Dr. Bassir is the man. (…)he was the only guy I could find that was open Saturdays. Had an emergency extraction done and it was easy peasy. I don’t have insurance and he was willing to hook it up with a significant cash discount. Went in today for a filling on one of my front teeth, and when I asked if he could possibly file the chip in my other tooth down so it wasn’t so sharp he went above and beyond and straight filled it with the same filling material he used for my other tooth. I’ve never been to a dentist so easy going and understanding. I highly recommend Dr. Bronson Bassir!

Have been going here over four years and drive 40 minutes out of the way to come to Dr. B. Everyone is super nice and Sandy is always so great. (…)My brother is 18 and just moved to California and is in the process of obtaining dental insurance. On Saturday morning of the holiday weekend he woke up to incredible pain and a swollen face. We found Dr Bassir online and contacted him about our situation. He graciously agreed to come in to remove my brother’s wisdom tooth despite the fact that it was both his day off and a holiday weekend. During the visit Dr Bassir was extremely professional, personable, knowledgeable and patient. He took the time to explain the problem to us and what he was going to do to fix it. He also thoroughly explained the medication that my brother would need to take and how to avoid complications like dry sockets during the week following the procedure. Dr Bassir was able to remove the tooth very quickly and painlessly. On top of all this he was extremely generous and worked with us on the price of the procedure since my brother did not have dental insurance. At the end of our visit when we thanked him for his generosity, for both coming into the office on a holiday weekend and working with us on the price, he stated that he didn’t consider it a favor but rather his responsibility as a dentist. His humble and honest response blew us away. Not only is Dr Bassir an extremely knowledgeable and skilled dentist but he clearly has a lot of compassion for his patients as well. All in all, Dr Bassir was incredible and we would recommend him and Seascape to absolutely everyone.

Excellent, professional Dentist. Very knowledgeable and explains all the details of the procedure and lets you decide on course if there are options. Transparent with procedures and prices. Very reasonable prices, completely in line with services acquired. Excellent work. I had two crowns placed (which I already knew I needed prior to coming here). I’m in the medical field as well and am very familiar with imaging, so I could read my X-rays. Dr Bassir was spot on with everything. Very nice, honest Dentist.

Dr. Bassir and the entire staff were amazing. I was very nervous to get my first root canal done, actually I was frightened. Dr. Bassir was very patient and explain with detail in regards to procedure and the recovery. Root canal was done perfectly, and I had an easy recovery. Dr. Bassir is easily the best dentist I have ever been to. He’s incredibly calm, thorough, and professional.
I’ve had dental work done in the past that has been agonizing but his work is pain free. He’s set the bar much higher and will never go to anyone else if I can help it.

I actually laughed while getting a root canal. Never thought that would happen. Dr. Bassir is very relatable and talks you through each step of the process. He is fully willing to go into specifics of each step that he is taking or keep you distracted if you don’t want to think about it. He also takes the time to answer all questions and is meticulous in his work and his patient’s comfort. The techs Juan and Ivan are awesome! I was in for a root canal on my front tooth so I was understandably stressed about the results and Ivan took special care to ease my nerves. Sandy, dental assistant, is amazing as well. She is very knowledgeable in her craft and a perfectionist in her work. They are very reasonably priced and accommodating for busy schedules.

Dr. Bassir is a great dentist! He is accessible, pleasant, knowledgeable, patient and reasonable. He explains everything he is doing and makes himself available if you need him outside of his usual schedule in San Clemente. In today’s world of corporate dentistry he is a refreshing find. I have (and will continue) to recommend him to everyone I know. The office staff is also top-notch. I have an all-around excellent encounter every time I visit or call his office. Do yourself a favor and try him out — you will never go to a different dentist again.

(…)First of all, Stephanie is very kind, attentive, and genuine with a sense of humor. Then Dr. Bassir was also funny, humble, honest, and explained instead of persuaded. I could tell based on what he was telling me and what he noticed about my mouth that he was intelligent and knowledgeable. My teeth feel very clean, the work was done expertly, and the bill was a fair price. I did not have to wait long, was not treated rudely by anyone, and look forward to seeing them again in six months. I am so thankful to have found this office. I hate searching for dentists. Hate it. A WORD FROM YOUR DOCTOR
Dr. Bassir received undergraduate degrees in Biology and Psychology from UC Riverside in 1999, and his dental degree from New York University in 2003. He also participated in a 2-year post-doctoral residency at St.Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Center in NYC, under the auspices of the Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery. He returned to Orange County in 2006 and has been serving its residents ever since. Dr. Bassir acquired this long-established San Clemente dental office in 2014 and is grateful for the opportunity to serve the existing patients of the office, in addition to the new patients and referrals that are sent to him through positive word-of-mouth. Our office offers full-service general, family, cosmetic and implant dentistry. Dr. Bassir is trained to perform most specialty and surgical procedures, and rarely has to refer any of his patients to a specialist.
