I’ve been really happy with this dentist. Everyone at the office is super friendly and helpful. Both the hygienist (Dan) and dentist (Dr. Guerrero) I’ve seen are great and super kind and supportive. I’ve never felt like they’re shaming me for my home care routine (even when it falls off a bit). They’re also never pushy about selling me other things like alignment or guards. I really appreciate that they’ll make a recommendation and discuss the pros and cons but it’s low pressure to make a decision on what’s right for me.

I love this practice. Dr. Guerrero and her assistant are both friendly, professional, and thorough. I was experiencing some pain in a back molar and the receptionist scheduled me in as soon as possible and then called a little later to get me seen even sooner. I cannot say enough about the care I receive at every visit but this visit in particular was next level. I was referred to an endodontist, but the ladies at the front desk kindly offered to make the call on my behalf. I was able to get in the same day to a practice that they clearly have a good relationship with and an emergency root canal ensued! Not something I would normally be happy about, but it needed to be done! I would and do recommend Seattle Dental Co.

Dr. Guerrero and her team are the best, EVER. I used to work in oral surgery so you can say that I am very picky about my dentist!! Not only does Seattle Dental Co. always take the best care of your teeth, they also always make you feel at home. I know the dental office can be nerve-racking for some, and I promise you, you will never be nervous to see the dentist again after coming here. They have amazing staff all around, the office is super clean with all the latest technology, but most importantly, with the best dentists you could find. Definitely strange having your first appointment at a new dentist during a global pandemic! Their communication for arrival procedures were clear, well thought out, and set expectations COVID-19 accommodations really well. I hate getting xrays done and the dental technician was really understanding and worked with me to make it as comfortable as possible. Dr Guerrero gave me a really detailed rundown of what she was doing and why, talked through the work I need done and what the priorities were, and it was the most educational dental appointment I’ve ever been to! This practice came highly recommended by a friend of mine and I understand why. Can’t speak highly enough of this business.

Great experience! I took my 5 year old for a few fillings today and Dr. Guerrero was fantastic! Her staff is friendly and welcoming from the minute you walk in the door. I have a horrible gag reflex which prevented me from going to the dentist. Every single person that helped me here was SO kind, knowledgeable, and most importantly, patient. Wow! I was impressed with the efficiency, the flow of how the office checked me in, I was the only person waiting for a couple of minutes before my hygienist, Samantha, came to get me. REPOSTING BECAUSE IT’S STILL TRUE: This is the KINDEST dental company I have ever encountered! I have severe anxiety around the whole dentist thing…everyone here is SO GREAT. They LISTEN, ASK HOW I’M DOING at every turn, apply more anesthetic/give me a break anytime I need it. It helps for me to wear the heavy x-ray apron, to have a blanket and dark glasses (and all of these are waiting for me!); plus they even gave me a little softy tooth toy to squeeze. (I’ll take whatever I can! And the nitrous, even though it’s not covered by my insurance, is a game-changer. I recommend it! A playlist on your headphones may be a help as well.) Honestly, if I can even get through a cleaning without tears, it’s an accomplishment – but any tears are met here sympathetically and with compassion. They respect that my psychological/physical reactions are connected, and are valid, real, and powerful – and do everything they can to make my experience as comfortable as possible. If you “hate the dentist,” COME TO THIS PLACE.

Seriously awesome people here! They were, by far, the most informative dentist I’ve ever had. They explain everything they possibly can to you and really take their time to care for you and your teeth. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out, they were fantastic. I was a bit sad to find that I had a small cavity starting that they wanted to fill, along with a filling that needs to be refilled, as I brush and floss religiously. But they were awesome about explaining that some teeth are more prone to cavities and that things happen, so they don’t let you beat yourself up too much. I think my cleaning could have been a little more gentle (I’m a grinder so I have very sensitive teeth), but the guy was so fun to talk with that I didn’t mind!

After attending Seattle University for my undergraduate studies and a few years of collegiate softball, I earned my Doctorate of Dental Surgery from the University of Washington School of Dentistry (Go Dawgs!). Later, I completed a one-year residency in Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) at the Lutheran Medical Center and have practiced in private practice ever since, often volunteering at the local NeighborCare Health clinics. Outside of dentistry, I love spending time with my husband, our two Boxer pups and the rest of my Seattle family who live close by. We’re always looking for an outdoor adventure and you can catch us on the weekends trying to find the next best backpacking trail or enjoying the mountains whether in sun or snow!
