In 2017 I started a new career and felt the need to correct my smile! After being referred to Serrano Ortho by 3 individuals that I trust dearly I chose to make the leap. I can honestly say the entire process has been such an ease. Their technicians, front desk, and both Serrano’s are fantastic! I recommend them to everyone that compliments on my smile or that just mentions teeth at all!

I had a complicated case which involved four difficult wisdom teeth being removed prior to double jaw surgery. The surgery took so long my TMJ disc was displaced and I needed an arthrocentesis to push it back in. Eight months later I had a multi-segmental Le Fort 1 and BSSRO which took ten hours. Three months later I had an arthroscopy (scar tissue was removed) because my mouth opening was very limited again. Though my case is more on the unusual side, I would recommend Dr.Serrano for his orthodontistry. If you have any TMJ or jaw issues, Dr. Serrano has expertise in jaw and orofacial issues. I went to Mayo MN for my jaw surgeries and my surgeon there was very happy with his work. The office people (I go to the Chandler branch) are very friendly and like a second family. My goal was to correct a very severe open bite–as a result I only chewed on two teeth–but the result was a more balanced face and a larger airway. Despite the difficult surgical and recovery experiences, Dr. Serrano and his staff made it more bearable for the past two years or so.

Highly recommend! They definitely put their patients first and are super friendly. They’re office space and lobby is always really neat and clean and cookies and water are always out for patients to enjoy. I also appreciate their social media posts with staff and patients.

Dr. Serrano should be your only choice for orthodontic care. My son was born with a bi-lateral cleft lip and palate. We were referred to Dr. Serrano from his surgeon when he was just a toddler. As my son grew, he worked with my son’s medical team to create the perfect bite and a fantastic smile! I believe that Dr. Serrano is the valley’s MOST cutting edge, up to date with technology, and talented Orthodontists. Due to his expertise, my son was able to avoid a jaw surgery. It was corrected through orthodontics. In addition, his office is a step above all others. They have an amazing and efficient system. Your time is valuable and they respect every part of that. They create an environment that’s friendly to people of all ages. As a matter of fact, after my son completed his treatment, I went back as an adult to get braces voluntarily. I received the same awesome time, patience, and care from Dr. Serrano and his team. Now we both have fantastic smiles!

This is the second time I come to Dr Serrano for Ortho work, he first treated my daughter and did an amazing job. That’s why I decided to get treated by him. If you are looking for absolute amazing results, he would definitely be your choice. And also he has the best staff! Everyone is so kind and helpful! I have never been more impressed with a business than I have been with Serrano & Kyger Family Orthodontics. In fact, this is the first review I’ve ever taken the time to write – ever. I was turned away from other Orthodontists for being a difficult case. I thought my only option was to get veneers or jaw surgery. Thankfully, the top Cosmetic Dentist in Arizona turned me away, recommending that I see Dr. Serrano, informing me that Dr. Serrano is at the top of his field. I was pleasantly surprised (and so thankful) that Dr. Serrano actually was so knowledgeable and he was able to creatively design a plan for straightening my teeth. I was initially skeptical having heard negative options from previous orthodontists, but his understanding and professionalism quickly built confidence in me and he has completely changed my life. The entire process so smooth, simple and quick. He did a fantastic job and I would go out of my way to recommend him to anyone in need of braces. You really feel like you’re in great hands – and you are! The office environment, the staff, and the technology are truly outstanding! 100% worth it – best investment I have ever made.

Years ago I visited Dr. Paul Serrano for Invisalign, I felt like family then. I recently returned to have upper Invisalign plus retainer. Now he son Dr. Andrew Serrano works by his side. The family etiquette is still there from the front desk to the back. Even the patients are friendly. That is the kind environment everyone should experience when they walk into any medical facility or any place of service for that matter. Awesome people, who are fantastic at what they do. I got braces here. It has been over 3 years now that they came off and I rarely wear the retainer, just when I remember. I almost went 18 months without even touching them!! And my teeth haven’t shifted at all. My brother had braces as a teen from another ortho and much cheaper but just 1 year without strictly wearing his retainer as an adult, his teeth have completely shifted back. You get what you pay for. S&K is definitely quality work! The offices are nice, clean. They provide cookies and video games for kids which I thought was interesting. I was never waiting long enough to go over and check out the game section (even though I am not a kid). But I never left without a cookie… or 3.

Dr. Serrano has been my orthodontist for over 20 years and he is beyond amazing at what he does. I’m in a business where I am talking and interacting with people daily. It never fails to get a compliment on my “beautiful smile” and that is all in thanks to Dr. Serrano. I had to get a new retainer recently and his office staff was sop friendly and Dr.Serrano’s customer service was superb.
