Her teeth come out perfectly once they took off the braces. Both Dr Schacter are simply amazing.  Dr Warren and Dr Robert Schacter (father and son team) are super nice, warm, caring and sweet. In fact, the whole office is friendly and welcoming.  I have 3 kids so I have been going to Dr Schacter’s office for over 10 years.  They put the kids immediately at ease and they never complained about the orthodontist visits.  All 3 kids have beautiful teeth and great smiles. The text reminders few days before our appointments was extremely helpful.  Also my kids looked forward to the yearly birthday newsletter that the received.  Everyone in the office made us feel special so thank you so much for a great experience through out the years.

There aren’t enough positive things to say about Schacter Orthodontics! They are the “hidden gem” orthodontists in the valley. When my daughter’s dentist initially referred me to orthodontists near where we live, I didn’t have that mom feeling when you know you’re putting your child in the correct hands. We went on to see all the well-known orthodontists in the valley before asking the dentist if distance wasn’t a factor, who would you recommend? Without hesitation, she said Schacter Orthodontics. From the first consultation I knew we were in the best hands. The front office staff is welcoming, personable, caring and supportive. The dental assistants always have a smile and are wonderful. Dr. Schacter and his son, Dr. Warren, are phenomenal. Dr. Warren is that one of a kind doctor who is not only kind, compassionate and extremely willing to go out of his way to put his patients (and parents) at ease, but his professional skills are extraordinary. My daughter wasn’t the basic, straightforward case, and just finished treatment with a beautiful smile I know she would not have received from anyone else. Dr. Warren goes above and beyond – he’s always available to talk with parents, has a great sense of humor, and really understands kids and their feelings. I cannot recommend Schacter Orthodontics enough!!

We can’t tell you how happy we found Warren and Robert. They have created the perfect orthodontic practice. The office environment is inviting and comfortable. The administrative staff is happy and helpful. Warren and Robert are personable and caring. Most importantly, they are consummate professionals and top in their field. I can’t rave enough about Schacter Orthodontics.  My daughter got her retainer from a highly recommended orthodontist in Beverly Hills, but we got tired of driving over there and decided to try this office instead.  What a stroke of luck.  Dr. Schacter fixed her teeth in a FRACTION of the time!!! On top of it the office runs efficiently.  No wait times and it’s easy to schedule appointments.  The office staff is friendly and the office is full of fun, whimsical art as well as cool retro games and puzzles.  My son also ended up needed braces and so of course Schacter Orthodontics was our first choice.  Dr. Warren Schacter took a lot of time in our consultation explaining the options to us and we ended up finding a very cost effective way of treating him. We were also able to make some other cosmetic adjustments without any extra cost. My son actually looked forward to his visits because he enjoyed his conversations with Dr. Schacter.  He got his braces off last week and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Plus the graduation ceremony at the end is so fun and thoughtful. What kind people!!!

Schacter Orthodontics is the BEST place to go if you need braces.  Dr. Warren and Dr. Robert took such great care of both of my kids and they are beyond happy with their smiles.  The whole process was easy – from taking digital x-rays, to getting their braces and then getting them off, we had an amazing experience.  Everyone at the front desk was so nice whenever i called – which was alot! – and willing to work with me when one of my kids broke a wire or bracket.  Neither of the doctors got annoyed with our constant visits and were able to keep my kids on track and get their braces off in record time.  Thank you Dr. Warren and Dr. Robert for giving my kids such incredible smiles.

I was so fortunate that my dentist recommended a few orthodontists to me with one being Dr. Schacter.  After researching, I met with Dr. Robert Schacter, and I knew immediately I made the right choice to help with my very complicated situation.  Everyone in the office is so nice and friendly.  Going for my orthodontic appointment became one of the happiest things for me over the last few years! I really felt they treated me as part of the family.   Drs. Robert and Warren Schacter are wonderful and amazing.  One night one of the wires broke, causing a very uncomfortable situation.  I called the office and left a message, and almost immediately, Warren called back and we met at the office late on a Friday night where he was able to fix the wires.  I felt awful that he had to go out late to fix my broken wire, but he was very understanding and nice, as it was nothing.   You may read lots of reviews like this – Drs. Schacter is the real deal – did I mention they are also associate professors at USC? – And they made my mouth look fabulous!  I highly recommend Schacter Orthodontics, not only because of their outstanding work and professional treatment but because they make it feel like coming home rather than going to the Orthodontist!

