I just moved to Huntsville and I needed to see a Dentist for a gum issue I had questions about as well as get established with a great dentist here for regular cleanings. I messaged them and they got right back to me. They were able to get me an appointment the following day. They were so great and were able to handle all my insurance information before showing up to the appointment. When I arrived they followed all covid precautions and I felt very safe. They were extremely friendly and welcoming. The staff was so nice and worked quickly. They answered my questions, and did a great cleaning. The office is extremely clean and very comfortable. I left feeling super great and so happy with my experience. I even went home and told my husband to schedule an appointment for himself and that I want to use them for any dentist needs we have.

I met Dr Shedd during the course of my duties at work and I was immediately impressed with his personality. When I found out he was a dentist, I made an appointment for myself as well as my daughter. His office was clean and very nice. The staff was great! Everyone was friendly, competent and easy to work with. This was easily the best dental appointment of my life. I will be back. Love Cindy and Dr. Shedd. Always a good experience. Plus I really like the TVs at each station. Cindy does a wonderful job with both cleaning and x-rays. She is very caring and it never hurts or feels uncomfortable. Cindy got me using the little floss brushes. I want to take good care of my teeth and Cindy keeps them plaque free and shiny.

I saw their ad online and called Monday morning. They got me in the sane day. I was in a lot of pain with an abscessed tooth. They were all so nice. My anxiety was sky high but they went out of their way to keep me calm. I had an extraction and Dr. Patterson took great care in removing my tooth. I am pain free and I’m thankful. I would highly recommend them.

We have been going to Dr. Shedd for about 3 years now. We were referred to this office after our other dentist closed his office. We are so pleased that we got this referral. Dr. Shedd and his staff are always professional, friendly, and cordial which makes our office visits a relaxing experience. The office is well run and waiting times are usually very short. Dr. Shedd is very thorough and attentive to our care with emphasis on a proactive approach to our dental health. I am happy to say that we are in good hands with Dr. Shedd and his staff. I found Shedd Family & Cosmetic Dentistry through a new patient promo when we first moved to the area. I was so thankful that I lucked out! they are phenomenal. from front end service, feel of the office to the high end and friendly service of the hygienists and doctor, I felt so at home and known. even after 5 months, they remembered details about previous conversations and truly showed depth of care for my mouth! thankful to have a dentist home here in Huntsville.

I relocated here 2 years ago and was referred here for a new office. This team is phenomenal! Dr. Shedd and his staff are truly a pleasure to see and I look forward to my visits which normally isn’t the case when visiting the dentist! The office is comfortable and everyone is super friendly.
