6 years ago I started going to Dr. Sadlon’s practice. He seemed genuine and I got the vibe he wasn’t going to nickel and dime you, which I have had with other practices. Here is an update since that first time… For patients who want the state of the equipment- his practice has it all. His office is new, clean with up-to-date technology. (Example- I needed a crown a few years ago. It was my first dental work needed at his practice. When he recommended I should have it done, I assumed I would have to schedule a 2nd apt. Nope. He had a machine that creates the mold in the office. Pretty sweet deal). I’ve had the opportunity to talk to him on multiple occasions in length. At the end of the day- he’s just an honest and happy guy. Seriously. He’s good at his profession, but personally, the guy is just a genuinely good-hearted human being. I know it’s weird writing that about your dentist, but like I said, I can say confidently as a patient he would never recommend anything he wouldn’t think would be in your best interest. No doubt in my mind on that one and to me that is one of the more important things I want in a dentist. Plus his supporting staff are legit. Linda- is an amazing woman who has been there since I started coming. It’s a nice perk when the office is structured, organized and friendly. One can never overlook that side either. Oh, I moved to NYC in December 2015 and I still travel to Scottsdale for my 6-month check-ups. I know I just totally hyped the guy, but if he’s accepting new patients, I strongly urge to check him out.

Dr Sadlon has a great clean office with a staff that really cares about you! Linda always manages to make our appointment schedules work well with scheduling our drives from Prescott our home town. Yes it is well worth the drive. Not only is Dr Sadlon great at his profession he supports the arts with himself and others playing jazz at the Nash! They all love what they do and it shows.

This was my first dental cleaning in 2 years because I have anxiety about the dentist. I have TMJ Disorder which affects my ability to keep my mouth open for dental work and also causes intense jaw pain. Sammy was my dental hygienist and I will request her every time if I can, she was AMAZING and super nice. There was zero wait time and I really appreciated that they seem very straight forward with which teeth need fillings and which don’t. I will definitely be sticking with their office

I was looking all over for a dentist close to home for my boyfriend & I and was debating between Dr. Sadlon’s office & another office… I’m positive I made the right decision!! This place is awesome! The front office staff is very friendly and made me feel at home. The hygienist & woman who took my xrays were also extremely friendly & knowledgeable. They talked the perfect amount & didn’t give me any discomfort! Dr.sadlon is friendly just like his staff!! During my appt they needed discovered I needed 2 fillings & he had them completed within 30 minutes! He numbed my mouth & continuously was making sure I was doing ok. It was easy & mostly painless! Also, very happy with the results!!! Within minutes Linda from the front office had a quote from my insurance on the filling pricing & they began the procedure. Afterwards, I needed a referral to get out my wisdom teeth & they have a go to doctor referral. I called right when I left & spoke to another very friendly staff member. Very pleased with my experience & sooo happy I chose this practice! I’d advise you to do the same!

I just got back from my first cleaning with Dr. Saldon. The office staff were professional, efficient and went out of their way to help me out. I needed some assistance in making sure that my specific insurance was correct and they called for me so I didn’t have to do the work. I will absolutely be back.

I was referred by my colleague to this place after I discovered my previous dentist a total scam. They are very nice and honest people as my colleague said. I really realized I’d been overcharged so much at other places after I saw my bill here. I got my teeth cleaned, 2 fillings done and 2 wisdom teeth extracted here in 2 visits. Very quick, professional and painless. Appointments can be easily booked online, which is a huge plus to me. I’ll continue going here.

If Dr. Sadlon reads this he will know EXACTLY who I am LOL. I hate to admit, its embarrassing, I have avoided any dentist for over 10 years. I am ridiculously afraid and get alot of anxiety. But after contemplating the need to have some work done I finally found Dr. Sadlon who not only is a block away from my home but also had great online reviews regarding his “bedside manor” so I tested the waters by sending my kids in first. (Dont judge me). I was a bit more at ease by the time I had my own appt. Especially after my kids (teens btw) raived about how easy his procedures went. His staff (Im so bad with names, but the woman who works the front desk who Ive had numerous conversations with so its horrible I cant remember her name), his assistant I believe her name is Jess, and Dr. Sadlon really do make me feel safe, and comfortable. Great find!

