I love this Dentist office! The staff makes you feel extremely comfortable. I found out about it because a friend of mine, Dr. Adam Fitzhugh, became a partner of Dr. Scott Edwards a little over a year ago. This is my favorite dentist office I’ve ever visited! I recommended my boyfriend to them as well and he loved the office as well. I would gladly recommend it to anyone.

3 years ago, after not eating for a week due to a tooth ache, my roommate recommended I see her dentist who she loved. 1 root canal, gum surgery, 2 teeth pulls, and 7 crowns later I couldn’t love my smile more! The entire staff makes an effort to get to know you and keep up a relationship with their patients. They have convenient text options. They work with you to find the solutions you can afford. And they don’t laugh when you’re a grown up who’s still terrified of the dentist. Instead, they work with you patiently and kindly until one day you can say that you don’t mind going to the dentist at all! I recommended them to anyone who will listen!

I am consistently met with superior care and professionalism from Edward’s entire staff; from reception to the assistants, hygienists and the excellent Doctors he keeps on staff. Any anxiety as it relates to dental work being performed is quickly extinguished by a kind and personable staff. I’ll always recommend Dr. Edwards to any of my peers.

I am a patient now for about 33 years after a fellow pharmacist friend referred me to him. Both of his locations over these many years has been consistently well run and delivered good service. My husband moved to this dental practice in the past 2 years. The organization, efficiency and professional nature of his operation made a huge positive impression on him. I had probably started to take it for granted all these years. Dr Edwards has stayed current with practice changes, as it also appears, has his staff. Jessica is my current Dental Hygienist. She always does a great job and provides helpful feedback. The front staff efficiently takes care of appointments and billing and I am sure a host of other things at the East Memphis location where I currently go. Again, Dr Edwards runs a well oiled operation and his associates appear well trained.

My experience here was absolutely perfect and completely painless! Adam Fitzhugh was amazing to work with and very helpful. Also the whole staff were very polite and friendly. If excellent service and dental care is what you have been looking for then this is it! I am glad I switched to Adam at Scott Edwards dentistry.

Been seeing Dr.Edwards and staff for many years now…finding a good dentist that you feel comfortable with is a hard task these days…I found mine. Staff is always nice and very professional..and Dr. Edwards always seems to keep up with all the new technology. My two boys also see Dr. Edwards and staff..it’s all about being comfortable and treated like family..

Our experience here was very favorable The front desk ladies are super efficient and professional. They always go over and beyond to make our visit easy and quick. On our first visit we left a visit card meant for the orthodontist and they gladly mailed it to us. We had to return a couple weeks after our first visit for help with removing my son’s orthodontic appliance. Not only did they accomodate us but allowed us to come on over immediately. Now, how can any other practice top that?! All in all, I would recommend this practice and I am so glad we picked them as we were on the lookout for a new dentist being we just moved from a different state.

I recently became a patient of Dr. Scott Edwards DDS. He and all his staff have been exceedingly effective and competent in treating my dental needs. The office is very neat and clean. The environment for patients is a calming relaxing. I would recommend Dr Edwards and his staff to anyone who is in need of dental care or regular maintenance.
