My family will never go to another Dentist, EVER. One of the nicest guys I have ever had the pleasure to speak to. He truly cares about helping other people. My husband needed an emergency procedure and no one would see him. The pain was unbearable and the hospitals couldn’t do anything more. There was no way we could wait over night. After 20+ phone calls, DR Mansouri came in late at night to take care of him. Absolutely no question he was going to help. Literally in tears as I write this… we could never repay him. Good people like this are so few and far between. They will always have us as loyal patients, always.

I recommend Serene Dental to everyone! Not only do they have a state of the art facility, but all of their staff and technicians are friendly and helpful as well. However, the biggest plus for me is the patience and understanding they have had with my 5 year old autistic son. They allowed me to bring him in during my visits first and would have him sit in the chair and go up and down, play with the water and air, and just generally get him comfortable with the dentist. When it was finally time to make him an appointment, he brought in his puppy doll and they checked its teeth first, then when they started cleaning his teeth, they stopped after every few so he could have a break and everyone clapped for him in encouragement. All of this while I was in the other room having my check-up. Now the dentist is not a place he fears, but someplace he is … dare I say, excited to go!

Serene Dental Center is amazing!
I have been a patient for roughly 3 years and have zero complaints! The front office staff is friendly and every single dental assistant in this office is experienced and does everything to make you feel comfortable. Dr.Ali is a fantastic dentist in regards to his work, personality, and ability to makes his patients get over their dental office anxiety. Haha!
The office also provide text reminders for appointments, which is quite handy!

I first found this dental office thru Yelp because I was fed up with my former dental office not making me feel valued, so I decided to search for a new dental office. After reading the good reviews I decided to give them a try. I first contacted them thru their email and received an immediate response 20 minutes later by Dr. Ali himself. He let me know his staff would contact me Monday and yes, they followed thru. I was called and spoke to Ashley over the phone and any questions or concerns I had, she helped me. I walked into the office and was greeted with smiles and I felt very welcomed. About 5 mins of filling out some electronic forms I was called in and was helped by one of their staff, she definitely made me feel welcomed. She walked me thru what was going to be done to me, took some x rays and then turned on the massage chair, wowsers!! Talk about patients come first and making me feel safe in an environment where I fear. Then, waited about 5 minutes or so and Dr. Ali came in and checked out my tooth and then showed me the X-rays and explained everything in detail. He answered all my questions and made sure I was not in pain. I do have a fear of dentists and he assured me that I am in good hands and I would be able to take as many breaks I needed. I definitely recommend this office for any people that may have a dental phobia like myself. Goodbye to my old dental office, hello Serene Dental.

Here’s a dentist that make’s going to the dentist a pleasant experience. The office has soothing aesthetics, they stock the waiting area with water bottles, the staff are very friendly, the chairs have built in massagers and a TV, etc. Most importantly, the dentists are skilled and know how to effectively communicate what they see back to you (and if you are like me then you find it fascinating). As an added perk, the front desk is very flexible and willing to work with you (which can make or break a dentist/doctor visit, as anyone who pays the bill can tell you). I strongly recommend Serene Dental, particularly if you work nearby (they are good at squeezing in lunch visits).

I just had my first appointment with Dr Mansouri last week. I was so nervous going into the doctors office for the first time. Dentist offices absolutely terrify me. After meeting with Dr Ali, my thoughts have completely changed. Both the staff and Dr Ali are amazing, they go above and beyond to make sure that you are well taken care of. They take their time and explain all options and answer any and all questions that you may have. The office is extremely clean and technology is most up to date. I have been coming to Dr. Ali Mansouri for the last several years. I have ALWAYS been greeted with polite smiles and warm welcomes. The Entire Serene Dental staff are as professional as it gets. The level of care given is impeccable, from the waiting room, to the massage treatment chairs to the state of the art “ Instant x-rays. Serene dental has the ability to almost immediately look at the x-rays on a screen and adjust the treatment needed. This is truly a Top Notch Dental Establishment. Serene Dental is the reason I started going to the dentist and taking care of my teeth again after 11 years. My early experience with dentists was less than ideal, but after becoming an adult and realizing the necessity of keeping up with my personal dental care, I searched the web for a dental office in my area. My husband and I have both had deep cleans and I’ve had fillings done here. We love this dentist office. The atmosphere is safe and comfortable, the equipment seems top of the line, and the staff are helpful, reassuring and gentle. The chairs are comfortable and are massaging chairs. There are TVs to watch while your procedure is being done, which is a nice distraction. They are also on time for appointments. The most I’ve waited is maybe 5 minutes. I would definitely recommend this dentist office to friends and family.

