It could be difficult searching for a new dentist after moving to a new town, especially one that makes you feel like you’re in good hands. I was referred to Dr Kutlay and Tanner’s office. After my first appointment about a year ago, I knew I found my new dentist. Dr Kutlay and the team made me feel right at home from the moment I stepped through the door til’ the moment I left. He and his team do a great job of calling ahead of time when necessary and always check in the next day to make sure you are feeling okay since your visit. Their professionalism, customer service and warm atmosphere really go above and beyond. Two thumbs up!

I have been to a few dentists over the years and would always get nervous because I knew it was going to be a terrible experience. Since coming here, I have had several fillings. I’m a new patient to Dr. Tanner’s office. I’ve had two procedures done, well five counting that I had a deep cleaning that was broken down into four parts and a filling filled. The latter was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had the dentist. Never thought I would ever say that about visiting the dentist. The pleasant experience was made possible by Dr. Tanner’s warmth, sincerity, and patience towards me. Something that I had not experience with my past dentist. What also adds to the pleasantness of Dr. Tanner’s office, is the coziness of his waiting room and atmosphere that gives off a home like feeling. The front office staff is also extremely cheerful, polite, and very friendly. Last but not least, my deep cleaning was a uncomfortable experience at first, due to the fact that it was my first ever. However, as I was getting my third and fourth procedure done, it got easier and easier. Thanks largely to Lisa, who’s wonderful sense of humor and great personality, made it more comfortable for me while I was sitting in the chair. I’m looking forward to my future visits to Dr. Tanner’s office.

Dr. Tanner has been my dentist for over 36 years! I love his caring, professional, and personable style, as well as that of his entire staff. Dr. Kutlay and his staff are awesome. I’m here today for my regular cleaning appointment and when I walked in, Helen and Sarah were so welcoming. The office smells great and is so beautiful. It’s decorated to match the Victorian building it’s in, but very high tech. I walked down the hall to go into my hygienist ‘s room and Dolores popped out of her office to say hi. My cleaning was painless and relaxing. Dr. Kutlay and Dr. Tanner both came in to say hello and asked if everything was going well with my teeth. They make me feel like family. I can’t rave enough about this office. I’ve referred all my family and friends here. They love it to.

I have been a patient of Dr. Tanner’s for something like 15 or so years now and have been very happy! Dr. Tanner is retiring at some point and so Dr. Kutlay is taking over the practice. I have to say that I am very impressed with Dr. Kutlay. Dr. Kutlay is so wonderful! First of all, I am 54 years old and had absolutely no pain with the procedure which involves numbing an area of my mouth prior to a crown prep. I literally felt no pain with the needle which has never happened. In addition, the crown fit perfectly with little to no changes necessary for proper fitting and bite. I continue to highly recommend this office and please be confident that Dr. Tanner has picked the best dentist for his replacement. We will continue to be in good hands!

I would like to compliment Dr. Kutlay and his staff for making going to the dentist something I look forward to. Rare I know, but true. Everyone in Dr. Kutlay’s office is so welcoming and helpful with any questions or concerns I may have. I refer to my dental visits as my “home away from home”. Dr. Kutlay is very professional, informative and helpful when asked questions regarding upcoming procedures. I recently had a crown and two implants done. My mouth is now full of beautiful teeth and I can actually eat and chew! Dr. Kutlay patiently walked me through the implant procedure. He had to remove two very old and loose teeth. Then after a period of months, the implants were installed and finally my new teeth were attached. Never any discomfort or pain during the entire implant process. You will be so happy that you did and it will be one of the best decisions you will ever make. I recently underwent a series of dental procedures at another local dentist (everything from fillings, crowns, extractions) and was very unhappy with the experience I had. I began the search for a dentist I could truly trust to do a good job with creating my new teeth. I was referred to Dr. Tanner by my oral surgeon who told me that “Dr. Tanner does a great job”. I am so glad I listened to him. Helen (and Delores) in Dr. Tanner’s front office should be studied by any business that wants to know about real customer service. Dr. Kutlay is the best! He is compassionate, cheerful, and his dentistry skills are top notch. He recently did a beautiful job on a filling I needed to have replaced. I have nothing but good things to say about Dr. Kutlay and Dr. Tanner. I have dental anxiety and Dr. Kutlay is very kind, personable and gentle which really puts my mind at ease. I have veneers from when I was a teenager and one last year one of them broke. Not only were they able to replace it for me. My teeth are more beautiful than before. I find myself smiling more because I’m not self conscious about my teeth anymore. My husband also has 6 veneers replaced and it makes me so happy to see him smiling more in pictures. He is also going to be re-doing all his dental work with Dr. Kutlay including a bridge and any crowns. I would highly recommend them

My first appointment with Dr. Kutlay was about a month ago and I can’t stop thinking about the amazing service I received! Every employee greets you with a warm welcome. I was given a tour of the office while being taken back to my seat. Now, I am TERRIFIED of seeing the dentist. That being said, getting a cleaning had never been so effortless or painless. Dr. Kutlay sat down with me and was able to explain in detail what I needed and what I didn’t. He gave me some tips on how to change my cleaning/ flossing habits and made jokes along the way. All in all, I was able to come in, get my teeth and gums checked and a cleaning. I was even able to squeeze in some cosmetic stuff like fixing the lining of one area of my gums and a whitening. All with ZERO discomfort. I would recommend Dr. Kutlay and the team here to anybody.

I had a full mouth reconstruction done by Dr Sean and it was great. He was extremely professional and patient answering my questions and explaining each process. So he was the only one that was able to fix a issue that I had with my crown after I went to three different dentists! so when he left the office I met him I tracked him down lol and he is now at this office in Santa Clarita! I have been a patient of Dr. Tanner’s for over 30+ years. He is an exceptional dentist and his office staff is very friendly, courteous of my needs as a patient, knowledgeable and always on time. Dr. Sean Kutlay recently joined the practice and he is just as exceptional and very caring of your needs as a patient as well. I had a crown done by Dr. Kutlay this week and did not feel any pain when he did the injection. The entire procedure was thankfully quick and painless. Dr. Kutlay, along with Tina, made me feel very comfortable and was aware of my needs as a patient throughout the entire procedure. My hygienist, Carol, is very knowledgeable, personable, and caring as well. My cleanings by Carol are always done in a timely manner with no discomfort. I and my wife have been with Dr. Tanner for over 30 years. He and his entire staff are very friendly.efficient, and up to date on all dental procedures. What I like most is the way they incourage preventitive dental care and always suggest ways to help you care for your teeth to avoid cavities and other problems. Billing service has always been handeled quickly and efficiently. It is also nice that they call you a day or so in advance to remind you of an appointment. The hygienists are all friendly and know thier job so seldom any pain after cleaning. Options are always presented so you can have maximum input to any procedure that needs to be done.
