Dr. Shew is an excellent dentist.  He and his staff are always professional and caring.  Dr. Shew should be called the “pain free” dentist because he is so good at what he does !  I highly recommend him for all your dental care.

I never knew what a great dentist was until I visited Dr. Shew! In just a couple weeks, he undid a decade’s worth of damage and neglect, including refilling a rotted cavity from a previous dentist. Dr. Shew and his staff are incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and thorough with a great bedside manner which has forever changed my view of going to the dentist for the better. I left my appointments with no discomfort and felt like I was in the best care and comfortable throughout the whole process. I feel like I found my lifelong dentist. Dr. Shew is an amazing professional!

Scott and his crew here are really great to work with and are accommodating in every way. I’ve been coming here for a few years now and couldn’t think of going anywhere else. Service and level or expertise are second to none. I had concerns about surgery that was recommended by him for my periodontics, so Scott has gone out of his way to develop a program for me that could defer or minimize surgery that I know I will need eventually. Having different options and the flexibility to choose the program of my preference is just one example of service and expertise. Natalie is also really great to work when it coming to appointments and billing. Always flexible and accommodating. She uses her personal phone to text reminders because she knows that’s my preference over cards and phone calls. Anyone looking for a dentist should give Scott and his tram a try.

This is our family dentist. I’ve been going here ever since I was a little girl (I’m now 18) and I have perfectly healthy teeth. I’ve also never hated going to the dentist, haha! When you enter the building you immediately receive a warm greeting from Natalie from the front office, who’s extremely nice and check-in is a breeze. They offer beverages in the waiting room, a variety of magazines and tv to watch what you like, but I like to catch up with Natalie. If you’re worried about wait time, I’ve never had a problem here! Esther, the dental assistant, is the most cheerful human being I have ever met and she’s been cleaning my teeth for 10+ years, so she knows what she’s doing! She’s quick, yet extremely thorough and time absolutely flies! She’s such a great person to be around and she has 100% of my trust. Dr. Shew is the best dentist around, I don’t even know where to begin.  Most of the people I know, who like going to the dentist, go to Dr. Shew and that’s just fact. He does amazing work on my teeth and really focuses on any concerns you may have. Even during my brace stage, he communicated with my orthodontist to make sure that everything he saw, they saw as well. I recommend him to absolutely anyone. I’ve heard some stories about how some dentists don’t pay attention to their patient (ex. saliva or dry lips) but I don’t ever have to worry about that. I just had to mention it because I know some people get really irritated about things like that. Also, they are constantly updating their space with the best tools and equipment making the entire process very smooth and efficient. These people are warm, comforting and put a lot of work and care into making it a wonderful and positive experience. I’m sorry this review is long by the way, but I really appreciate what they’ve done for my family and I, all these years. They deserve a good word, it’s been long overdue!