Amazing Service, Professionalism, and Experience!  My son just got his braces off today just in time for his 8th grade graduation, as Dr. Warren Schacter promised!! He is thrilled and smiling from ear to ear.   I can’t say enough about Schacter Orthodontics and their entire team.   I am a general dentist and have been referring to both Dr. Schacters for the last 25 years;  and when it was time for my son to have braces, there was no doubt in my mind who to choose.  Thanks Dr. Warren for giving Jaden such a beautiful smile and such a great overall experience.

Both of my children have been lucky enough to have been patients of the Schacters. The day my  younger daughter had her braces removed was a happy day for her, and, actually, a sad day for me.  Honestly, I looked forward to seeing the Schacters. The father/son team are at the same time totally professional and knowledgeable while also being genuine and kind men. They are able to bridge the two seamlessly. They were receptive to any questions or suggestions I might have while being fun and engaging men who seemed truly interested in me and my children. Even in the front office, Sherri, the receptionist, is great! On a personal level, I view  them all as my friends…and besides that… there is the actual teeth straightening!  Both the kids look fantastic!  I am so happy with the results. It’s all been a win-win! I recommend them to everyone.

What a great office! We went for a second opinion after another orthodontist outlined a two-step braces process that would have lasted years and cost more than twice what We paid at Dr. Schacter.  After evaluating our daughter, without benefit of hearing what the other doctor had recommended, they recommended waiting and doing traditional braces. When we told them what had been recommended by the other office, they told us that the most recent research had shown that that approach had no better outcomes than the old fashioned (less expensive) way.  We signed on and found they were generous with their time, and respectful of mine – appointments are on time!  Both doctors inspire such confidence. They not only explained each step of the process about which I asked, but seemed to enjoy doing so. After treating both of my daughters it was time for mom to get her teeth straight . There was no other place to go but back to Schacter orthodontics . Both Dr Warren & Dr Robert have the entire package .. They both are extremely skilled at the their craft , they have concern for the comfort of their patients at all times , they listen & do everything possible to make the entire orthodontia experience very very positive . From the management of the front office to the doctors , their assistants & finally Matisse the office service dog this is THE PLACE for orthodontia treatment !

Schacter Orthodontics is a real class act. I was referred to them by Woodland Hills Family Dental (so also a shout out to them). I walked in with molars that were banked inward so much that it became difficult to chew food (thanks to the arrival of wisdom teeth in my early twenties and me not wearing my retainers the first time around!). As a financial analyst I have an eye for detail, and can personally testify that Warren Schacter also has this quality, and is in fact brilliant in this way. I was able to communicate to him the fine details of how I wanted my teeth to be moved. He listened, acknowledged this, and threw in some of his professional input and ideas, ultimately culminating into the best possible job he could have done. Now, I’m getting compliments on my smile left and right and can actually chew food again! A job well done and great office environment made me happy to spend every dollar I did at Schacter Orthodontics. Some other factors that make Schacter orthodontics great: -Warren, his father, and the staff are all extremely personable and genuinely enjoy getting to know you. -They do a great job of reminding you about upcoming appointments. -They work with their schedule to accommodate you – felt like a 2 way street in this regard. -Office is always air conditioned. -Plenty of space so you don’t feel cramped. -Friendly canine who saunters around the office for added tranquility.