I visited Serene for the first time yesterday and was very satisfied with my visit! It had been a while since I visited a dentist and they made my visit easy, quick (as possible), friendly and most importantly informative! Brittany was my hygienist, and she was friendly and informative. Asking me many questions and answering all of mine. She was very professional and made my deep cleaning as smooth as possible. Great bedside manner is a plus for hygienists…and she has it! Martha and Jeri explained my insurance options to me while also being very friendly and professional, which is hard to find both of in dentist offices. I had many questions and neither one of them made me feel rushed or like I was stupid. It made a sometimes daunting experience very welcoming and easy to handle. Dr. Ali was really down to earth and up front with me about what I was looking at in my future dental plans with Serene Dental. He spoke to me like a person, and not a number/patient. He gave it to me straight while still helping me understand my health and answering all my questions like a true professional. He’s a real person and a nice guy! Serene Dental Center is absolutely a fantastic practice. The care provided here by Dr. Ali Mansouri and his office is excellent. I have had teeth fillings, cleanings, and Invisalign done by him, and all of the procedures had gone very smoothly. In the past I was wary about going to any dentist because of the discomfort that often came with procedures, but with Dr. Ali all if any discomfort were very minimal. I am very impressed with the level of professionalism at the office. Everyone is friendly and they go above and beyond to see that you are satisfied. Jeri and Martha at the front desks are helpful with appointments and billing. The office is quite tech savvy. Reminders are sent via email and texts. The assistants and hygienists are always bubbly and fun to talk to. All in all, I highly recommend this practice. I always leave my appointment fully satisfied with my care.

I needed to have some extensive dental work which involves having two extractions. I must admit I am very afraid of the dentist due to previous bad experiences from other dentists. Dr Ali Mansouri and his staff could not have made me feel more comfortable and reassured. Despite canceling several times, they warmly me welcomed me back. Today I finally had Dr Ali perform the extraction. I must happily report, it was FAR less invasive than I imagined! I was completely at ease the entire time particularly since Dr Ali continuously asked if I was OK not to mention kept me informed of every little step he was taking. Everything went very quickly and as planned. If you need to have any dental work, I highly recommend Dr Ali Mansouri!

I started going to Dr. Ali about 3 years ago after not seeing a dentist since 2006. I was very nervous as most of us are about dentist. I knew I was going to be told that I had to have a wisdom tooth out. But as soon as I walked into the office I was relieved because from the get go the office is very welcoming and comfortable. The front office staff is very friendly and greeted me with my name even though it was my first time there. Once I was see by the nurse which was very sweet and explained everything that was going to be done and placed on me. When I finally got to meet Dr. Ali the rest of the staff had already made me feel so exceptionally comfortable and Dr. Ali only made it easier to continue to feel that way, he was very friendly, funny and cared to know what I was feeling. He made my experience with my wisdom tooth being pulled very easy and pleasant aside from the normal recovery stage of course which he has no control over. Every time I have been in the office I leave very happy and satisfied. Now I have an appointment tomorrow which I’m looking forward to because I have not been in the office in a while because I was pregnant. But I definitely recommend Dr. Ali’s dentist office. I promise you will not be disappointed!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this place. I was referred here by a friend and I’ll pay it forward by telling everyone I know to check this office out. The staff is amazing, everyone is so warm and welcoming. The office itself is beautiful as well. But what I love the most is how much everyone seems to care about the patients. Money is tight for me and they offered to cover an x-ray for me that my insurance didn’t to help me get my procedure scheduled faster. I was very very touched by that, I thought it would be at least a couple months before I could have the x-ray done. Just had my first visit at this beautiful dental office. Not only did they have a very modern and clean office, but the staff there were amazing. The ladies in the front, Teresa and Lilia, were very welcoming and kind. Shortly after being checked in I was brought to the back, which I am not used to as I would often have to wait between 10-15 minutes after checking in at other dental offices that I have visited in the past. My attending dental assistant, Myra, was very friendly and was able to get my imaging completed efficiently and seamlessly. After my imaging and dental examination, Dr. Mansouri proceeded to explain to me what was going on with my oral health. As a health care professional, I could appreciate both the depth of his knowledge and how concise he was. Unlike some of the other dental offices that I have gone to, he did not try to up-sell me on extra procedures. Instead, he took the time to educate me in regards to how I could avoid any potential issues in the future and made notes of areas to monitor in future visits. After the examination, I then had my session with my dental hygienist, Amy, who was by far the best hygienist that I have had. She was able to help remove the numerous coffee/tea stains on my teeth and remove the plaque that had built up over time with finesse. While working with her, I could feel that she actually cared and wanted to help me improve my oral hygiene. At the end, I decided to get a night-guard for my teeth grinding. Sofia, a dental assistant, was able to help me get my molds made quickly and comfortably. She took the time to check in with me periodically to make sure that I was doing alright throughout the process.

I have never been treated so well in my life. Jeri at the front desk greeted me as i walked in. I have never seen better customer service in any doctor office. She was so helpful and kind. Fabi, the doctors assistant, actually stayed late so that I could get my tooth handled. She was one of the kindest ladies that I have ever met. I was anxious and Fabi kept making me laugh and helped calmed me down. Dr. Ali was just amazing. I needed to get a tooth extraction for the first time.
