Let me start by saying I have a fear of the dentist. But I like the fact I got there at 10:55, checked in, and was seated by 11:15 in the chair and that was my appointment time. This was a Saturday so it is perfect for a full time, single working mom. My other dentist was too pricey and they are perfect with their prices. The hygienist was a little rough but smooth out later. The doctor was very nice, general and informative. I like how they lay out your visits and even check on you after. The staff was smiling the whole time, nice and even bring you water to make you comfortable. The office was very clean and put together. All in all I’m going back again and again.

I only have positive things to say about this dental practice. Sydney fit me in for a last minute emergency appointment after I pulled out a filling. I couldn’t eat, sleep or study without thinking about the pain in my mouth. After calling, this office got me in that day for an emergency appointment. Everyone was extremely kind, including the secretary/dental hygienist and dentist herself. They fixed the pain and it’s amazing to now not have to worry about which side to chew my food on. I don’t have dental insurance but even paying out of pocket, the prices are very fair for the quality of service provided. I personally have a huge fear of going to the dentist (as many people do). This office made me so calm and comfortable during my appointment. Much better than any other dental practice I’ve gone to. I will go back

I had a terrific experience at Sher Dental. I decided to give them a try because they have an office in my building and were running an awesome cleaning special. On the day of my appointment, they wasted no time getting my appointment started. They even went out of their way to prioritize my cleaning so I could get everything done before my lunch break ended. I found that small gesture to be very sweet. Andrea, my hygienist, was awesome. She gave me one of the most gentle cleanings I’ve ever received. I could be a little anxious sometimes, but Andrea was incredibly patient and attentive. Dr. Sher gave me some dental recommendations after my treatment and I could tell she cared about my health and wasn’t trying to upsell me on unnecessary dental treatments. All in all, I had a great experience and I’ll most certainly return in 6 months for another cleaning.

Dr. Sher is the best of the best. There is a reason why every single review is 5 stars & it will stay that way. I am a very “picky” person especially when it comes to anything that has to do with my face or body. So I am the kind of person to make sure I got to the best of the best. And it comes to Dr. Sher, that is what you will get. You get an amazing vibe the second you walk into the office. The staff is amazing. I literally feel at “home” when I am Sher Dental. The staff treats you as if you are the only person in the world that matters. I can also tell that the staff is very close with each other. You get the sense that they are almost “family” with each other which matters because it means that they love each other and they LOVE what they do. Dr. Sher is a bright light. I was nervous when I first came into her office & honestly I wasn’t expecting on getting veneers as soon as I did because I was uncomfortable making an “alteration” like that. I have talked to other dentist about veneers & the way they would answer my questions was as if they were annoyed. Yet when I asked Dr. Sher SEVERAL questions IT was if she was as excited to to answer them. She not once tried to convince me or pressure me into getting them. Yet just because of her Charisma, I immediately set up an appointment for veneers for the very next day. I read several reviews, you will see that almost everyone says the same thing “I felt at home”, “there was no pressure”, “they feel like family”. When it comes to Dr. Sher one thing that is obvious is that she isn’t just “going to work” every day. It is very easy to see that she LOVES what she does & it shows with the quality of work she puts in. I bet she wakes up and can’t wait until she walks into her office. Now let’s talk about quality, work, etc. these people do NOT mess around. They get to work so fast it’s insane & it starts the second you walk in the door. I have been to their office now at least 5 times and I don’t think that I have sat there longer than 3 minutes before they called me to the back. Then the second I sat down. They put one of those “bibs” on and got STRAIGHT to work. Everything was. Clean, everyone was communicative and attentive. She will constantly make sure that you aren’t in pain. She will constantly make sure you are comfortable. I could easily see that me being comfortable was her top priority. When it comes to the Veneers. She absolutely KILLED it. My teeth are PERFECT. I LITERALLY can’t believe how good they look. I am not the type of person to stare at myself in the mirror but after she put my veneers in, I am in such disbelief with how good they look that I constantly go look at my teeth in the mirror. She has literally changed my life when it comes to my confidence and high self esteem. MANY of my friends have veneers. I know more than 20+ people that have gotten their teeth done & many of them paid almost six figures to get their teeth done. When they seen my teeth they were freaking out because mine looked better than theirs & she charges no where NEAR that. Dr. Sher does CELEBRITY quality veneers and I can assure you that you will NOT be able to find a dentist that does celebrity quality, millionaire quality veneers for the price that Dr. Sher charges. From the time I sent the first message off instagram to completing the veneers getting put in I felt comfortable and confident because of your rapport and willingness to answer all my questions. I was beyond scared to get my teeth done, and have my teeth shaved down. I didn’t know anything about the procedure or what it was going to be like but you helped me through the whole process and made me feel so comfortable. My teeth look absolutely amazing and natural. They don’t look fake or like chiclets like I was scared it would be like. My teeth look exactly like my normal teeth but only if they were absolutely perfectly placed and completely white! Sher dental’s entire staff make you feel like home and make sure you are comfortable. They play music and tv while you are getting your teeth done, they make sure you are happy and not stressed. They listen to all your concerns and questions even after you get your temporaries in and waiting for your permanent teeth to come in. They answer all your questions any time of the day. I usually see a different dentist there but she is absolutely amazing! I’m sticking with her instead. She’s so personable and absolutely gorgeous. Also she won’t try to do anything to your teeth unless absolutely necessary unlike some doctors who will do things just because you have insurance that will give a good payout. I has a permanent retainer behind my 2 front teeth that was removed over a year ago but that dentist left the glue on & Dr. Sher took it off and now I can feel the back of my 2 front teeth! Everyone MUST go and see Dr. Sydney Sher!!! There is no other dentist I would trust for any of my dental needs. I live in Miami Beach and the drive over to her office is worth every minute. Dr. Sher is unlike any other dentist because of her amazing personality. With her calming demeanor, you feel like you can get through 6 root canals if you had to. Hopefully, no one has to ever experience that lol. Jokes aside, I had fillings that were completed over 2 consecutive days. Dr. Sher greets all of her patients with a huge smile and reassured me that we were going to get my treatment plan underway. She is absolutely the kindest dentist I have ever met because she genuinely cares for your well being as a patient. You are not just another number at her practice. Throughout the filling procedure, she would ask how I was doing and to let her know if I needed to take a break. I told her I was a bit nervous/scared, but she had so much patience with me throughout the process, and completed all of my dental work to the utmost perfection. Vanessa, who works at the front desk, has been nothing but wonderful to me. Without her help, scheduling my treatment would not be possible. After my procedure on both days, Vanessa asked me how everything went and even gave me water after both visits. Vanessa truly cares about each patient as well. The hygienist, Andrea, took the x-rays, and gave me the best cleaning. Even Katrina, who assisted the doctor on the second day, was very kind. Dr. Sydney Sher Segall is a dentist who has been serving the communities of South Florida where she was born and raised. She attended the University of Pennsylvania where she received her Bachelor's degree and graduated Magna Cum Laude at the top of her class. Dr. Sher then returned home to South Florida to obtain her dental degree from Nova Southeastern University. Dr. Sher is the owner of Sher Dental and welcomes all patients to experience a relaxing, enjoyable, and most friendly appointment. At Sher Dental, patients are family and are treated with the respect and care they deserve. Patients enjoy Dr. Sher's gentle touch, vibrant personality, and vast knowledge of the field of dentistry.