At age 48 I decided to treat my awkward British teeth to a second go around with braces after going through treatment at age 26 and not following through with my retainers!  I found Schacter Orthodontics on Yelp, read all the wonderful reviews and, to my delight, discovered that the office was only two minutes away from my house.  I have to say that I would certainly have driven from farther afield to receive the excellent treatment and care I was given by Dr. Robert Schacter and Dr. Warren Schacter, and their exceptional staff.  Everyone is super friendly right from the get go.  Robert and Warren are both kind, witty, and charming, and boy do they know teeth!!  They made me feel very comfortable as an “older” patient!  They are always very reassuring and positive with their younger patients and they listen carefully to their questions, concerns, and opinions.  They have a lot of good banter with the parents.  It’s a very family oriented practice and you feel quite a part of it all.  I’ve just had my braces taken off and I am thrilled with the results.  I will wear my retainers faithfully as instructed from now on!  I would definitely recommend Schacter Orthodontics to anyone.  The office is bright, cheery, and incredibly well organized.  Making appointments is super easy and the self check-in is great.  I go back in seven weeks for a check-up and can honestly say I’m looking forward to seeing everyone again!

My second child just got his braces off, and I couldn’t be more pleased with our experience at Schacter Orthodontics. Both of my kids had complicated, challenging teeth to straighten and now their smiles are beautiful. I like the family atmosphere of this father-son duo’s office and everyone who works there–the front office staff, the dental assistants and the orthodontists–are highly competent, friendly and accomodating. My kids loved the guessing games at the front desk and the fact that they could earn wooden nickels to be exchanged for gift cards. I loved that making appointments was easy even around my kids’ hectic school, music and sports schedules. And the office has Wi-Fi so I could work while I waited, a huge bonus for me. Warren and Robert always seemed genuinely happy to see my kids and me, and I enjoyed our chats about their orthodontic progress and lots of other topics. This is a nice office with very nice people who do top-notch work. If I had a third kid, Schacter is where I would be going.

Dr. Schacter is a family tradition for us. He was our family orthodontist in the 1970’s and 1980’s. My brother has taken his children to Dr. Schacter and when it came time for our kids to require orthodontic treatment there was no other Orthodontist I would consider. No gimmicks, no empty promises just years of experience, quality care and super nice people.  Dr. Schacter once shared with me that his Mother told him, “if you want to be happy then work for yourself”. He truly embraced that because it is clear that both Dr. Robert and Dr. Warren love what they do and truly care about their patient’s. Four kids, 15 years and we are done and extremely satisfied. Thank you Dr. Schacter and Dr. Warren for your gifting our kids with beautiful smiles!

They are the Best. Everything about them is Fantastic. They Welcome you the moment you show up and celebrate you when you leave. You actually feel part of the family and don’t want to go. They are always professional, easy to talk to, great environment, clean, never behind, always friendly, and they do great work. I would highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed. The incredible father and son team at Schacter Orthodontics can’t be beat. I have taken my three kids there for their orthodontic work and cannot thank them enough for the great treatment and care my kids have gotten there. Both Drs have excellent bedside manner and a warmth bar none. My kids feel at ease when they go for their appointments. It has been a pleasure working with these fabulous doctors.  End results are great! They know exactly what they are doing. I can’t fail to mention the entire office staff. My daughter has had crooked teeth, and I met Dr. Schacter with her dentist’s recommendation. Everything went through smoothly for over 2 years without any trouble. My daughter didn’t have any complaint either. All staffs are very nice and smile to patients all the time. My daughter just got her braces off and looks so beautiful. Now my son got his braces on. I would recommend Schacter Orthodontics to everyone.

From our first contact with Schacter Orthodontists when our daughter was 10, we felt comfortable and that this was the office to use for braces. Being a bit of a “straight-teeth/nice smile” fanatic, we brought our daughter in early on just to have the best possible start time for the 2 year process. Upon our initial consultation, everyone in the office made us feel right at home, and we could see that this was a very professional, experienced, and organized orthodontics practice. Cutting to the chase, our daughter now has perfectly straight teeth, with the proper bite, after exactly 2 years to the date when she got her braces on. Everything went smooth, from the payment plan, the scheduled office visits, periodic progress discussions, and the excellent care and concern of the patient. Their reputation and knowledge in the area of orthodontics are first rate, and glad we made the decision to have the braces done here. We always felt good about their expertise and skill sets, and having a father / son team was an added bonus!

