New patient. First time going to Dr. Sexton and very pleased with him and his whole staff. I broke a tooth and they were able to squeeze me in same-day. I have had more than my share of bad dental experiences, and I was pleasantly surprised. This practice is clean, professional, and most importantly honest, (see my other reviews). Office staff took the time to actually research my dental ins. benefits and billed me appropriately. Dr. Sexton was friendly, (without being condescending), down-to-earth, and explained my treatment options honestly. He was also the most gentle dentist I’ve ever been to. I no longer feel apprehensive about going to the dentist. I highly recommend him.

Everyone was amazing at my recent visit to Sexton dental. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and the front desk knew who I was which was amazing since I was a new patient. The doctor was extremely nice and personable and took the time to get to know me and explain everything we were looking at in the x-rays. The hygienist was also very pleasant and took her time to make sure I got a wonderful cleaning. It was a great experience from start to finish. After a year of looking for a new dentist I have finally found a great dentist with Dr. John Sexton.

Hands down the best dentist I have EVER been to! As a child I was terrified of the dentist. Kicking and screaming to go. Always needed dental work and the “ouchie shot” was the worst. So when I chose to have my dental care done by Delaware Dental, Dr Sexton was beyond caring and comforting. He never talked down to me. The “ouchie shot” no longer is ouchie as Dr Sexton takes his time and you don’t even feel it! I took my daughter to see him for her first dental appointment. He and his staff were tremendous with her! They explained what each tool was for in terms a small child would understand and let her touch each one so she knew it wouldn’t hurt. I’m so glad we made the switch to the best dentist in Delaware! Thank you Dr Sexton and the staff at Delaware Dental for the amazing and caring work you do!

I’ve been a patient at Delaware Dental for years and would never consider trusting my health to anyone else.  Dr. Sexton and his staff always greet me with a friendly smile, take time to explain options and care, and have never pressured me into treatments before I was ready.  A year or so ago, I had an accident where I fell and broke my front teeth.  Dr. Sexton met me early the next morning on a Sunday, to repair the damage.  I’m so thankful for a dentist who truly cares for his patients.

I have been a patient of Dr. Sexton and his team for two years since I moved to the area. He and his staff are awesome! It is very easy to make appointments and the wait is very short when you arrive. They make you very comfortable during your visit and take the time to answer all your questions. I highly recommend the Sexton Dental team!

I started coming to Delaware Dental over 10 years ago when I was a student at Ohio Wesleyan University. I had a wonderful experience and still come back for regular cleanings, even though I now drive 45 minutes each way. The staff is great, super friendly, prompt and they care about me as a person. I would recommend Dr. Sexton and Delaware Dental to anyone! Thank you for the amazing service all these years.

AMAZING IN ALL WAYS. Fair, honest and friendly dentists are tough to find, but ones that are all of those things AND do fantastic work are rare in my experience. We have been patients for 10+ years and will remain loyal to Sexton Dental for life. Don’t let the fancy office and state-of-the-art equipment fool you – the prices are COMPETITIVE, if not lower than you’d expect. I can never imagine going elsewhere. I enjoyed my cleaning at Delaware Dental. This office has a welcoming waiting area that I wasn’t in long because they took me back the staff was friendly and did a good job explaining what I needed and Dr. Sexton was thorough and made me feel like a friend instead of a patient. Great office!

I’ve been going to Dr. Sexton’s office since he’s been in Delaware. He and his office do a great job in helping keep my teeth and gums healthy. Plenty of parking space and a relaxing office with plenty of fresh coffee available! Thanks Dr. Sexton!

My wife and I recently moved here and needed to establish a relationship with a new dentist. We shopped around and found Delaware Dental which was nicely located next to Kroger. We went inside to get a take on cleanliness which passed with flying colors. We chatted with the receptionist. Kayla is a great asset to the office. We took a chance and set appointments. The experience was the best cleanings we have ever had. Dr. Sexton and his staff did not try to sell me more than I needed. I am highly impressed with the entire staff and their knowledge of Dental practices.

I visited Dr. Sexton for an implant crown on my front tooth. I’m so happy with the care I’ve received and the time he takes to explain what’s going on throughout all the steps of the implant process. The office staff is very helpful and accommodating when rescheduling appointments and going over billing. I highly recommend Dr. Sexton and Delaware Delaware!
