Dr. Barrera and his staff are awesome. It had been a little too long since my last dentist visit and they made me feel super comfortable and explained everything clearly. After doing some major work (2 fillings and a bridge), Dr. Barrera even called me later that evening to check in with me to see how I was feeling. Talk about old school personal customer service. They have all of the state of the art equipment and tools to make the experience as easy as possible. Also, the location is super easy to get in and out since it’s right in the Sendero shopping center. So glad to have our neighborhood dentist be such a great experience.

From the moment you stepped in the staff makes you feel welcome. Patty at the front always remembers your name, The “waiting room” feels more like your family room (but cleaner), and I can’t ever remember waiting for more than 5 minutes. I had a long road to getting my teeth straightened out (no pun intended) and every visit the experience is consistent. Hygienists smiling happy to see you and ask about you (sometimes when they’re working on you and you just go “ahhh-hah”). Dr B comes in and takes time to explain everything to so there aren’t any surprises (he’s also just a super likeable guy so it’s almost difficult to be nervous about anything) The staff is all top notch- awesome group of people that totally understand how to make a trip to the dentist a painless easy process. We recently moved out of state after living in RSM for 20 years….We now have the challenge of trying to find a dentist who can compare to the assurance and confidence we had with Dr. Barrera for the past decade. Dr. Barrera always displayed such a kind and patient demeanor with all members of my family. We have had both artistic dentistry work and mandatory extensive dental repair done with outstanding skill by Dr. Barrera. To top if off, his staff is friendly, and efficient. The entire office atmosphere is upscale, clean, and relaxing. It is going to be a tough act to follow! Isn’t going to the dentist supposed to be something you do NOT want to do? Guess Dr. Barrera and staff are out to dispel that myth; our whole family loves visiting the office, getting cleaned up and being sent off with our “goodie bags!” Our three kids have perfect check-ups and no cavities, due largely to the excellent care they’ve received over the past 5 years. For us adults, Arbours has been fantastic at handling everything from chipped teeth to bleaching techniques to mouth guards. The office is beautifully decorated and feels a lot like home. The staff is stellar. Can’t rave enough!

Going to the office is always a pleasure! The office is beautiful, and there’s always a beverage in the frig waiting for me. Patti always remembers me by name. Kristin makes the time fly when I get my teeth cleaned. She always interests me with lots of fun stories. Even though I could watch TV or keep myself mesmerized with the fish tank, I don’t need or want to. Kristin is just that cute! I’m 62 years old, and I’m happy to say that I’ve been blessed with healthy teeth. Even though I’ve been going to Arbours Aesthetic Dentistry for several years, I’ve never given Dr. Barrara any reason to schedule any major procedure. I’m happy to say that he’s never tried to sell me any services that I don’t need either. I appreciate that!

The project required an elaborate roadmap with meticulous attention to details to accomplish the long lasting & healthy outcome that l needed.