Best dentist I’ve been to! Everyone was incredibly friendly and welcoming, hygienist was very thorough, Dr. Sadlon was great, as well. Did a quick filling on the spot from a chipped tooth and didn’t try to up sell me like several other dentists I’ve been to over the years. Highly recommend and consider Dr. Sadlon to be my family’s new dentist.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sadlon for years. He is gentle and caring and, continuously checks on your comfort. He doesn’t complete dental work that is not necessary, His front office assistant Linda is also phenomenal. I highly recommend Dr. Sadlon to anyone seeking a dentist.

I love linda, and dr.sadlon, not the experience. Lol Personally if you ” loved ” a 2.5 hour extraction with a bone graft, you have some other issues! This office is awesome from top to bottom. Linda is amazing and so is dr.sadlon. Thorough explanations ,exceptional skills ,and the guy’s a drumner,so that’s an added bonus for me(also a drummer). I went to a different dds briefly,at the suggestion of a girl(coworker) I was dating at the time. Money was tight and they were one of these $50 never pay again outfits(southwest smiles in gilbert) Well they had about 6 different dentists through there, and they f#$%^&*@ butchered me. I RAN back to dr.sadlon, feeling as though I’d cheated on them, begged their forgiveness and he took me back and fixed me up. That’s why,for the duration of my time in az,I will always be a patient if dr.scott sadlon

The whole team is very friendly, prompt, and professional. I usually loathe the idea of going to the dentist, but these folks really make it quick and painless. It helps that their equipment is all state of the art. I would highly recommend Dr. Sadlon’s practice to anyone and I’ll be back myself in six months!

In response to the review provided by user “Kim”, I have also been a faithful patient to Dr. Sadlon. A bit of advice and no disrespect intended; however, it would behoove you to obtain a well informed perspective before leaving a rather one-sided and biased review. Had you researched the typical cost of crown work ranges anywhere between $500 – $2,500 per tooth. As a consumer with dental insurance we typically aren’t privy to this information and pay whatever insurance doesn’t cover. The average cost of a routine visit alone ranges from $75 – $500, depending on what one requires to be done. I cannot speak on Dr. Sadlon’s ‘canine crown’ work, as I’ve never needed a crown on my canines. I have however required a few replacements on molars that were just old and I can attest that he does amazing work. To accuse a professional of being “greedy” is rather slanderous and quite frankly a subjective opinion. It’s been my experience that not only are his team and he professional in every sense of the word, Dr. Sadlon is overwhelmingly compassionate and empathetic. He takes enormous pride in his craft and genuinely cares about each and every person he sees  Again, this review is intended to educate and is also an opinion. Hopefully you have been able to repair your damaged tooth and go on to remain satisfied with the service you’ve sought out for your dental needs. Happy New Year!

Tooth extraction – bone graft – yuck lol – wasn’t looking forward to this one more than normal. He’s so laid back, tooth out, graft done – out the door feeling fine and confident. That’s the way it always is with Dr. Sadlon. Period. Been seeing him for 10 years. Wouldn’t go anywhere else. Ever. Thanks guys! Big relief to have it over and done with!

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Sadlon and his staff. My husband and I both love the office and the care provided and have brought both of our mothers to the office for dental care. Both of our mothers are very scared of dentist offices but have had great experiences with this dental office. My mother has never had a dental procedure without the use of nitrous until I had her come to Dr. Sadlon. She recently had some dental work done with Dr. Sadlon without the use of nitrous since his office doesn’t use it, and she couldn’t even feel it when he gave her shots to numb the area. It took him about an hour to fill 5 cavities and she couldn’t have been happier with the results. Dr. Sadlon and his staff are knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. I would definitely suggest this office to anyone who was looking for a great dentist!

I just left my very first visit with Dr. Sadlon and I must say IT WAS FANTASTIC! If you are looking for an amazing dentist with wonderful staff look no further! He immediately relieved any anxieties I had and was such a whiz with the Novocain I didn’t even feel the shot (seriously guys, that’s talent). Cant wait to go back and honestly, how many people can say that about their dentist, right?

