I went to Dr. Miller to get some dental work done. I needed to get some fillings and crowns done. Dr. Miller was very polite, professional and friendly. Dr.Miller’s office was great! From the moment I walked in the I was greeted and given my paper work. Once my paper work was done, Dr. Miller came out immediately. My x ray technician was nice and friendly. My appointment went smoothly and I felt very comfortable. I appreciated that Dr. Miller took the time to explain everything to me. It’s hard to find a doctor that actually cares that you understand rather than overcharging for everything. I highly recommend!

Dr. Miller was so great! She was patient, helpful and knowledgeable! I went in for a small chip on the edge of my bottom tooth and she fixed it! The tooth looks perfect. Dr. Miller and her assistant are amazing. I was honestly terrified to go to the dentist – I would rather have open heart surgery than have my teeth cleaned. I literally vomited before leaving my house for the appointment because of fear. I have severe dental phobia after a few traumatic experiences where I was treated horrifically by a dentist. I had not been to the dentist in 5 years but I’ve recently had awful wisdom tooth pain. When I booked my appointment on zocdoc I left a message letting the office know of my phobia. They accomodated me so well. They were incredibly patient with me, took time to stop and tell me to take deep breathes, and constantly asked if I was okay. Both Dr. Miller and her assistant never made me feel guilty or bad which I was also afraid of. They did such a great job framing everything positively and making me feel good. It was truly a positive experience. I’m still stunned by my amazing experience today and can’t recommend Dr. Miller more.

Dr. Miller and her dental tech Ellen were great. I was seen immediately after walking in and they both were really warm, caring, and thoughtful about my comfort (which is really helpful when at the dentist). I was just in for a general exam and cleaning but Dr. Miller was incredibly thorough and not at all pushy about products and services which I’ve experienced with so many other dentists. I needed more dental work than I expected, so I was a little nervous. But I’m very pleased with Dr. Miller’s work and I’ll return for sure for my follow-up. She also showed me how to brush and floss better, so hopefully I won’t need as much done in the future. Like I said, though, I’ll still come to see her for follow-ups. She’s super nice, really patient, and smart. And I love her little giveaways – her office has watermelon-mint chapstick that they give out so that your entire mouth AND lips feel good when you leave! Dr. Miller is a fantastic dentist and extremely personable. She did a great job with my veneer and I actually like the way it looks now better than my real tooth! I’ve always been nervous about going to the dentist, but Dr. Miller made me feel comfortable and calmed my nerves. My tooth had broken and I was scared of getting a root canal but everything went well. My tooth is saved after the root canal and now I am not nervous about the next step which is a crown for the tooth. I highly recommend Dr. Miller.

This was a completely enjoyable dentistry experience. Enough information, but not too much, a gentle touch on the teeth, and an active inquiry as to whether I was experiencing any discomfort, which was, of course, welcome; because it’s nice to get clean teeth & nicer not to have to suffer for them. Dr. Miller has redefined my dental expectations/experience. First the basics: No wait time; respectful, kind and attentive staff; calm and peaceful waiting room; appointment reminder phone calls, sometimes even from Dr. Miller; appropriate wait times between visits and just a pleasant experience overall. Yep, dentist visit and pleasant is not an oxymoron. Now for the real deal. I left my previous dentist because he redid almost everything at least twice. I would go in with slight discomfort and be in pain for weeks, temps would fall out an hour after my visit and I’d have to wait a month between hurried 15min visits bc he was always busy. Excuses offered for the shoddy work were ridiculous. I finally went to ZocDoc to find a better dentist and found Dr. Miller. Dr. Miller is amazing. She explains everything to you, shows you Xrays and pics using this nifty camera tool, and then sets to work. She has the appropriate balance of small talk and quiet, and as she works you can tell she is a perfectionist and that it is going to be alright. I went in with reservations about her being able to fix this pain/food getting stuck between two teeth the previous dentist had failed to fix twice and Dr. Miller fixed it!!! I’m so happy and relieved. I trust her to do other work on my mouth like a crown I need and replacing silver fillings with tooth colored fillings now that I know she isn’t going to make my mouth worse like previous dentists. I highly recommend her!!! Also, I think she really knows how to numb the area and wait the right amount of time because this is the first time I don’t ever feel pain while being worked on and I’ve seen Dr. Miller three times, I think. Oh and my mouth doesn’t stay numb for like 5 hours afterwards either, which is always a good thing.

I brought my infant daughter to Dr. Miller for my daughter’s first routine dental check-up (our pediatrician told us that kids should start having routine appointments at age 1). We had a great time (yes, a great time at the dentist, which is why I am writing this review). Dr. Miller saw us right away, and she and her staff were so pleasant and patient. My daughter was a little cautious at first in a new place, but they waited for her to explore on her own, made friends with her, and examined her in parts between conversations/playing, so she didn’t feel attacked or rushed. Dr. Miller and her assistant wore gloves and were very gentle with her. The whole office was spotless. Our visit was part dental exam and part counseling for me about dental hygiene and starting good habits for my daughter. My daughter loved the office and was sad when we had to leave. I also was pleased to have received excellent advice. Everyone was so nice. I’m going to make an appointment now with Dr. Miller for myself and for my husband. 🙂 Dr. Miller is helping us raise a kid who *likes* going to the dentist! I never would have thought that was possible. 🙂 I recommend Dr. Miller highly, and hope this review is helpful for those of you looking for a great dentist/office for your own kids.

Dr. Miller received her bachelor's degree in Environmental Science and Public Policy from Harvard University. She then graduated from the New York University College of Dentistry. Following NYU, Dr. Miller completed a residency in General Dentistry at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Miller will provide a personal and thorough approach to your dental care. She is concerned with improving your smile, and maintaining your dental health and overall well being. Dr. Miller has experience treating both adults and children. She is certified in Invisalign and Zoom Whitening. A former athlete herself, Dr. Miller is involved in sports dentistry. She fabricates mouthguards for athletes which serve to prevent injury and optimize performance. Dr. Miller tries to accommodate the busy schedules of many Manhattanites, by offering after-work as well as weekend hours.