My daughter and I have both had amazing experiences with Dr Warren.  I was referred by our dentist for my daughters cross bite.  I did my due diligence and interviewed a few different orthodontists prior to going with Dr Warren.  The reason why I selected his practice is that he was honest in the consultation, and his father (Dr Robert Schacter) was very thorough in his explanations.  My daughters bite was fixed as promised.  Once that was remediated I elected to have Dr Warren fix my own teeth.  He recommended invisalign for my treatment.  Nine months later I am pleased to report that I have a beautiful smile and love the way my teeth have transformed.  I cannot review this practice without mentioning the amazing women in the front office.  The ladies are so warm and welcoming to our family at every visit. It is always a pleasure to chat with them upon my arrival.  It is important to acknowledge how Dr Schaecter and his employees have been extra cautious during the pandemic.  Appointment times have been staggered and every possible protocol has been implemented to ensure the safety for patients.  I would not hesitate to recommend Dr Warren and his staff if you are looking for orthodontics for you or your family.  I will be eventually bringing my other daughter here and  know that I can completely trust the treatment plan.

I can’t say enough good things about this office. Both my kids just finished their treatments and couldn’t be happier. The entire process from beginning to end was very professional and well run. Better than that was the feeling that every time we walked into the office, we were more like family than clients. There are also some nice touches for the kids…coins to collect and turn in for fun prizes (ie. Jamba Juice and Starbucks gift cards), the therapy dog “Matisse” that frequents the office and end of treatment gifts that are spot on. It’s these special touches that show how this office goes a level above with their service. We will actually miss our visits!

All I can say…is simply AMAZING! I was a transfer from another orthodontist in Tennessee. When I met the team at Schacter Orthodontics, I had been in my braces for about nine months. Just like you, I was searching for the best Orthodontist near me. So I stayed true to Yelp to find one. After reading such great reviews about the father & son (Dr. Warren and Robert Schacter), I booked my appointment and had a consultation. Dr. Warren and Dr. Robert showed so much patience and took their time to get to know exactly what I wanted out of my experience. They also set clear expectations of what I should see with my results. I was given two options to achieve the smile I wanted. Each option was clearly written out to include price, process, and time frame. I was given time to think about what I wanted to do. I was not rushed in any way. Once I made my decision, it was extremely easy to start. Every time I needed to reschedule around work or had an emergency concern, they addressed it to the best of their ability. Transferring from another orthodontist is rarely easy. There are files lost in translation, insurance may be delayed in payment, the new orthodontist has to pretty much lead with how the other started and sometimes start a whole new plan, and you are sometimes stuck paying more (at no fault to Schacter Orthodontics). Most of these things happened to me, but I wouldn’t have changed a thing! And the best news….I got my braces off a month earlier than expected! Of course, you shouldn’t expect this to happen. But it is always a bonus when it DOES happen! I am EXTREMELY confident in saying, I would not have these results if I would have stayed in Tennessee. Definitely nothing against the orthodontist I had before! But Dr. Warren and Dr. Robert took such great thought in finding a balance between what I would love and what they would recommend, that I would choose no one else! Thank you to EVERYONE involved in giving me the best experience I could ask for! I am “all smiles”!

Both of our kids went to Schacter Orthodontics and we HIGHLY recommend having braces done by these pros! Both had severe overbites and slightly smaller mouths and their diagnosis was spot on. In fact our daughter came here after having previous treatment with another orthodontist that left her with a very unaesthetic smile and bite. Both doctors have totally corrected that now and she presently is a thriving working actress where a great smile is everything! We love their cheerful colorful office and their beautiful friendly therapeutic standard poodle. Who visits quite frequently. Thank you sooo much for your amazing professional and personal care!