Dr Sadlon was very informative of exactly what my treatment plan needs to be and how we will accomplish it. I have been terrified of dentists since I had a bad experience as a kid and Dr Sadlon and his staff made me feel comfortable sitting in the chair and made sure I was okay the whole time. Bravo!

I highly recommend Dr. Sadlon and his team! I have been there several times over the past year for cleanings and fillings and have nothing but positive things to say. Dr. Sadlon will be my go to dentist from now on.  He is quick, kind and doesn’t waste your time or money.  I just had a cleaning and 2 small cavities were found. He asked if I could stay ten more minutes and fixed them on the spot! No need for another appointment, which I greatly appreciated.   Also, in a past appointment I had multiple cavities that needed filled which I was dreading but he fixed them all very fast while being gentle and checking in on me throughout. To top it off he also just seems cool with his music choice and laidback personality.  Nice change from stereotypical sterile dentist offices. I also really like his front desk staff, assistant that works chair-side with him and his hygienist, Sammy.  They are all really kind, professional and seem down to earth.

Had a horrible phobia until I went to Dr. Sadlon. I had not visited a dentist in 20 years. Needless to say I needed extensive work including veneers on my two front teeth. He did a wonderful job, I felt no pain as he is a wizard with the novacaine, including a tooth no one had been able to get numb.

I had my first appointment At Sadlon today and I was a bit concerned going into it as it has been two years since I had a cleaning and I had never had an appt. here before. Everything went super well and smoothly! Everyone was super helpful initially over the phone with figuring out my Insurance details, and was very friendly upon arrival. I felt taken care of and everything was thoroughly explained. The Woman who cleaned my teeth (forgive me for not remembering her name) was very friendly and very knowledgable. I felt that she was passionate about her job and explained what was going on with my teeth in a clear and informed way.  Dr. Sadlon came in a checked on my teeth after they were cleaned and was very kind & friendly. He was clear with his communication & I appreciated his input on what I can be doing for my teeth. Everyone I encountered was pleasant to be around. The cleaning itself was quick and fairly painless due to the numbing agent and overall was one of the smoothest cleanings I’ve had despite the two year lapse on my part. My teeth feel so clean and brand new now! All in all a very positive experience and I will be returning in several months for my next cleaning! Thank you all.

Best dentist ever.  They get you in at your appointment time with very little waiting.  The staff is extremely friendly and attentive.  Dr. Sadlon is thorough and gentle at the same time.  He is the only dentist that has ever checked me for oral cancer after a routine teeth cleaning.  Once I went in for a tooth that was bothering me.  He checked it and did not even charge for the visit.  Another time I had to have a crown put in.  I was really nervous but he put me right at ease and it was painless.  No one likes to go to the dentist, but if you do need a good dentist, Dr. Sadlon is the one I would recommend

It had been a while since I had been to the dentist and I was terrified to go in. From the moment I stepped in the door, I felt welcomed, safe, and comfortable. I thank Dr. Sadlon and his staff for taking good care of me and helping me to resolve my dental emergency despite my fear of dental work.

I was very scared of going to the dentist after a few years of not going and having bad experiences as a child. They all helped me stay very calm and assured me that everything would be okay. They did not judge and explained what they were going to before they did it so I knew what to expect. I will need some dental work but they created a plan for me and outlined the exact costs as well as timeline for what was necessary now (filling, etc.) and what could be pushed further out (wisdom teeth, etc.). They were all very comforting and transparent. I will definitely come back for all dental work

I can’t say enough !!!!From the moment I walked into the office I was greeted with a big smile by Linda the OM. She hurried me into see the Dr since I had a horrible toothache. The Dr sized up the problem immediately….I’m sure part and parcel to the fact that all his x-ray equipment and computers and software are so technologically advanced. And the office was spotless…You could truly eat off the floor.. Anyhow it couldn’t have been a more pleasant visit even though I was in such Horrible pain!!! I don’t think I would go anywhere else! And I just moved here from NY(lol)

Best dentist in the Phoenix area! I have had trouble finding a dentist in Phoenix, but I had my first visit here today and I can’t say enough about it. Everyone was extremely friendly and made me feel comfortable every step of the way. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone!
